Since becoming vegan, I am always on the hunt for great vegan pizza. I had high hopes for pizza twist, but it was disappointing. The vegan cheese used is the pizza had an undesirable slimy texture and was relatively flavorless. I threw the pizza away. I'm giving it 3 stars because the texture of the crust was good, they have vegan options, and the additional toppings were present. I hope the cheese selection changes and others are able to have a better experience. read more

This place has multiple names, Pizza Twist, Only Wings and Mac and Cheese Shack. Using Grub Hub we were excited to find a pasta (Mac and Cheese Shack) so close to us. Mom and kids wanted pasta, dad wanted Pizza. We got the Alfredo, marinara and pesto pasta's. No pizza because it was not on the menu. We picked up the food and discovered it was Pizza Twist, which made dad mad because he wanted pizza but only pasta was ordered. The Alfredo and pesto sauces were good, but the chicken in each was not edible. The marinara had bland flavor and did not appear as if it was heated up properly in the cooking process. The meatballs were yuck! We are still yet to try Pizza Twist, but based on the pasta it won't be anytime soon. read more

Don't order from their the pizzatwist website, it's terrible and they're going to charge you money but the store won't get the order and you'll be out 40 bucks. My husband and I usually go out for dinner on Friday nights and we stopped at this local neighborhood place - "Pizzatwist". It had been another pizza place before. While we were expecting an Italian style pizza, this place is awesome! It has pizza with, I would say, a bit of an Indian flavored twist! Maybe that's why it's Pizzatwist (ha-ha!) We ordered a large Tiki Masala Pizza Twist which was very tasty and had a nice spice to it and is extremely tasty! The crust is just as delicious!! We also ordered the Masala Fries Twist, excellent flavor explosion and again, extremely delicious. The two gentlemen working there are very nice, very kind. It's not gonna be the best pizza you've ever had, and the fact it's in the old P-Za Pie location really hammers that fact home, but it *is* really fun Indian inspired Pizzas! Butter Chicken Pizza is such a good flavor combo concept and it's a real crowd pleaser at gatherings. Pizza Twist won't be a place you run to when a craving for "pizza" hits but when you want "butter chicken pizza" it's got you covered. Saw a new pizza place intown and thought I would try it for carry out. I requested a large combination with added a request like extra sauce and can you put peperoni on one side as my wife doesn't like it. The place is clean and modern but very stale when greeted. The pizza was fair at most. Non of my request were addressed. The pizza was dry and has the flavor of something out of a box. I would give it a 2 or 3 out of 10 but the stale service of give us your money and go away makes it a 1 and I would not go back. read more

The pizzas are great, flavorful and the crust is on point. However, it was so hot inside we couldn't sit and eat, the entire place didn't appear to have been cleaned recently and was cluttered. The person's helping us were not happy (it seemed) to have our family as a customer. It's as if we were bothered. They had a very young child working behind the counter - maybe 10-12 years old. When they brought our pizza to us outside, they brought the pizza. Nothing else. No napkins. No plates. I had to go inside and ask for all this. No soda machine, just canned sodas, which is fine but there was no organization to the drink fridge, everything was a hodge podge, mixed matched and just shoved in there. I would think to keep customers coming back, they'd be a bit more friendly and appreciative of our business, keep the air temp around 75 (vs the 85 it felt like) and keep the restaurant more organized and clean. Cleanliness and a smile goes a long way. My kids didn't want to try some of the Indian based pizzas, so we got a traditional one. I love Indian food and would like to come by and try different flavors of their pies but not until there's a smile a clean restaurant, and some order of the clutter. read more
