Daniel was the plumbing technician sent out to handle the job, and he was awesome!! Proficient, friendly, took care of the initial job I had requested, but also took the time to help problem solve an additional water leak (that showed up after a heavy rain storm), that may need some follow-up service in the future. These guys were beyond awesome. I literally signed up on Yelp just to write this review. Our tankless water heater went out last night, and I called around and left messages to several places. Plumbing boys returned my call in less than ten minutes. Seeing how busy these guys are, getting back so quick was amazing, especially since other places still hadn't returned my call even as I'm writing this. They initially said they'd be available the following day, which was not ideal, but understandable (I called around 2pm). They ended up calling at 4:30pm to say they had wrapped some work early and were available to check out my water heater. They showed up 10 minutes later, super nice, and in the rain. They took one look at my water heater, and noticed the outlet breaker had been tripped. They just reset the breaker and plugged the heater back in and it started working. I was mortified. They were so nice about it, coming outside, IN THE RAIN, off their scheduled repairs, just to plug in a newbie home owner's heater. They were super cool about it, saying not to worry about calling them, and that this kind of stuff happens. I spoke to Tony over the weekend when I saw my water heater was beginning to seep water underneath. I told him what was happening and the quote he gave me I thought was high and I asked him to explain. He told me about the insurance and workers comp and trucks, etc. I then proceeded to shop around and found out that he wasn't that far out of line. I told him what I had to spend (holidays and all) and he worked with me. Levon showed up on Monday at the pre arranged time and within an hour and a half had everything changed out and functioning. These guys are the truth. I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment for today. (They had availability yesterday but today worked better for me). They quoted a fair price and we confirmed the appointment. Full disclosure, I tried plunging and a couple of chemical treatments on my own; but nothing worked. Tony is an amazing plumber who gave me the most competitive prices in town. The plumbing on one of my rental properties was completely backed up when my tenants reached out to plumbing bros. They came in the middle of the night and unclogged the entire home. The next day they came and installed a cleaning area so the issue wouldn't occur again. A few days after, an issue with the toilet arose. I called tony and he showed up right away. Initially I thought it had something to do with the work from the previous day. After throughly checking the plumbing, tony discovered the tenants had thrown away all sorts of items. He snaked the toilet and completely fixed it free of charge. These guys get it done, and they stick with it through tough jobs. We have one of those fancy Toto Aqueos toilets where the designer must have had it out for all plumbers everywhere - they're a pain in the ass to work with. You have to remove the entire toilet any time there's a problem and it doesn't just simply unbolt from the back, it's grouted or caulked to the floor so after multiple trips for multiple issues (should have just replaced the toilet) these guys fixed my leak, my faulty fill valve and cleaned out a massive calcium buildup. Disaster struck at my house this morning. A little toilet incident that I thought a plunger could fix turned into a much larger problem when my mother fiddled with the water. Overflow! It was not pretty to say the least. I panicked and called ten plumbers, literally. Everyone was booked until the afternoon!! I needed someone there immediately! I think the man who answered the phone at Plumbing Boys took pity on me and called me back to say he'd pull someone off another job to help me out. I was saved! The plumber showed up about an hour and a half later. He took a look and said he could probably just snake it for $89 but if that didn't work he'd need to take out the entire toilet.
