I don't think I could ever give up this place I love this place for poke. They ALWAYS fill my bowl up and the portions are alwaysss SOOOO GOOD for the price. Workers are nice and are attentive when helping you. My go to place for poke. I would drive distances for this place.

Got a medium bowl ($19) this time around. It's been a few years since I've been here. Previously I'd get a small in a medium bowl, or a medium in a large bowl, to have room for stirring -- this time, they told me no. :( Always bugs the crap out of me to eat a salad or rice bowl where the bowl's barely big enough for the contents and you can barely stir without half the food spilling out. Ingredients are as fresh as always, bowl as delicious as always.

We stopped by today for lunch. I haven't been to this location in five years. When we walked in we were greeted but not helped immediately. They were working on online orders first. Both my husband and I ordered the medium bowl with our choice of three proteins. They had a good selection of different tuna's and salmon. I really like that they offer mango and pineapple as a free topping as well as the misago. We decided to eat our lunch there. We helped ourselves to the complimentary cold water. They offer a few tables for inside dining. Most of their orders are for takeout. We both enjoyed our bowls today.

First time having poke! Really good portion sizes. I got a small for 15 dollars and you get a free scoop of crab along with two scoops of your fish of choice! I got suchi rice, cucumber, corn, green onions, Nori, and eel sauce with aioli! It was super flavorful and filling! I think its more on the pricey side. We went Ona. sunday during lunch and theres only a few tables. There were plenty of people but line went by super fast and workers were really nice.

Solid poke with good portions. Fish is pretty fresh and the sauces are good. Filling and satisfying bowls!

On a good day, Poke House can be a solid 4/5! The quality of the fish and veggies always stand out here, as the salmon is so buttery. My favorite sauce combo is now sriracha aioli, ponzu, sweet unagi, and light sesame oil. While I think service can still be inconsistent, it's generally improved over the last several visits for me as I haven't noticed skimpy portions. Be strategic with the order you give for sauces and ask for more if you see it looking dry.

Stopped in for a taste of seafood bowl and was impressed with the guy good service named Danny. The food was fresh not old and had great flavors. Clean inside with seating all around. The only problem was parking is always crowded.

No problems here! :) Consistent quality to other locations in San Jose. The salmon is always so fresh and fatty. LOVE IT. For sauces, I get the Miso Aioli and Ponzu, which always hits the spit for me. They didn't skimp on the portions and the bowl came with everything I requested on Doordash. Very satisfied with my lunch!

    The most delicious poke bowl!!
    Katelyn S.

I am not exaggerating one bit when I say that this is by far the BEST poke place I've ever been to. The seafood they use is so fresh, the toppings are delicious, and the sauces are versatile and flavorful. I ordered a small bowl for the decent price of $15.70, and they gave me SO much food. I also love how they mix the sauces in with your seafood and toppings, instead of just drizzling it on top of the bowl. The service is also quick and the restaurant is always so clean and cozy. I love going to this place, and I can't recommend it more!!

The free chips and salsa were really good. We were there at happy hour; they offer a free appetizer with each cocktail order. I had the asada quesadilla, which was very tasty. I thought the tortillas were made in house - they had than handmade texture and flavor - but apparently they are not. I was really excited about the place, until we ordered our main dishes. I had the camarones ala diabla. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, and there was no heat at all to the sauce. My friend ordered the mojarra frita. He said the fish was OK, but didn't have a lot of flavor. Portions were good and the price was reasonable. Overall I enjoyed my visit, but the main dishes were disappointing.

My buddy was also craving some Fish n Chips as well. Good size venue with a decent amount of seating. Parking is not an issue, with plenty of spaces in the plaza. Use the kiosk in the front to order and wait for your number to be called. This is a fast casual restaurant, so it's open seating. The interior and the tables were clean. Service was very friendly. The staff were very helpful and informational. They gave us extra sauce when we needed and were on top of everything. They took away our plates and cleaned out the table as soon as we left. #FishGrill: ~ LOBSTER NACHOS - 3.5/5 A heaping amount of food. I thought it could do with a bit more Lobster meat. There were tons of chips. Corn chips, wild-caught lobster, avocado, roasted corn, green onion, lomi tomato, diced chilies, cream sauce, green goddess & dynamite sauce. ~ FRIED CATFISH w/ Fire Roasted Street Corn - 4.5/5 Reminds me of NOLA. An excellent fried Catfish; crispy, mild and flaky without being overly oily and heavy. I thought the catfish could be a bit meatier portion wise. Grilled available as well. The Roasted Street Corn was perfect as well. ~ French Fries - 4/5 Brilliant Fries. Simple, crispy, slightly salty, just about perfect. Solid spot. I was impressed with the Fish and Chips as well, lightly battered, tender and crispy and it didn't make me feel bloated or lethargic after I ate. One employee (lighter hair, blue gloves) in front of kitchen area, used a salt/pepper packet to clean her teeth, then continued working with the same gloves. With those same gloves, she helped customers at the ordering screen, opened the refrigerator for sauces, handed out food bags, swept the floor, squeezed a wet towel from other counter to wiped counters, and handled a hot pan to clean around them! No glove change at all. I even took a photo, but out of respect for her privacy, I did not post it. Management should fully review the cameras between 2:15 and 3:00 PM -- everything happened one after another like a scene from a show. This is not the employee's fault; it's a management failure. Basic hygiene was ignored, and it made us regret eating there today. I hope they address this immediately. Customers deserve a clean and safe environment!

Note, when most people think Los Gatos, they think downtown, however this restaurant is on the edge of Los Gatos/San Jose. But don't let that deter you, the interior of the restaurant felt trendy and on par. Since this was our first time here and we're not too familiar with Eastern European dishes, we opted for the chef's menu and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing and the presentation was even better. Everything felt very fresh. The egg and the macaron bites are so unique, I would definitely recommend giving them a try. Service was impeccable, I don't think our water glasses ever got even halfway empty before they were refilled. Our server explained the menu and food/wine extremely well. With 10 items on the chef's menu, the portions were perfect. I actually appreciate a menu with more items and smaller portions, allowing you to taste more without feeling too full to eat the last few dishes. One of us has a tree nut allergy and they were able to accommodate them with no problems at all. Something to note, the chef's menu was pretty seafood heavy, which I love, but it might not be for everyone. I did overhear the table next to us sing praises of the short rib, so I will definitely be back to give that a try!
