Ordered a 12 piece meal at the drive-thru and was told it would be an automatic 20 minute wait, as if they were discouraging me from ordering. Sad to leave this review from one of my favorite go to chicken spots, let me walk you through the experience. Went into drive thru and ordered a simple 8 piece chicken by itself along with 2 empanadas. They said it would be a 4-5 minute wait and we said that would be ok so here we are thinking we're getting some delicious crispy fresh chicken right? WRONG!! We drove back home which was about a 5 min drive and the bag was so soaked with grease and even worse the chicken was basically drenched in it!! So soggy and not the crispness that is usually produced. We had to clean the excess grease from our table from the leaking through the bag and inside the box.
