Revising my last review after weeks of thought about this Dealership I came to the conclusion that 2 of my biggest pet pees is one honesty 2 integrity my 2 things I hate the most is thieves and liars and now subjective memory loss I spent hours after hours with one of the salesman Ray one of my concerns was wheel vibration on a 2007 Escalade EXT Truck that had aftermarket wheels 24in wheels standard for that model year is 22in when I mentioned it to Ray he said it was the aftermarket wheels that cause the vibration which is true but not the case after I drove off the lot I noticed a Service Tire Monitoring System I tried to contact Ray about it he never responded just the first of my issues that cost me $300 you loose points for that but not my biggest concern my issue with this Dealership is when I spent hours on end and put down a deposit Ray came back with the contract and payment date was on the second of the month at that time before any paperwork was signed I told Ray the 2nd will not work that it has to be in the middle of the month he told me they can change it but my monthly payments will increase by four or five dollars per monthly payment when I got my first installment from the bank my payment date was not on the schedule we agreed apond it reverted back to the 2nd of the month I contacted Ray immediately and told him this mistake needs to be corrected that you increase my payment for the change to the middle of the month then he insulted me by saying he don't remember the agreement and he didn't know if THEIR mistake could be corrected even though they are charging me more so then I contacted the General Manager Boris after a brief conversation he tells me I can call the bank myself to correct their mistake which was totally unprofessional although both Boris and Ray has the appearance of good guys they lack professionalism in regards to customer service so anyone that buys a vehicle from this dealership make sure you go over each and every word cross all your Tee's to me they loss all trust with me read more

The car I was looking at (MBZ E350) just happened to be opened so I took a look inside, the interior was schweet, VERY clean, like a new car. I only waited like 10 minutes and Ernesto showed up. We talked for a few, he got me the keys and went for a test drive. the MBZ ran like new, on the freeway I punch it and the car just got up and went. City traffic the car. He even took the time to show me his wedding pics and family pics and talked about each pic and who was in them. I had brought my truck to the dealership all the way from Walnut Creek to see the benz, after the deal was verbally agreed upon and I gave the down payment. I drove the car home and left the truck. I was going to have my wife take me back the next day to pick up the truck. Boris, who lives a few cities away from offer to pick me up the next day and take me to the dealership so I could get my truck. Now, tell me, what other auto dealership would the owner/manager do that? I'll tell you, no other auto dealership owner/manager. I've already told him I'm coming back to him to get my current 2006 Toyota Tundra upgraded.
