Hawaiian Pizza

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The pizza was served barely warm, and the cheese texture was off (more rubbery than melty). On a positive note, the person who took my order was very kind, but by the time I got to the cashier, they already seemed annoyed which didn't make the experience any better. Definitely not a place I'd return to.

Great place to stop in for a quick slice if you're in the downtown area. Service is quick, but curt. The dining area is standing room only. It's a no frills, pizza by the slice type of spot. The food itself was pretty good and it's open late. Good place to stop in for a late night bite, but you'll need to be willing to wait in line!

Reminded me of my childhood when I was able to get a pattie and a slice at the same spot.

Great late night pizza with some interesting characters outside. I'm glad we found this place because we was drunk and pizza always is the cure for a hangover. Lolo the line was kinda long but def worth the wait. I knew I should've waited to see what options they had before I ordered but I was basic and decided to get the pepperoni but not even gone cap that pizza was fyeeeee! If you in Orlando def check them out.

If you are ever in the Orlando area and looking for pizza with a up north taste and feel, definitely stop here! I'm from Philly where good pizza was pretty easy to come by but living in FL I've realized that was a luxury. This place has the huge face sized slices, cheese that oozes and sauce that's packed with flavor. If you eat pizza like I do then you know its the sauce that makes the difference with the taste and feel of the pizza. This is where you should go for your pizza slices if you're in Orlando. Pic: kids ate half of the pizza before I gotta a chance to take a pic

Situated right in the heart of the bar scene downtown, this place is a welcome sight to anyone that has had a bit too much to drink. Big neon lights to draw the inebriated in like moths to a flame. I'll also preface this review by saying that at the time, I was loving the food here. It was only once I sobered up a bit that I was able to look at eveything more objectively. I ordered the pineapple pizza and the chicken bacon ranch. It was my FIRST taste of pineapple on pizza and I have to say, I was very underwhelmed. The pizza itself was decent, but the pineapple chunks were so small and scarce that they barely added anything to the flavor. I'm still willing to give the famed Hawaiian slice another chance because it wasn't bad, but the slice here wasn't anything to write home about. Chicken Bacon Ranch is my favorite pizza ever, but this one didn't even come close to my favorite Cali CBR slice of all time in upstate New York. Still very tasty, but I've just had so much better. Ironically, the actual bake on the pizza itself is near perfect, and the exact texture and crispiness I would want in a pizza slice... so props to this place for getting that right. The garlic knots were pretty average though. They are soft, which is a big plus, but they are unevenly coated with garlic so not every bite is quite the same. It feels weird being so critical of a place that is clearly meant to service those looking for a quick bite to eat after a night of partying. If I looked at it for what it is, I would give this 5 stars. It does it's job. But I'm assuming there will be some people that come here that can walk in a straight line, and for those people I can only give this place 3 stars. It's a good pizza joint with nice employees and average pizza, and since my days of going downtown to bars aren't over... I will most certainly be back.

If you're looking for a good slice after the bars this is the place to go but don't expect fast or good customer service

Popped in for a quick slice after a night downtown...by far the best slice I've had since moving to Orlando from New Jersey.

The BBQ chicken pizza is delicious. Hell yeah. Perfectly tangy and sweet like you want it.

Nuri's Pizza is such a great downtown lunch spot. The vibe is super fun and cute, and the portions…read moreare generous, which I always appreciate. Just a heads up, the ordering experience is a little different. They bring you water, but everything else is ordered from your phone. Personally, I usually prefer more traditional table service if I'm sitting down, but for what it is, it works just fine. Now the real star... the pepperoni, jalapeño, honey pizza. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I think about it weekly. The sweet + spicy combo is unreal. They also have a bar, which makes it feel like a great spot for after-work drinks or a casual happy hour meetup. Overall, definitely a solid go-to downtown.

Take a stroll around and check out the decor. Service is very hands off, ordering is done via a QR code attached to the table and tip is still expected fyi. We made it known that this was our first time and needed assistance so a server explained the process and checked on us. Servers are very nice. Tip: Research daily specials to save a buck.

Downtown staple ... Large slices and so many options…read more I always go for the white pizza and of course a garlic knot. I usually take to go but they have a large upstairs area to enjoy your pizza and also a small bar. Lunch specials are great you can get 2 slices with a drink and a garlic knot for under $12 I haven't yet tried the tiramisu but that's next . Definitely check out Gittos even better grap a late night slice!

I asked if they offered a military discount, and the employee told me they did. When I presented my military ID, he refused to apply the discount and then attempted to take my government-issued military ID out of my hand to inspect whether it was legitimate. That interaction really caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. Regardless of the store's policy, there are more respectful and professional ways to handle that situation. I still purchased my food and ordered a standard cheese pizza, hoping the food would make up for the experience. Unfortunately, it was pretty average. The bottom of the pizza was pale and seemed undercooked, so it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. The ambience, however, did seem really nice. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the street, which could make for a nice spot if you're dining in. Overall, I understand busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Better customer service and more consistency in the quality of the pizza would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.
