Great service from Mayumi and sat at the bar as we awaited seating. Bartender makes good Mai Tai & Mango Sangria Food was amazing this time again husband got the surf and turf, and I had the special shrimp scampi. Props to the chef who made the steak a perfect medium. And a lobster was perfectly done. Casual dining . Music playing overhead. Quiet and comfortable.

Found a great Italian restaurant in Hilton's Hawaiian Village. It's located on the upper floor across the road from the hotels entrance. We had a fairly large party so drinks and wine were flowing before ordering. Service was great. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dinners. I recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

Recommended by my daughter about this place. Was skeptical due to the reviews but was very surprised. The food was delicious. The pasta was Al dente and the sauce excellent. Not bitter with touch of sweetness and not real red. A good thing since it shows sept of flavor. Started with the meatballs. Sauce really good and gooy with melted mozzarella and fried basil. The meatballs were a little tough but had good flavor. Daughter had speghetti and meatballs and SIL had the chicken parm. Everything was delicious. Recommended for the food. Ambiance nice but outside are pigeons.

Great Breakfast, But Be Prepared for the Stairs First morning in Hawaii and my wife and I stopped here because I was craving a Loco Moco. After checking prices around, this place had the best deal. One thing to note: accessibility is an issue. The only way in is a flight of stairs, which could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. My wife has bad knees, and I suggested skipping it, but she's a trooper and said, "Let's just go slow." Even two people coming down told us, "This is the only way to get there." Once inside, though, the food didn't disappoint. I ordered the Loco Moco -- two fried eggs, two scoops of rice, a perfectly cooked hamburger patty, and brown gravy with onions. It definitely hit the spot and was delicious. My wife ordered fried rice with a side of bacon and toast, and she said everything was really good. Plenty of seating all around with windows that open outward for the nice morning breeze. If it weren't for the stairs, we might have come back for dinner (they serve Italian at night). Overall, a solid breakfast spot -- just keep the accessibility issue in mind.

We had our wedding at the Hilton and wanted to take some family out for dinner on property since we were staying there. This was a great choice. We went for an early dinner at 4 PM and were seated right away. The interior is nice and can fit a good number of people. We started with the calamari and it was great. For dinner, our waiter recommended the Penne Ai Quattro Formaggi with shrimp based on what I said I liked--it was a perfect choice. I loved it and finished the whole plate. We also shared a couple pieces of tiramisu, which we really enjoyed. Our waiter was fantastic--funny, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the menu, and very friendly. He even came to the front to say goodbye as we were leaving. Great food and great service all around.

Good portions and good food. Gluten free pasta option was good. Service was great and ambiance was great. If you're needing Italian and close to the HHV then this is a good spot.

Wow...what a great meal! The service was exceptional!! The menu offered a nice selection of meal options. The risotto was not actually risotto for those of us who have taken cooking classes in Italy. Because you have to you a special type of rice and slow cook it in chicken stock for a good amount of time. It was still tasty. The bread was fresh. The salads great! The tiramisu ...very good. I would eat here again.

Restaurant close by the back window was beautiful, you could view the sunset and luau! Service was amazing and fast, food is awesome! Especially the filet mignon.

    Fresco Colada - HH
    Lynn L.

The drinks are a bit sweet, it came from a pre-made batch for HH. I got the fresco colada and fried calamari for an appetizer. The plate was large, fried fresh. The calamari pieces were quite large but it was cooked ok, I wish the pieces were cute slightly smaller and fried harder but still good. It came with a creamy mayo based sauce and a sweet and sour. It wasn't too busy inside and the bartender was nice.

Went for dinner to this location and we really liked everything about this place. The service was a plus super nice staff. The food is excellent. We really loved the menu choices and the food was cooked and tasted very fresh and yummy. We love the inside. They had nice music playing a nice little bar area and the drinks were good too. We would definitely come back to this restaurant Plus all the way.

Wow! Once again all the way from San Diego to fresco Italiano absolute delicious. The service is impeccable. The ambience is breathless looking out the window and the food gives any Italian restaurant and run for their money! Our server. Brooke was absolutely fantastic. Same gentleman. We were here having dinner with last year! Kudos to Brooke and the chef of fresco excellent job!

    Spaghetti and meatballs
    Julia G.

One word summary of our visit - pleasant!! The ambience was relaxing, but not high end. Service was decent. But what about the food, you ask? I had a pleasant tasting, not exciting bowl of garlic shrimp pasta. Pretty basic stuff but well executed. For a price point in the low 30s, I would've expected a bit more shrimp and or some imagination in the dish. However, my husband's spaghetti and meatballs were not pleasant; they were outstanding! Tomato sauce was complex with a roasted undertone. I'm a hard critic of meatballs having grown up in Italian, and I would've placed theirs in the top five. Absolutely delicious with authentic flavors, and not overly heavy due to miss -handling the meat like so many restaurants do.

I ate the chicken because my son refuses to eat protein ). The Alfredo sauce was absolutely delicious. It tasted homemade and fresh, like someone actually made it from scratch instead of opening a jar. It was creamy without being overly heavy and had such a rich, authentic flavor. What really made our visit stand out, though, was the service. I wish I could remember our cashier's/server's name because she deserves a shoutout. My son and I both have food allergies, so before ordering we needed to make sure everything was safe for us to eat. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. She also helped me figure out which pasta would be the best choice for my picky 7-year-old and even arranged for the grilled chicken to be served on the side instead of mixed into the pasta. That small accommodation made all the difference since my son wouldn't have touched it otherwise. The portion size was perfect for sharing between the two of us, and we both left happy (which is saying a lot when dining with a picky eater!). Between the fresh, flavorful food and the exceptional customer service, this was a wonderful experience. It's always refreshing to find a place that not only serves great food but also takes the time to make families with dietary restrictions feel comfortable and cared for. We'll definitely be back!

Second time back had the tiramisu which was also awesome. That time we got squid ink risotto which was ok but not my favorite. Ravioli and bolognese delish. Because they are so popular they seem kinda strict - wait outside, eating time limited, wait patiently. But I think it's bc they don't have a huge staff the space is an unusual shape - bar counter seating for walk ins, 5-6 table tops. Bolognese was flavorful a little on the saltier side but still tasty and pasta cooked al dente. Best was the broccolini with white beans with its garlicky goodness. I hadn't expected the broccolini to be chopped up but that made it easy to eat unlike unwieldy long stalks of it. Caesar salad is solid - romaine and croutons. Overall very happy to have eaten here. 3 slices, 1 salad, 1 bolognese, 1 broccolini - mid 60s which seems reasonable for eating out these days.

I ordered a few appetizers for the table and those went quickly: calamari, bruschetta, and artichoke dip. Yum! Main entrees followed and everyone seemed to enjoy their selections. We ordered dessert and were disappointed that they ran out of creme brulee...my father ordered the cheesecake and thoroughly enjoyed it. My only reason for not giving five stars has to do with the outdoor seating. I wish the chairs were more comfortable, as we sat there for awhile, waiting for our server to take our large group order along with waiting for food to come out. There is adequate parking and the restrooms are clean and accessible. An elevator is located in the lobby for those who are not able to easily climb the flight of stairs to the venue.
