First few bites, honestly there wasn't a whole lot of flavors even though there were so many ingredients inside. The fish and the ingredients were all pretty plain, but you mainly taste the spicy mayo. The spicy mayo isn't all that spicy or mayo tasting either. Flavors overall were lacking a lot. This place, specifically this location, is consistently inconsistent. I have been coming here for a few years now and have noticed several issues. One of which being staff retention, which I believe leads to inconsistency in how their food is prepared. Every time I go, no matter what size bowl I get, the portions are just simply inconsistent. I've never really encountered a mean or rude worker, but it's almost as if they pay little to no attention in training their staff. Second issue is a more recent thing. I noticed they switched payment services and in turn have a new reward system. The major issue is by the time you reached the register to enter in a phone number or email to link your rewards, the option disappears. It's almost as if they're trying to not allow anyone to earn rewards anymore, which is a huge bummer, especially for those who are regular customers who look forward to a discounted meal. My favorite fish to get is their Spicy Miso Salmon, the flavor hits every time and I always make my bowl all scoops of this fish only. The selection for veggies and sauces are top tier, there's really nothing missing in the selection they offer so that makes coming here all the better. I've never had a problem with the portions I've received here, the scoops are always good sizes. The prices are pretty decent for how much food you get as I know other poke places charge an arm and a leg for less food and again, less selection. I also love that they have a rewards program here, I believe 10 stamps is a free bowl. My only complaint is that it's pretty stuffy every time I come and I think there's no AC, which makes me a bit concerned when I come during the summer but nonetheless that has never affected the quality of my bowl. It's obviously a poorly managed location. They randomly decide to close early at 8:30pm even though website says closing is at 9pm. The execuse was they were having a meeting at 8:30pm, which was a lousy reason because published closing time is at 9pm so internal meetings should be held after closing. This is not a difficult concept for basic retail operation. I had bad experiences at this location in the past, such as rice not fully cooked, ingredients not added per my order, failure to make online orders even after 20 mins, or arbitrary portions from day to day. The operation is clearly deteriorating overtime, so I recommend you visit a different restaurant or location, unless you as a customer enjoys to be mistreated. read more

So we recently have been using the too good to go app, which is this app that has restaurants and sometimes markets that charge a fraction of the price for items that they didn't sell for the day and are either going to toss it or donate it. So we ended up getting two orders from here this day because thinking we were going to get Poké bowls but instead we were given something even better, they gave us an entire salmon in a bag just chopped up in pieces uncooked and raw, which was honestly so yummy because we were able to season it the way we wanted to. We seasoned it with barbecue sauce and let me just say it was such great quality salmon overall, I can only imagine what their Poké bowls are like, but I would highly recommend using the too good to go app and getting their salmon bag where you can just freeze it because it's way too much for one person probably good for two people Their service was so great. The guy was so friendly. He even helped us bring it to our car and he waited an extra 15 minutes knowing that I was going to be late so shout pout to that person thank you so much. The chicken is cold and hard like it's just been taken out from the fridge and tastes completely bland if not for the sauce they added right at the end. Chicken portion is very small. Because they missed my pickup order, I sat and waited as the guy put together my bowl in a seemingly very haphazard manner, with a zucchini noodle dangling from the side of the bowl the whole time. Service is always decent, and they even have a rewards program- 10 for a free drink. I'd prefer a side like spam musubi even if management wanted to understandably skimp on giving a free bowl. Unfortunately, as much as the quality is consistent, so is the price. You pay $20 for a large bowl! I'd recommend going to Go Fish Poke Bar or another chain that prices lower than that. read more

(I didn't eat other meat but just fish during my entire trip.) One thing I don't remember was how the poké bowl was made. This time, I watched closely with my camera ready. The employee put mixed greens with a scoop of crab salad on the bottom of the decomposable bowl. Then, mix the protein, toppings and dressing separately. Finally, pour mixture on top of spring mix. Overall, this poké bowl was too sweet for us. I ordered Signature Bowl with Salmon. It was the most expensive dish I've ever eaten. I swear I would not return until inflation is over. read more

I love Poke House, it's my favorite poke franchise and their standards are pretty good. Fish are always fresh tasting and so are their toppings. My bf and I come to this location every two weeks or so since it is the closest to our house. However, I'm not sure if I'll be coming here anymore. There are an unnecessary amount of staff that just stays in the front talking and some of them are rude. For instance, the female worker. For the toppings, I answered "mango" but she put sweet onions for me instead. When I asked excuse me but I said mangos, not sweet onions please, she responded "can't you just eat it?" And I was surprised at that response. It was completely rude. I said no, I cannot, and then she proceeded to remove them for me. That's very disappointing because as a worker, you're making the order for a customer and the customer is paying for their order as well. When there is a mess up, you'd apologize, correct it, and move on. Aside from that, the poke was good. Brown rice tasted a little bit strange but nonetheless, I love poke!
