a pizza in a pizza box

So good! Got a half Margherita and half mushroom pie and it was ready quick and piping hot... so delicious and fresh, from the cheese to the basil to the crust. The Margherita is especially incredible. Making this our weekly spot. 5 stars!!!!

Hungry and tired post trick or treating

Our go-to pizza spot. Friendly, fast and delicious fresh food. After a long night of trick or treating we stopped in for some slices and they did not disappoint. They were super busy but that did not change the service. Our favorite place! Great neighborhood hangout!

My friend and I were craving pizza on our drive home from New Jersey to Connecticut and picked this place randomly. They have a few tables and a bar too against the windows, but it seemed like more of a pick-up/to-go place. There were constantly people in and out picking up orders and coming in for a slice. They had a bunch of different pizzas to choose from in the window. We wanted a little of everything so we got a slice of Cheese, a slice of the Spinach pizza, Chicken Noodle Soup and Baked Ziti. The pizza was thin, crisp and delicious. The soup didn't look like it would be flavorful at all but it was more hearty than I expected - You could taste all the vegetables and different ingredients. The baked ziti was SO good and SO cheesy. If I were local to the area I would definitely visit this place often.

The online menu CLEARLY lists grilled chicken as an ingredient

I called in a simple dinner order of 2 Cobb salads tonight. When I picked up the food, I noticed there was no chicken in the salad. When asked, the manager dismissively claimed that a Cobb salad does not come with chicken and turned his attention to other customers, attempting to ignore me. Even when I showed him the online menu, which clearly lists "grilled chicken" as an ingredient, the manager remained contentious, and pretended that I was showing him the menu from a different Pizza Station. After a prolonged argument, he agreed to give me the chicken but then tried to charge me extra. Even more debate followed, when he finally allowed me to have the chicken I had already paid for. I'm debating if I should even eat this salad...

Get the buffalo chicken slice. Tons of spicy chicken and a nice crisp thin crust. Solid pizza joint. Good prices

Margarita pizza was pretty good. Nice little place. They seem to have a good following as they know most of their customers.

Great pizza with lots of combinations of tasty toppings. But a small place and can be hard to find parking sometimes.

I was really in the mood this time for the caesar salad and I wanted to try the spaghetti and meatballs since I wasn't a huge fan of the (not so baked) baked ziti. The caesar salad had the perfect dressing to lettuce ratio and there weren't too many croutons. I was a big fan of the spaghetti. The meatballs were the perfect size and the pasta wasn't too salty. I also noticed how the pasta wasn't over or undercooked. I could also tell that my dad and my grandpa really enjoyed their meals as well. The food quality was great and our service was impeccable. Our server was helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. The server was also very helpful when it came to taking care of my grandpa who had trouble seeing the menu. She brought an extra light to the table in order for him to see the menu which was really kind. In general I would say that I enjoy my trips to Katonah and I think it's pretty cool how the owners of the restaurant had the idea to convert the old train station into the restaurant. If you look closely you can see that there are some elements of the restaurant that make it appear as if you are in an old fashioned train station but I am confused by all of the horses although I do love them.

My daughter was driving up to CT from NYC and wanted to meet In Katonah for dinner. Our server, Allison, was the best and the food satisfied everyone's choices. To cap off the experience, and when the crowd thinned out, the music streaming was a stellar selection of great oldies music from the 50's - 70's. My only "ding" in my review is the noise level when we arrived, sitting at a table near the front of the restaurant. The brick wall, and glass windows were not acoustic friendly. However, I heard later that one half of the restaurant was much quieter.

Buffalo Shrimp were the standout starter: crispy, perfectly sauced, and the bacon-blue cheese dip was next-level. I'd come back for that alone. Fish Tacos had great texture -- flaky cod, bright cilantro-lime slaw, and a nice kick from the jalapeño avocado aioli. Farmhouse Burger was a winner. Gruyere, caramelized onions, and bacon all worked together beautifully -- rich without being greasy. Fries were crisp and hot, just how they should be. Service was friendly and quick even on a busy day, and the space has that warm, rustic charm that makes you want to linger. Overall, Farmhouse Tavern is doing it right -- thoughtful food, good energy, and solid execution. Not flawless, but absolutely worth the visit.
