The food always tastes fresh and Esteban did an amazing job! Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at this place. Esteban's service was goated he made sure I got all the toppings I wanted and even made sure I was okay with the toppings that costed extra. He went out of his way to ensure my food was exactly how I wanted it which was amazing! I like the quiet ambiance of the store they play good music and make sure it's comfortable if you plan on dining in. After working out at the gym I recommend getting your protein here (if you like poke) they got great flavors for their sauces and decent prices. read more

This is my first time here and this place is so clean and nice!! Poke and toppings are mixed separately (which makes the bowl look so much more yum). I got a regular spicy salmon bowl (no up charge for spicy vs regular salmon) and the total for a MEDIUM bowl was $17 after tax (normally $15.95). It's pretty normal for poke, and worth it for fresh poke like this!! read more

I am writing to formally report a deeply disappointing experience I had at your location, specifically involving a staff member named B-----. Upon arrival, I stood near the counter while I located my Pokeworks account before joining the line. Bella approached and asked if I was picking up a delivery -- a question I found odd and, given the context, felt may have been prompted by my race. She then directed me to the line, which I acknowledged, explaining I simply wasn't ready yet. Once I located my account and was ready to order, several concerning incidents occurred: Food Handling: A piece of lettuce fell from Bella's gloved hand onto the counter. She picked it up and placed it back into my bowl. When I politely mentioned she didn't need to do that, she became defensive, repeatedly justifying herself before finally remaking the bowl. I requested one scoop of spicy tuna, lobster and one scoop of salmon (lightly torched She torched all of the fish. After three attempts to correct her, she finally torched only the intended portion. I clearly stated I did not want tofu or green onion. Both were added. Rather than remaking the bowl, Bella reached into it with the same gloves she had been using throughout to remove the onions -- which I found unsanitary given my earlier concerns about her glove handling. At the counter, Bella removed her gloves and grabbed the inside of my to-go bowl cover with her bare hands and nails. As someone who has worked in health care, I recognized this as a clear food safety violation. When I raised the concern, she became argumentative and dismissive, eventually walking away mid-service stating she would not serve me. A second employee stepped in professionally, completed my order, applied my rewards points, apologized sincerely, and provided me with the manager's contact information. I want to be clear: throughout this interaction, I remained respectful. However, Bella's repeated errors, defensive attitude, and disregard for basic food safety standards made for an unacceptable experience. Combined with the initial interaction, I left feeling that her behavior may have been influenced by racial bias, which I take very seriously. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Thank you for your time. read more
