However, a tiring work day left my friend and I lazy to cook and thought the easiest solution was to order from here. We ordered a Large Special #4 which comes with a large cheese pizza and buffalo wings for ~$26 (which is a decent price for all that food!) Overall the food was alright- not amazing but it definitely fulfills all your cravings. There was so much food for leftovers the next day, which always makes me happy!! They also serve a whole variety of food so if you're craving something, I'm sure you'll find it here. My first time here after a coworker recommended me here. This place is under new ownership. The owner was very welcoming over the phone and in person. I went here late at night and the menu is pretty extensive. I ended up getting the kofta kabob dinner place. The food was DELICIOUS and it was a huge portion. From the outside it looks like just another pizza shop, but the new owner shared with me that the menu will be very diverse and he is in the process of updating the menu. Definitely not the best pizza, but would do in a pinch. Came in in the afternoon and the 2 staff members were sitting at a table talking and eating (not pizza). We ordered 3 pizza slices. The person taking our order said she had 4 slices total, so we ended up getting 4. She reheated the 4 slices quickly, and they came out to $10. The pizza was not great. Super thin crust (which I like) with barely any cheese, to the extent that halfway down the slices I don't think there was any. Pizza was greasy, something I wouldn't expect from a thin crust with minimal cheese. Would probably not return if I had other choices, maybe only if I were drunk or starving and nothing else was open. read more

The wings are slathered in just the right amount of sauce, and it's just nicely spiced to give you a kick of heat. Other items I have tried include chicken and bacon pizza, as well as steak calzone. Figured I'd give this place a shot since they had recently rebranded and the shop looked a little cleaned up. However, looks can definitely be deceiving. I ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken, a very straightforward and basic dish to order. I arrived as they were finishing getting it ready. I saw that the salad was done, but the chicken was still on the grill and they had mentioned it'd be a few more minutes. I watched them scoop the chicken from the grill onto the salad, but then another worker realized the chicken wasn't fully cooked yet, so they picked the chicken off and put it back on the grill. THAT MEANS THERE WAS RAW CHICKEN ON THE SALAD. I asked to ensure that they were going to make a new salad and they said they would, but I couldn't actually see them do it. When I got home to eat, the salad consisted of barely cut up ingredients including halved tomatoes, massive pieces of lettuce, etc. What's even worse? I felt so sick after eating it that I'm almost positive they didnt change the salad out. Clean and healthy cooking practices are basic for operating any food establishment. Ordered delivery through GrubHub. My delivery was very fast and the driver friendly. However, my buffalo tenders were burned (photo attached). I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and they didn't answer. I contacted GrubHub and they were able to get a hold of the restaurant. The restaurant refused to honor a refund for the tenders. I'm in awe that anyone even let the tenders go out the door like that. Extremely disappointing bc I have had their buffalo tenders in the past and they were some of my favorites in the area. After this terrible experience, I will never order from them again. I'm assuming since they didn't answer when I called, they knew what I was calling about which makes is 10x worse that they knowingly delivered such poor quality food and didn't even want to attempt to fix it. read more

I had an incredible pizza here late night about 2 weeks ago. I'm just getting to review it because I just walked by and remembered I never reviewed it.. Anyways I love pizza with a lot of sauce. Like swimming in sauce. So many places won't do it for obvious reasons. Soggy crust, everything slides off etc.. But they didn't flinch when I asked for extra sauce.I also asked for extra cheese. They are not skimpy on their toppings. Very generous amounts of cheese were heaped on. The crust stayed crispy despite the high tide of sauce. Very friendly as well.. Definitely give them a try! I was very satisfied. I even shared a slice with a stranger who was floored by how good it was! Its new owners and much cleaner than the previous tennant. Ill definitely be back! read more

The pizza was undercooked and it was $2.50 for a very small slice she said it was very warm do you want me to heat it up for you? I said no if it's warm that's fine when I bit into it it was less than warm and had the faint alcoholic Taste of undercooked dough. They also have no grated cheese. Very surprised by the pizza here. I ordered a Buffalo chicken so I can't speak to the sauce, but the crust is the real deal. It's flakey, buttery, and yeasty... not your typical east coast pizza crust. Reminded me a bit of a Chicago pizza crust. Lots of places seem to treat the crust as a glorified plate for the toppings, or a handle to be thrown out after eating your slice. Not here! Will definitely be back to order a more standard pie and give that a go. read more

Sketchy place with gas station quality garbage pizza. It's like they tried to make it bad. Stale cardboard crust, dripping in oily plastic cheese that'll turn in your stomach. We ordered two large cheese pizzas I feel bad saying it, but it was super dry, the crust wasn't crisp, but somehow just really tough to chew and what little sauce there was involved was overly salty. My pizza fiend son will eat just about anything covered in cheese (not an exaggeration), but even he had one slice and said he didn't like it much. On the plus side, the delivery guy seemed nice, but to be honest, I would probably not order again. It is hard to make bad pizza, but somehow ours was :-( This resulted in a ton of leftovers with no takers. I ended up ripping up one whole box into bite size pieces and using some weird recipe I found on Pinterest to make the rest into a "pizza casserole" by adding store bought sauce and cheese then baking for a half hour. I got a large buffalo chicken calzone and not only looked back on my card charges and realized they charged me $6 more than the calzone was, but it was horrible. It was overstuffed with just dried out chicken with a hint of spicy but no buffalo sauce at all. The bread was thin and on top of the chicken and the only cheese was some sprinkled on the very top. I tried to order from here last night. Nothing crazy, just a calzone, fry and a sandwich. After a bit over an hour I called and asked what the status was for my order. The woman who was answering the phones told me that the driver had been in an accident and my food was ruined. They needed to make it again and it would be sent out to me in 15 minutes. I waited another half hour before calling back and cancelling. They offered me a free desert which I declined. I ordered from another place instead. They did eventually show up and offered me the food for free but I declined as I had already ordered from another place. Usually never leave reviews but the order I received today was terrible. Granted, we ordered during rush hour but it still took over an hour to arrive. The Buffalo chicken wings were undercooked and the side order of fries was a mix of soggy undercooked fries and hard overcooked fries. I am not a review writer, I am not I swear but i feel like others should be prepared for what they may encounter at "Pizza Rail". Yesterday i ordered with my fellow co-worker from the companies website which is listed on their menu, small order nothing outrageous just a couple wings and mozzarella sticks. My order was placed at 2 pm, Around 3:30 i started wondering where our food was so we called the store and some one picked up then hung up. Since we work close by we thought wed pay them a visit and just get our order to go. When we arrived we informed the cashier that we had placed and order online and were just hoping to pick it up she proceeded to yell at us that she didn't have it and the phones weren't working. Not one apology, we offered to sit for them to make it as we had already paid for it online !! she agreed to remake it. As we sat there and waited my co-worker called the number that she claimed "didn't work" sure enough it worked and she picked up and said hello....wonder how they fixed the phones in the 7 minutes it took us to get there. She then made us wait an additional 15 minutes before giving us our food! When we asked for the number for a manager she claimed she was the owner and didn't have to give out her name !
