We are new to the area. Looking for a "Cheers" kind of place; "where everybody knows your name! " Food and service were phenomenal!

Nice place to come and listen to a band sometimes especially on the weekends. They serve food here and beer and are open every day even on Sunday. It's hidden behind enterprise rent a car. Just take the road to the left of enterprise . They serve steaks from Tuesday thru Saturday. Sundays they 50 cent wings. Smoking is allowed in a separate room but not in the front room or side room. I got the wings today since it was Sunday and its what was on special. The sauce I got was bar b q and it was the best bar b a wings I ever had. I will remember to come back . There is plenty of parking out front and easy to get to from main road. read more

Found this little place tucked away off Keith. What I ordered was very good and priced well. Evidentially they have a stage with entertainment too. Mostly locals. Understandable since it's not easily seen (they do have a sign on Keith). Small lunch crowd. Make their own BBQ. Also a sports bar. Make the effort. I'll be coming back!!! read more

We used to come a lot for the trivia on Wednesday's. The last Wednesday we came in, our server, (can't remember her name) tall, mixed girl, was super dry and unpleasant. She'd cut up with other tables but acted as if we were an inconvenience. read more

Gave me the sense of a dive bar, but it was without the smell of old brick and wood. Would definitely come back! Server was very kind and quick to tend to our needs. I ordered the chopped/hamburger steak. Got slaw was soso, sweet potato fries weren't bad but I expected a bigger portion. Regardless, food was good, service was good, environment was good too. Authentic is the word that comes to mind. Came here because a friend took me. Never heard or knew this place existed. I really like the idea of going to places with little to no advertisement. The wife and I went to try Pokey's, for the first time, around 8:30pm to grab dinner and a few drinks, after she got off of work. Unfortunately we can't give a review of anything more than the front door, because that's as far as we made it. Apparently they had a live band because they had a sign at the front door saying there was a $5 per person cover charge after 8pm. We turned around and left. Sorry, but we were coming to buy dinner and drinks. We could really care less about the band. We spent over $50 at the restaurant we wound up going to, and would have spent the same amount there, but they tried to squeeze an extra $10 before we would have even got to order something. Not happening with this couple. Also, aren't the purpose of bands a way to attract more customers and encourage them to stay and spend money on food and drink? They shouldn't have to pay for that too! read more

Lunch was good. They will not serve you a glass of ice water during lunch. You must buy a bottle of water which I think is a huge rip off.

Went here for drinks on a trip to Cleveland and liked the vibe of the entire place. Local watering hole, bar, karaoke night, well priced drinks ($3.50 Yuengling pints), pool tables, and large TVs. Will have to try the food next time. I'm not used to smoking at bars coming from California but its commonplace in Tennessee. Definitely worth checking out for a chill night. read more

Their "Buzzard" wings get 5 stars alone. Holy cow they are so delicious and I consider myself a chicken wing snob. The seasoning is out of this world. They are also always very hot. You will definitely burn your mouth because they are so damn yummy you can't wait for them to cool down. Best wings in Cleveland!! This a fun place great food, but the servers are under staffed at night. They can't keep track of what you ordered. It's highly recommended not to run a tab unless you like buying everyone's drinks for them. read more

Typical nasty dive bar in cleveland. Service was rude and our food was cold. We were waiting at least ten minutes in between drinks it was pathetic. Best of all there was a group of people behind us being rude and obnoxious and the owner/manager had the audacity to ask US to leave. What a liar we were simply minding our own business. Plus the whole building was drafty too like they had a fan on in the winter time. DON'T GO TO POKEYS if you're wanting to enjoy a night out. read more

Bad experience. It took 15 minutes for the server to take our drink orders. The food was cold. The servers were rude to me. I am a Black American. When I walked in, the place was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I thought they were rude to me due to my race but after reading other reviews it seems like they just suck. read more

I love coming here on the week days. I come in at least twice a week for my lunch break. There weekly lunch specials are great on Thursdays is fried chicken day and sadly they run out of chicken after an hour or so. I have also came in after work for a couple of drinks. It's a great place with friendly staff. read more
