Pokeworks is my go to place for poke. I have yet to find somewhere that tops Pokeworks in the sauce, topping variety, and fish variety. I thought that when I went to Hawaii, I would not enjoy poke anymore in the US, but I actually prefer Pokeworks over the poke you get in Hawaii due to more variety. I will say the quality of fish is not the quality of that you can get at more premium poke places, but the combination of the fish, toppings, and sauce makes the bowl a great meal. My go to bowl is white rice, two scoops of tuna, edamame, garlic, tofu, crab salad, kale, seaweed, cilantro, and the Pokeworks classic sauce. The nice part about Pokeworks is they offer the salad option too, which is great when you want to be healthy or are on a diet. I went to Pokeworks frequently when I was on the keto diet. I just replaced the rice with salad. One suggestion for Pokeworks is that there is not much consistency in what you get. Depending on who is working that day, you may not get the same portion size as if you went a different day. I know it's difficult to stay consistent person by person, but sometimes the difference is huge. Love Pokeworks! I get a bowl from here around once a week and really appreciate the consistency. I reliably know how much food I'll get and how much sauce will be in my poke mix! I will say that anything other than poke really falls flat (lookin' at you, miso soup) but I honestly wasn't expecting much from that end. Lots of variety (including fruits!) for your poke bowl, and easy to order double of the same protein (some places can have an ambiguous ordering system for that). Holy moly, this is some SOLID poke. Let me just cut to the chase - this is some serious value. Wait... they even have 5% cashback through Yelp. They give you SO much food. The regular bowl is $10.50 for two scoops of fish, and trust me... this will be enough. Get the large bowl to split between two people for even better value. But if you're getting food for yourself, get the regular. I got salmon (which tasted quite fresh), and loaded up my bowl with other stuff. They have pretty much everything you need (edamame, oranges, mangoes, crab meat salad, all the crispy things, green onions, a bajillion other things), plus a lot of great sauces to go with it. My daughter took me here for lunch and it was fantastic! Super clean and bright when we walked in, very professional and friendly staff all around and amazingly fresh tasting poke. So delicious! I have to say though that the cut onion smell was a bit overpowering making my eyes tear a bit. But the food was worth it! Preferred, I've been here a handful of times and I feel like that's the only way to really give 5 Star review. The fish is cubed just right. I always get avocado. If they don't give you enough of the topping just politely just ask for more. The burrito is really good if you are really hungry and I would recommend it. read more

The best thing about this poke place are the variety of toppings you can get! My especially am fond of the macadamia nuts and fried onion and garlic. Delicious! They also are really fast at making your bowl. I usually create a custom poke bowl - with scallop and spicy salmon for my protein, and half rice and salad for the base. They don't give you much salad, so next time I would ask them to add more, and you can also ask them to add cabbage instead of only having the spring mix. My only complaint is that their seafood is chopped up in such tiny pieces, especially the spicy salmon. They get so small that you can't really taste it, and you don't get very much. Pokeworks is my go-to poke place. It's even convenient because it's like a 5-minute drive from my work. So whenever I'm craving poke I take myself over there. Every time I come to this place they're not that busy, even during lunchtime so that's a plus! When I first arrived here with my boyfriend late at night we got to meet the manager, very friendly and very generous to giving us suggestions for first timers. So much varieties of toppings to stack on your poke it just piles up if you want everything, so worth it! I'm sad they never have lotus chips anymore, but that's okay. I recommend getting the bowl instead of the sushi burrito because it does tend to get messy and if you don't finish your burrito the rice will get hard when you refrigerate thus ruining your leftovers. What I order all the time is Poke Bowl with all salmon, their Spicy Mayo sauce, cucumber, green onion, surimi salad, tofu, avocado ($1), and wonton crisps. So yummy! We came here to try the poke burrito. The roasted seaweed nori wrap is actually the greasy kind of nori, so it gets a little messy. I wish it was the kind used in sushi maki rolls. Ordered four poke bowls for family dinner tonight -- they tasted good, with quality ingredients and tasty sauces. However, portions were somewhat small for ~$13 bowls. The worst part of the experience was the Pokeworks App (I used the Android one). Clunky, glitchy, barely functional. Unlike other restaurant/delivery/retail apps which charge your order amount to a credit card, the only way I could get this order to go through was by PRELOADING from a credit card -- in increments of $25, no less. In other words, I had to preload $75 to pay for an approximately $60 order. What this means is that I now have a random pre-charged credit on my account of about $15. User error, perhaps? No. I entered my credit card at least five times trying to get it to save or work as it should. Error messages every time (except for the preload function). Believe me, I tried every option I could find. Furthermore, I've had this problem before, almost exactly a year ago -- and wrote management about it. Multiple reviews on the Google Play store back then also mentioned the same problems from other users. No answer back then, and now I see still no fix. Tried again tonight because family wanted poke and wanted to give another try. I must now think this is intentional -- require customers to pre-load more money onto their accounts than needed for the immediate purchase. Shady and dishonest. Oh, and one more thing. Received email notice of Black Friday offer for a bonus amount with the purchase of a gift card. Instructions on the email were to purchase on the app, but when I tried to do so it wouldn't take payment. If I tried to purchase with a preloaded amount, the app said purchasing a gift card WITH A GIFT CARD was not allowed (even though the account balance was prepaid from a credit card). I believe an offer was advertised that I ultimately could not use. This is also dishonest. read more

Love this new location! It's a perfect place for a quick lunch or dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered from their signature works menu so that we didn't have to make our own selections. (We are lazy!) The only selection we had to make was to choose a base. I ordered a regular bowl of Hawaiian Classic, and the tuna was so fresh. It tasted like a chirashi sushi in Japanese cuisine, but with more vegetables. It tasted really good. However, I think it's a bit pricey as the regular bowl is very small. I also ordered miso soup, which added up to about $13. The miso soup was okay. After finishing, I was feeling hungry. read more
