Birria taco and grilled shrimp taco. $4 each (or $2 each on Taco Tuesday) Yummmm!

Delicious! Cozy place with great food! Salsa bar with salsas, toppings, and my favorite - spicy carrots! Pictured are the tacos but we've also tried the quesabirria, which was delicious and a generous portion. 5 !

I went here for taco Tuesday and it was amazing! You can't beat the price of $1.99 per taco. I got a grilled fish taco, fried fish taco, asada taco, and chips with guacamole and they were delicious. There's a great little topping cart. The service was really fast. The interior is a bit small and plain.

    Half of the chimichanga

The place is clean and nice. The Worker was pleasant and friendly. The food was good. But they got my order wrong. I got a burrito rather than a chimichanga. When the girl noticed i had eaten half of burrito. Mind you I wasn't going to complain. It was good. But she offered to change it for me so i agreed. Thought wow! That's service! So when she came back my hubby and i laughed! She brought back HALF of the chimichanga! Just thought that was so funny

Large menu options. May have to try other things. Walk up and order Plastic utensils etc. Had the shrimp soup. Lots of shrimp. Broth was a tomato vegetable base. Add some rice and onions. I was not enjoying it. Struggled. Added salt etc. Small place. I might have needed to order something different. Not a fan when I sit down and use plastic utensils...etc.

Sonoran Hot Dog & Fish taco.

Great spot. Sonoran hot dog and fish taco were great. Will definitely come back. They also a great salsa bar.

Nice to have good, casual taco places in midtown. We ordered at the counter, staff was friendly. The food came out hot and quick. My tacos de cameron were grilled and had a sauce on it, which had a little kick. Don't forget to stop by the salsa bar to kick it up a notch. There's patio seating, but with the heat we chose to sit inside which was "cozy." Definitely worth a try!

The…read moreseafood Newberg was phenomenal: ultra-generous serving of perfectly cooked shrimp, mussels, scallops, clams, crab, and hoki nestled in the most decadent and delectable saffron-infused cognac sauce with garlic, onions, carrots, potatoes, and asparagus; and topped with puff pastry. I may have never tasted anything more delicious. I took home more than enough for a fabulous lunch. The hub wasn't as thrilled. He's not that much of a seafood guy, enjoying ribs or steak previously, but he decided on the fish and chips for this outing. He's used to cod for battered fish and noted that hoki didn't hold together well, breaking into small pieces, some with breading and some without. The fish and the coating were under seasoned and bland. He wasn't happy with the fries, either. He expected regular fries as our server specified, but received shoestrings, some of which were overly crisp but the ones under the fish were soggy. He did praise the cole slaw. Although neither of us could finish our meal, we did order dessert. We shared the pecan caramel cheesecake and it was ridiculously delicious: smooth, tangy, and not too sweet. Just perfect. We managed to finish it and mentioned to the manager/owner? how good it was. He laughed and said no judging if we licked the plate. The ambiance of the dining room is elegance, almost vintage, and feels special. The restaurant was very busy, which I am thrilled to see, but quite noisy. We were so lucky to grab a parking space in the small front lot, because I have limited mobility. I would love a rail on either side of the small ramp because it is a little steep.

We had a booth seat which felt very intimate. My husband and I shared a bottle of non-alcoholic wine (side note: I love that they have a robust alcoholic and non-alcoholic menu). We tried the lab grown salmon crudo which was decent but not our favorite crudo. The texture was definitely different from real fish, but it was unique to try! I got the special which was a crab leg pasta with pesto and peppers. One of the best things I've had in Tucson. Can't wait to come back and try their oysters!

We made a reservation well in advance and even then there were limited time options. The atmosphere of the restaurant is slightly upscale while still being cozy. I love all the plants! Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to give several recommendations. We ordered the grilled and chilled beets and the steak skewers for appetizers. The beets and everything that came with them was very fresh! I love anything with pickled onions. The steak appetizer was excellent and my dad could not stop talking about them. Next, I ordered the swordfish special and my dad got the pork chop. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavor was everywhere! For dessert we split the dark chocolate ganache. The ganache was very rich but paired wonderfully with the whipped cream and other flavors. I don't drink, but my dad also loved the cocktails he ordered! If Tito & Pep has been on your list do not hesitate any longer. I very much regret not coming here sooner and I highly recommend giving it a try!

The facility delivered the game, with multiple televisions (extra large, large and medium sized) placed around its ample and roomy three dining venues,(outdoor patio bar, indoor bar, and dining room. The atmosphere felt very trendy, upbeat, and fun. What set this facility apart from other "sports bars" to me, was that it appeared to be staffed and managed more like a nicer, "dressy" restaurant. The serving staff were very attentive, polished, polite, and efficient. The tables were bussed and cleaned with pit crew efficiency. But honestly, what really set Trident apart, was the very high quality, attention to detail culinary skills of the kitchen staff. The chicken tender appetizer had juicy, piping hot chicken breast, inside crispy perfectly spiced batter crust. With no heavy grease saturation that is common for bar food. Similarly Mexican Sea Bass, was perfectly prepared with a slight pop of surface resistance before the fish flaked into juicy perfectly seasoned morsels. The dish was balanced flavor and texture wise. Truly, I want to go back to have it again. My son ate fish and chips, and said that it was very delicious. I'll have to take his word for it, because it was devoured before I could even sneak a peek, let alone a taste. Desert was a house-made 4" or 5" wide, 3/4" deep chocolate chip cookie, served piping hot fresh out of the oven, with a creamy vanilla bean ice cream and generous chocolate syrup garnishment. The pride and attention to detail I observed is the true core of high quality experience. I commend Trident for that as much or more than anything, and hope they cherish and maintain that ethos. I clearly give a profound and hearty recommendation to anyone looking for a high quality meal, in a casual and fun environment.
