Totally fine. The foursome roll was AMAZING because you get a side of tuna poke and it was perfect to put it on top of the roll itself and the crispy rice! All in all it was a great experience and for everything (add a soda and a green tea in there) it was $100 with a tip for the two of us! We even had food left over! I wish I could've snagged a picture but we were too excited to eat! We will definitely be back :)

Sorry, but honestly, I didn't like the baked salmon roll here; there was too much sauce, and I couldn't really taste the salmon. Americans might like the taste. The vegetable tempura roll was ok. I think the rice was not tasty in either roll. The jasmine tea was my favorite type with blooming jasmine flowers. The service was excellent. There are also large tables, so it's good for families and groups. The parking lot is in front of the restaurant.

After some time, the owner came to our table and told us that another customer's order had somehow been charged to my credit card. She said she would cancel the transaction and asked us to place the order again. Naturally, I was concerned and asked for an explanation of how another customer's order could be charged to my card. Unfortunately, she repeatedly said she didn't know and offered no explanation or reassurance. Her attitude was dismissive and surprisingly unconcerned about what could have been a serious payment system issue. Because I was uncomfortable with the situation and the lack of transparency, I decided to cancel my order and leave. She simply said "OK" and showed little interest in addressing my concerns. Whether this was a system error or not, customers deserve a clear explanation when their credit card is involved in an unexpected transaction. The poor customer service and lack of concern left a very negative impression. I would be extremely cautious about using a credit card here in the future.

That is generous of them. I think their prices are among the most affordable for HH sushi around this area and everything was fresh. I am not picky sushi rolls person, but I would guess their sushi quality is average, made for mass consumption and general public, not for people who really want Japan level top grade sushi/ sashimi. Service: it all depends. Most of the servers are college aged young women. So a lot of them huddle and talk during busy HH time while they constantly scan the busy entrance for new diners. It can take awhile for someone to actually come take your order; we were lucky our server was pretty sweet natured. But in general I don't get the vibe that most of the servers are very focused about their jobs. But with busy HH, warm and friendly service isn't a priority. We're here for the HH deals and fresh affordable sushi. For these points, Sumo delivers. The ambiance: modern and bright, not my first choice. I prefer more low key settings.
