It's so nice to have a pizza place with vegan options in the area, since there really aren't many outside of either Long Beach or Whittier. So far, I've tried the Vegan Brother, the Verde, and the Heaven and all three were delicious. I know they make a lot of their vegan ingredients in house and their almond ricotta is fantastic. We use to eat at Pizza USA when we wanted a quick but good pizza and at a low price. So we thought we'd give the new owners who bought Pizza USA a shot. We got the large pepperoni pizza for $8.99 and I wanted to try the turkey and cheese sub for $4.99. The pizza was okay. Sauce is a little pastey, cheese is good, crust is thin. My son who is a pizza connoisseur said the crust tasted like pitta bread. The sandwich however I did not taste because I didn't like the way the turkey looked (I posted pictures). It was brownish, with looks like peppers and pimientos in it. Kind of like pimento loaf. Gave two stars for price and pizza. read more

The heaven vegan pizza and vegan chicken parm sandwich with a side of buffalo sauce are two of my vegan favorites. When i'm in the mood for some meat, the basic peperoni is delicious! This place is family owned and operated, pizza is a bit pricey, but its worth every penny in flavor. Fantastic vegan pizza!! We got a large pizza, garlic knots, a chicken pesto sandwich, and some bomb potato wedges (all vegan). Everything was delicious, the vegan ranch was a standout as were the wedges. Will definitely be going back for take out. Tiny, little hole in the wall pizza joint. 2 item large pizza for $7.95 was tasty, with a nice sauce but crust could be just a bit crunchier. Meatball sub for $5 was very good. Bread was perfectly toasted, just the right amount of sauce, but the sliced meatballs threw me at first. Luckily, the meatballs tasted great. And every sandwich comes with a free soda or small bag of chips. The only downside was I had to ask for my order. I saw a pizza waiting for several minutes before I finally asked if it was mine...and it was. Granted, they were a bit busy and for $13 I really shouldn't complain too much. I paid a lot of money for pizza that is $5 to $10 pizza at best. I expected a lot more for the price and for the reviews it had on yelp. The pizza is not good in my opinion. No one in my family liked the food. The potato wedges were horrible. The "Sicilian" is horrible. It reminds me of school cafeteria pizza. It was so bready and so little cheese and little sausage that played extra for. I know this Covid19 is in effect but I paid $ 52 for a Sicilian pizza with sausage and pepperoni pizza and wedges and 2 liter and can drink and the food was not good. Nobody from my family wanted to eat more than 2 slices even though they could of. I would be happy if I got at least half of my money back. This is what I get for going to a new place instead of sticking to my home town pizza who was closed today or my other pizza spots. read more

After the original owners sold it I was disappointed but the new owners kept the original recipe and added a few new pizzas that I liked so it wasn't so bad. Well I wasn't aware the 2nd owners sold it so I ordered and was a little confused that there wasn't a Carne Asada pizza anymore and that the topping choices were few and far between. But nonetheless I ordered anyway and was highly disappointed. The sauce and the crust are NOT the same and NOT in a good way. Also the pepperoni doesn't look like real pepperoni. We've lived in Bellflower for 23 yrs have been Vegan for 3 and are pretty damn excited to be able to give our hard working money back to a local business. Phone order with great customer service. Even through in extra vegan ranch. Pizza was clean with fresh flavors. I would like a bit more fresh seasoning such as more basil and garlic. Heaven was our favorite pie. We do have a recommendation about the cauliflower wings though. We we're disappointed in the texture. Looking like that I'd think crispy but they're soggy. If you poured the sauce on they'd be mush. My recommendation. Bake till crispy. Sadly I've done better cauliflower wings at home. All in all we will definitely be back and will probably do our own combination next time around. This local pizza joint is absolutely amazing! Firstly their customer service is great. I spoke with the owner and he was very courteous in taking my order even recommending me popular selections. They also get your orders out at a fairly quick speed. My pizza took about 12-15 minutes which is good time compared to some franchise pizza locations. The prices here are also very affordable compared to other locations around the area. Now to the pizza. I ordered (by recommendation from the owner) a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese.The owner hit it right on the money by his recommendation. The pizza tasted fresh with a good balance of pepperoni pieces to offset that extra cheese. The dough also tasted fresh allowing for the development of a really crispy crust. Overall,the pizza was very balanced allowing for an enjoyable meal. Overall their pizza is good for a very affordable price. They are also very prompt and offer great customer service. The best VEGAN pizza I've ever had!! So happy we came across this place on Yelp. I had the vegan bbq chicken pizza and my fiancé had the pepperoni pizza.. Mine was delicious! He devoured his slices before saying how good everything was. The young guy that helped us was great and very helpful. I was scrolling through Yelp looking for vegan pizza for my niece and regular pizza for myself. I saw the great reviews and thought I'd give it a try. They didn't disappoint! My niece loved her pizza and a sandwich to go! She had the verde pizza and said it was Awsome. I had a pepperoni pizza and loved it! The young guys inside were so helpful and polite.
