The pizza was amazing. Crust was fantastic, highly recommend the pepperoni. Grab a pie and head to the beach!

I've heard people call this a hole in the wall... that would be a kind term for what's hardly a functioning establishment. All who work there have a serious attitude issue - no one was helpful, or smiled, and the few things we asked them for they made look like was a massive inconvenience for them. See the horrifying unsanitary photo of the bathroom to get a clear picture for how the place is kept up. As for the pizza - we got carbonara and shrimp scampi, each a ~$23 pizza. Both were primarily dough, which had great taste, chew and char -- but the toppings were almost non existent. No idea what we were even paying for. Carbonara had 5 little specs of guanciale total, the pizza just looked like plain cheese with a bad messy egg with the yolk broken when we got it. Shrimp scampi is just confusing - it's an oily pesto base with nothing else but 5 shrimp pieces. Bizarre there was no cheese or anything else but pesto and dough. We were also charged $7 for a bottle of water. Tomato sauce we asked for to dip the crust in was watery and tasteless, and the kid tried to give me a cold container of sauce out of the fridge instead of heating it up and bringing to our table. This place needs A LOT of work. There is a shred of hope seeing the cute branding and knowing this is under the Ventuno umbrella because Ventuno is fantastic. Hopefully they can turn it around!

Hole in the wall, with a handful of seats, banging out fresh pizzas from a wood burning oven that were delicious, shockingly had a table white wine bottle that cost less than a pizza obviously pricing is Nantucket pricing (so outrageously expensive), very casual with nice staff, and was a perfect end for our day in Nantucket before heading back to the ferry

I am baffled that this place only had 4/5 on Yelp. Honestly, incredible pizza. And that's coming from an NYC pizza snob. Love it.

We kept seeing everyone carrying around Gemelle pizza boxes so we decided to check it out. Upon arriving we asked which pizza is the fan favorite and were told the Margherita so this is what we went with. It came out within 5-8 minutes and was piping hot. The pizza was more of a thin crust but plenty of cheese/toppings. Overall I would give this pizza a 6/10, the crust was a bit burnt and I didn't think it had an overwhelming amount of flavor. It did have true Italy inspiration but I thought the crust was just a tad too thin. I've had some amazing Margherita pizzas and unfortunately this was not one. I didn't think it was bad, but definitely nothing special.

Really lousy pizza. Okay crust but very very scimpy toppings. Scale 1 to 5, it gets a 2. Will not go back

After stopping by for subs or pizza over the last five years, I finally felt the need to explain…read more"The Muse" to people. The formula is actually pretty simple: the food is excellent... the service is memorably bad. In fact, it's become a running family joke every summer. We always wonder, "How bad will the customer service be this time?" It's almost part of the experience. It starts before you even walk in. If you call to place an order, they answer the phone like they're genuinely annoyed that it rang. Then they tell you your order will be ready in, say, 20 minutes. My advice? Add another 15 minutes to whatever they tell you. It's almost automatic. When I say the service is bad, I don't mean the employees are overwhelmed or having an off day. They often talk to customers as if you're inconveniencing them simply by ordering. It's consistently curt and surprisingly rude. Then comes the twist... You slide your credit card into the machine. It asks if you'd like to leave a tip. You make your selection. Then--like someone flipped a switch--they smile, hand you your food, genuinely thank you, and wish you a nice day. And somehow... it works. Five minutes ago you were annoyed. Now you have your food, you're relieved the ordeal is over, and you're walking out smelling the pizza! It's like a customer-service Jedi mind trick. They don't convince you the service was good--they just make you so happy to finally have your food that you momentarily forget how you were treated. I've watched this happen to me--and to plenty of other customers--for years. And yet... I keep going back. Because the food really is that good.

We do want to come back, but we will do take-out instead. The longer version: I ordered a butter chicken, naan, and the Dynamite Roll. We placed our orders at the counter and sat down at a table. The restaurant is very hot inside and unfortunately they do not have outdoor seating. We received waters promptly. The wait time for food was a tad long but understandable when you see just how many people are steady coming for take-out and with the phone constantly ringing with new orders. Once the food came, it was pretty good! The sushi roll was fantastic. I would order it again. The other items were not the most amazing Indian food I've ever had but still very enjoyable. It satisfied the craving I was having. My naan did not come until we were almost done after I had to ask for it again. It was abnormal but still fluffy and delicious. We did not get water refills until very late in the meal. Next time I plan to try the korma. Overall, the food is good and for a good price. Our service was subpar so I recommend getting it to-go.

A few years ago, someone offered to buy my parking space for $500. (I declined.) There's often live music. (Check local publications or their website for up-to-date schedules.) There are often a number of food trucks present. On our recent visit, we had oysters from Hang Ten (enormous, meaty and sweet, but shucked with a ton of shell shards); tacos, guac and nachos from Millie's; and pizza from Eat Fire Pizza. And of course we had a number of decent beers on tap from Cisco Brewers. They seem to tend towards lightness, minimal hoppiness: good summer brews for warm weather. It's family friendly -- including canine members. Our pup is a seasoned New Yorker and accustomed to crowds, but even she seemed a little frazzled by the press of people at times.

I walk away, then my daughter's boyfriend said he noticed the bartender, entered "20% tip". On the screen. And sure enough... credit card bill comes in and there is the tip on my statement. Very poor and classless act. I always bought Cisco beers in the package stores on the Cape. Never again, and will make sure everybody I know hears this story. Just poor and pathetic way of doing business.

This is in stark contrast to every other restaurant we've to in Nantucket, which have been small with tables packed pretty close together. Even with sports on the tv and people at the bar, you can talk at a reasonable volume here and not overhear everyone else's conversations. The shishito peppers were nice, fish and chips exactly what you'd hope for, and Guinness is on tap, which I can never resist. Lobster mac and cheese left something to be desired on the cheese front, but the lobster was nice and tender. And the service is always friendly. This is not a place that will blow anyone's mind, but I have never had a bad dish here. Still my favorite place for dinner on Nantucket.
