We knew they had a beautiful patio for dining, so we decided to go there for lunch. Turns out all the tables with umbrellas were taken, so we sat in the room just off the patio, with the big doors wide open, so it was still ok. Their menu is extensive, with something for everyone. I ordered a combo plate with a shredded beef enchilada and a chili relleno. I got the calabacitas as my side. Service was friendly and attentive.

New Mexico-style Mexican food, which means Hatch green chiles everywhere--and I'm not mad about it. I ordered the carne asada and eggs plate and it absolutely hit. The steak was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and the portions were generous, especially for a $15 dish. Scrambled eggs, refried beans, and a warm medium tortilla rounded it out into a really satisfying meal. Service was also great--our waiter was super friendly and on top of refills for water, iced tea, and coffee. All around, a solid experience and a place I'd happily come back to.

The patio by the fountain was really nice. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The taco was very good. The pork and beef in both of the dishes were a little dry and lacking flavor. We did help it out by purchasing a side of green chiles. The beans were good but the rice wasn't really great.

This place quickly became a top 5 for New Mexican cuisine. Haven't found good New Mexican food ( love hatch chiles) outside of New Mexico... but today we did! I appreciate the generous use of green chile and the potent flavoring of all their dishes (ps the red chile sauce is legit). The green chile fries had a bite from the chile.... and packed with flavor. The complimentary chips and salsa were enjoyed at the table as that salsa is a pretty good stand alone condiment! Reasonable prices and large quantities of food. Service was awesome... our server was totally friendly, attentive and had a positive vibe. The restaurant itself is a lot bigger than it looks from the road with two levels and a lovely outdoor patio for dining. It's a great place to bring guests visiting as well. Definitely going back and highly recommend.

Great spot for New Mexican style food. We both went with the combination plates. I chose the calabacitas as my side, and felt good about myself for that, but in all honesty the refried beans and rice was the better way to go. Loved everything in the combo, but the sour cream enchilada sauce on the relleno, was the star! Chips and salsa were amazing! AND they had root beer! Our server, Amanda, couldn't have been better. The ambience was typical of Mexican restaurants, colorful, and comfortable. I'm so glad we finally tried it!

I've driven by this place too many times and we finally stopped in for brunch on a Saturday. I'm super happy we stopped here. The space is open and airy. The vibe is friendly The staff is attentive and friendly. Great selection of local and Mexican dishes on the menu. We ate inside on this visit but I would definitely eat outside as long as the monsoon isn't doing its thing. I look forward to going back. Not a single complaint.

We had a delightful New Mexico style breakfast. I am a huge Hatch Chile fan so I was excited to come and see the varieties of extra hot hatch chile dishes. Some our entrees were hatch green chicken omelet with hash browns (i tasted someone's beans and those beans had a lot of flavor). Our guests enjoyed chorizo breakfast ,veggie omelet, kids pancakes and a breakfast burrito with potatoes bacon egg and cheese. We finished the breakfast with sopapillas and If the weather permits enjoy the outdoor patio

Dropped into the bar to see an early UA basketball game on a Saturday. The bar is a small space, nothing fancy, but good sized tvs and fairly comfortable bars stools. Servers were awesome- super friendly and attentive, and happy to chat when they came by. One made a great suggestion not on the menu (that I could get my breakfast with half portions of two meats instead of having to pick just one). And the food was classic New Mexico. Eggs were cooked perfectly, hash browns were crisp, meats delicious. The salsa is a little bland, but totally acceptable with the hot crispy chips they served.

Well, the service was and always has been great! We were welcomed nicely. We sat at the bar, and right away, we got some water and asked if we wanted chips and salsa. We then ordered drinks: beer for me and a green chile margarita for the hubs! Let me tell you about that Margarita: It had actual chunks of green chile--not sweet, not half bad! We then ordered our food. I ordered my usual, spicy green chile chicken enchiladas with eggs on top and my love had the combo plate. Unsure if maybe they gave me the mild sauce but it was not spicy at all. Savory, yes. Rice and beans were ok. Lots of food, brought half home with us. Overall ok, not great unfortunately. Just feel like they were so much better at their original place on Kolb. Quiet crowd and enjoyed lunch.

Pulling in first impressions are very nice, large and spacious parking. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated quickly. Drink orders were taken promptly, and complimentary chips and salsa were brought out also. We also ordered the Mexican pizza as a starter, which was outstanding. Very light and crispy with great flavor. Onto the entrees, all were outstanding. The pictures of all the food was an afterthought, so I apologize for the pics being taken post meal lol. Taco salad, nachos, Carne Asada chimichanga, Portions were great, and the nachos were huge. Fried ice cream was ordered for the dessert. Huge portion! Taste? Excellent! It was shared between 3 people, but was enough for 5-6. All in all, I definitely recommend this place.

