I could not recommend this place more! Not only is the food amazing, but their customer service is truly spectacular. I lost my very expensive ring down their bathroom sink while washing my hands and honestly thought it was gone forever. I was devastated. Even though they were about to close, they took the time to try and help me retrieve it. The next day, I called thinking it would be a long shot to have someone open the pipes and check for it. To my surprise, they had a plumber come out just to help get my ring back! It was a family heirloom, and I am so incredibly grateful for their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. It's a very small restaurant with minimal seating and a line that was almost out the door the whole time we were there. Service is quick, efficient, and friendly. I love that they offer pizza by the slice and we got a few options to try. We ordered the white girl, buffalo chicken, spicy kevo, and a plain mushroom. My husband received this location as the best location to go for great pizza. It's located in downtown area past the beach near lots of shops, ice cream, smoothies & restaurants. Heads up gets very busy in the area especially on the weekends; so parking is very difficult to find & be best to take a ride share if possible. Took us a while but we found a parking spot & had to walk 10mins to the location. Upon entering; young energetic man behind the counter explain all their different pizza selection sold by the slice for $5 or more & can purchase a fountain drinks as well w/ free refills. We ordered pepperoni & sausage, all pepperoni, chicken bbq which are all New York style slices & ordered 1 slice of the Detroit style of pepperoni & sausage. All our slices were delicious & my favorite was the Detroit style. Not sure if you can buy a whole pizza or not. Their menu you can located on their wall w/ their unique names of pizzas & bar located inside as well. A tip: I noticed all the New York style pizza were inside the glass covered after making but the Detroit style pizza were sat on top after cooking which is fine but definitely need to be covered. read more

We wanted to enjoy the sunshine on the patio out back, but that bar was not open. We ordered our drinks at the bar inside and were told we could take them out back. We had to exit the restaurant and walk around to the patio. We were the only two sitting at the bar out back. Spacious patio, nice little bar and plenty of seating. We came on a Monday and it was very slow so not sure why it seemed so dirty. Ordered 4 different types of pizza and they were all okay. Nothing to die for, but nothing was bad. Asked what beer they had canned and got a menu but the employee told me "a lot we don't have anymore so just ask" which was weird to me. Maybe time to update the menus. This had to be the worst experience of customer abuse I have ever experienced by the red headed female staff member last night 5/22/26. I asked politely for some ranch dressing due to excessive hot pepper flakes, she explained it would cost 89 cents but her co worker was on it and handed us some. After looking without success for change, I set my wallet down on the counter and she leans down to view what was inside and continues to peer at my wallet from the other side to see if any money shows in the fold. I was blown away ! Then she continued her open demonstration of digust by our lack of cash and states we can just put money in the tip jar and walks way. I am a regular that goes into Luigi's often. I was sitting by myself in the corner waiting for my Stomboli which is excellent by the way, but my complaint is against your staff. The tall/ white male red hair bartender not only touched my person belongings but threw them at me. I was charging my phone in the corner while eating my meal and he unplugged my phone threw it on the table and said we don't charge phones here. There are nicer ways to go about politely asking your paying customers not to charge their phone if that was such a concern to him. I didn't feel comfortable enough to sit there and eat my food and it completely ruined my dinner for me. I also had a cigarette on the table next to a lighter and when I came back after grabbing water he was stealing my cigarette off the bar where all of my belongings were still at. I ended up just giving it to him. Horrible attitude I would not allow that to happen in the hospitality establishment I manage. read more

My youngest sister was the guide, and she led us to her favorite spots in the area. We had the family doggie with us, so pet friendly was a consideration, too. My spicy slice had pepperoni, jalapeño slices, and ricotta, and the meaty Capone had excellent salami, pepperoni, and meatballs I think. Nicole is the best! She was very personal and super awesome! She gave the best service I had experienced in all of OB. The pizza had fun names and they had pizza deals like 2 slices and a beer for $14.50 I think. I love the location there in OB because it's a corner place and you have a view to just about anything you want to see. read more
