Their telephone number was on our garbage disposal sticker under our sink to call for service. We did. These guys were so completely transparent with costs and honesty and so helpful. They went way, way over what any other company would ever do. Kory and Chad so hard working, honest, and clean. I could never rate them enough stars. They have back up crews they call to support difficult jobs, like ours happened to be. They are worth their weight in more than solid Gold. On April 7th, 2023, I called Plumbing Masters as I was could hear water running within my bathroom wall and running under the concrete slab of my house. I was not sure how long this had been going on as water was not leaking into my home but was under the house. When they came, I was told that I would need to agree to a $1000.00 charge to locate the leak before they even would look to see where the problem was. I felt pressured to agree to this even though I do not have that kind of money. I am elderly, living on a fixed income in a senior citizen community and do not have this kind of money but felt I had no choice since I did not know how much and exactly where this and what damage this leak had caused. They stated in their dispute response that my son-in-law had already cut a hole in the wall which in not true. After a brief walk through of my home by the Plumbing Masters employees, I was told the leak was indicated in the middle of my dining room. This meant a large portion of my floor was to be dug up from my bathroom to the living room as the water pipes ran from that area. Then, I was presented with two options to repair this leak. One option was for over $19,000.oo and the other was for $15,000.00. I was, at that point, very stressed as my home owners insurance (State Farm) would not cover any of this expense as the damage was occurring under the slab. I felt very pressured as I would also be responsible for any repairs they made within the house. I just could not do this and this is why I filed the dispute against them. I contacted my insurance agent and was given a firm that specializes in finding leaks and another plumbing firm. The leak, and only leak, he found was behind the wall by the toilet in my bathroom. The total charge for finding this leak, after inspecting my whole house, was $250.00. A far cry from the $945.00 Plumbing Masters quoted plus giving me a wrong diagnosis. The new plumber came and fixed the leak for $1,750.00 which is a far cry from the repair options presented to me and tearing up my home. The firm finding the leak is Precision Locating, 602-957-1846, and the plumber I used to fix the leak was SERVWORX, Cale McKay, 480-881-6765. I can prove this and have receipts for their work. I feel Plumbing Masters were out to scam me which is happening to so many senior citizens and I will not participate in being preyed upon. I do not owe Plumbing Masters anything as they were out to wrongly overcharge me and took advantage for putting me into a very stressful situation to comply. It would be a disservice to Peoria/Phoenix to not announce the smoothest service I've experienced Plumber Masters utilizes a combination of old school in person care and project conversation and combines it with new age technology. At each step I received notification via text of who was going to be meeting with me, time, date. There was in person follow up. Brad, our service technician, then follow up with making sure we understood the work that was being done, took the time to educate us about the rest of the buildings plumbing. The office staff at each of my visits, was very accommodating and again, provided outstanding follow up. No one enjoys having to call a plumber cause all it means is having to pay for something. Today we had some repair issues on our RO system and Cody Yeager was our technician and he was both professional and knowledgeable! Cody was very helpful in answering our questions. He's an great employee and Plumbing Masters should be proud of him. Upon my request he inspected our plumbing fixtures and connections in both bathrooms and promptly fixed some valves that were in need of replacement. Part of his visit today was to drain our water heater which is ten years old and due for a change. Called for a drain clean because I saw an ad for 53$. Guy came and looked at it wrote up an estimate and it was 409$. I showed him the ad and he did it for 53$. Just a clogged trap that he cleared. Here is the story, on January I called Pluming Master to give an estimate of one of my property, this is the first time I use them. I found their price are very expensive, they charge more than $1400 for changing 2 tub drains see attached invoice, but I am on a tight schedule and I don't want to wait. The technician ask me to sign up for their membership, because I have other properties, so I agreed. But when I called again in February for a different property, they told me one membership per property! how many plumbing job can you have in one property! However since I have already called, I scheduled a appointment for estimate, I also schedule other companies to estimate to compare price. And then this morning I got a call from Plumbing Master, telling me to change the 1-star review otherwise they are not going to the appointment. This company are ripoff artists. They did a small job in my 40sq/ft bathroom and charged 18,000. In reality it should had cost 8,000 for the small amount of hours put in and work. They then recommend a restoration company which are also rip offs. The restoration company put dehumidifyer fans in my bathroom for 2 days and try to charge me 4,000 for that. I told them to pick up their equipent and leave and I also said you would had charged me 10 thousands more for tile installation, they laughed and said "yea." I hope this company goes out of business for being rip offs. Save your hard earned money and hire a small independent company. Count your days Plumber Masters! read more

Well, firstly, I'd love to thank the tech that came out today. He was awesome. His attitude was great, and he stuck with it, even when it wasn't resolved at the end of the visit. My tankless water heater (2 yrs old) stopped working. Faulting out error code 12. While he was here, troubleshooting, we got Rheem on the phone regarding warranty. The tech originally said he would clean the flame rods but didn't think that'd be the fix. Yes, I agreed to the service. But for the flame rods and ig otros to be removed, (them be already clean), and at the end of the night, we have to wait on a control board from Rheem to arrive in a few days. which the tech even said he doesn't feel confident will fix it in the end. But hey, I still got to pay Plumbing Masters $291 today and no fix, no hot water! Just a $291 bill! And I still have to pay for labor when the board arrives! Yea, idk about that. All I know is that I just spent nearly $300 and my water heater is turned off and unplugged and I'm about to shower with cold water. read more

I had contested that they over charged for the unplanned issue ($19000). The plumbing master employ showed me on his tablet that I was only charged extra $8000 for added unplanned issue! The first major project charge before unplanned issues was $18000., add this to the $8000 equals $26000! Master plumbing addition amount is $35000.