Great food and service, can get very crowded though. Eating outside on the patio is the best , listening to the birds and the fountain.

The beets and everything that came with them was very fresh! I love anything with pickled onions. The steak appetizer was excellent and my dad could not stop talking about them. Next, I ordered the swordfish special and my dad got the pork chop. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavor was everywhere! For dessert we split the dark chocolate ganache. The ganache was very rich but paired wonderfully with the whipped cream and other flavors. I don't drink, but my dad also loved the cocktails he ordered! It was a smash cheeseburger on texas toast, fries and one big chicken tendy. I got the special to try their burger for the first time and save some money. I'm not usually a fan of having my burger smashed but this one was hitting the spot. It had a slice of American cheese and their cowpig sauce. Very tasty I must say. I found myself dipping it in more sauce. The fries were perfectly crispy, they kinda remind me of McDee's fries and were just as good. The tendy was huge and crunchy and served with a side of ranch and cowpig sauce. I also enjoyed the "jams" they were playing. It was some old school 80's and 90's hip hop and R&B bangers. The bar itself is very small but you can sit out in the back if you need more space. Although I didn't drink this time, it appeared that they had some really good beers on tap as well. The first thing I need to own is that it's a shame I hadn't visited here before. We arrived at 5:30p and both the bar and patio areas were packed - standing room only, and no wonder. They have one of the better happy hours (daily! 3:00 - 6:30p) - able to accommodate both the slacker and the over-timer Lol. Basic drinks are all discounted such as house wines, well drinks, and beers. Their bottled wines and craft cocktails are all exempt though. Many of their appetizers are also discounted and some quite substantially. We grabbed a glass of the house cabernet ($6, normally $8) and the grilled shrimp wrapped in jalapeno bacon ($13, normally $20). NOTE: happy hour pricing is Only available if you order/consume at the bar or on the patio at that's clear in advance and understandable. The dining areas were only half full at this early point (but filled up by 6:30) and the host kindly encouraged us to enjoy our starters at the bar as she would hold our table. We were then sat near the "back" of this long venue and frankly, aside from the lone windowed table at the very front, this would be my preferred seating - cozy, intimate, with only five other tables around us. For dinner drinks she got an Italian Nebbiolo Bricco Magno Red Blend ($13/glass, reliably terrific/mellow) and I got the Chupacabra ($15) Mezcal/prickly pear cocktail, strong and excellent as well. We got an additional appetizer: the roasted bone marrow ($19). I had never had before but she raved about how good this can be if done properly (bonus, it is super healthy). Folks, a picture/worth a 1000... suffice to say this was simply outstanding! We both had long work weeks and were craving meat - just a damn good steak. Our waiter, without blinking recommended the 8oz bison filet mignon ($65) as his absolute menu fav, and the day's special: 14oz ribeye ($50). We ordered each. All dinners come with two sides and we each got the day's special: roasted half artichoke and she got the loaded baked potato while I got the mashed potatoes. Food arrived in about 15 minutes later at good temperature (warm/rested with a strong char) with each being accurately grilled (medium and medium-rare). Taste was outstanding. Neither one of us had bison filet before and marveled how it (subtly) added a "wild" edge to an always outstanding, lean-but-tender, cut of beef. The loaded baked was terrific, however, the mashed was the only disappointment... a plainer mash one could not make themselves - pure white and borderline dry, no milk, butter, egg, gravy(?), nothing to make it creamy or add any flavor dimension - a surprise frankly. The only other "critique" is that the dessert menu could add some kind of dark/chocolate concoction. All in all, though, we loved our experience and have decided to add this to our periodic special dinners rotation! Staff was outstanding - just the proper balance of attentive and quiet - and waters never went below half empty. Parking is free and plentiful, especially behind the restaurant (and yes, if you continue on around the back there is another long entrance/exit driveway that comes out the other side of Jimmy John's and Noodleholics.

I understand the head chef has a French influence, but frankly it overwhelms the food and takes away from the freshness. I had the snapper since they didn't have the halibut. Where they seemed to sit everyone coming into the restaurant. If the restaurant was packed I would understand but every other room was empty. Who wants to sit along the pathway to the bathroom? Service was so/so. Had to ask for drinks multiple times. But frankly the quality of the food was not worth the cost. Definitely will not be returning, until they revamp the menu to include less French style and more uniquely inspired fresh food. I mean if we wanted French we would have gone to Le Rendezvous or Wild Garlic which are top notch.
