The $30 price tag is average for a 18" pizza. I also ordered the fried zucchini for $6.99 that was solid. It was fried well and tasted good. The food is solid. The 2 minor complaints I have is the bacon chicken ranch pizza didn't have too much bacon on it and they charge $0.95 for ranch. I like getting ranch with my pizza, and it'd be nice to get 1-2 ranches for free when ordering the largest pizza. This isn't a sit down place where you're served, so I don't expect the service to be top notch. However, after finishing the pizza, I took the pie box with all the trash in it to the trashcan and realized that it doesn't really fit well since the box is so big. I took the box to an employee and asked if they have a bigger trash can and he just said "no" and "sorry". He didn't take the trash or tell me to leave it anywhere so I took it myself to the trashcan and bent the box in half so it'd fit in the trashcan. I will note last time I was here they did take the box with the trash, so it's not always like that. Overall not a bad place if you want to get quick pizza without breaking the bank.

The "General Manager" could also improve his customer-facing communication. When customers walk through the door, they should immediately feel welcomed and appreciated. A friendly, engaging personality at the counter can make a tremendous difference in whether someone becomes a repeat customer. From a business standpoint, saving a dollar an hour on labor isn't necessarily saving money if the person in that position isn't engaging with customers. The right person in that role could potentially generate several times that amount in additional business simply by being welcoming, attentive, and personable. Greet the customers (who are paying) with a SMILE, make eye contact, and make them feel welcome. There were several flavors that I wanted to try but they were already out. If bagels are your specialty, shouldn't you make sure you have an ample amount of bagels especially in the mornings? Although I love bagels, it's hard to stomach paying this much ($24 for 13 bagels, $33 for 13 bagels and 2 cream cheeses, $5 for one bagel with cream cheese) on a regular basis. They do have a slightly wider selection of food like salads, appetizers, and dessert. There are some seats inside, five tables inside and a high top table along the window with tall chairs. Looks like there's some outside seating that they can set up, but it wasn't so busy on a Monday afternoon. I'll definitely be back or at least ask my husband to bring me back a slice when he goes to charge.
