Crispy, almost burnt curly edges that were delish, and soft tender parts of the main meaty area all put together, like a curly fries of pastrami. It is very unusual, but It was quite good, very tasty. The everything bagel is borderline spectacular, and somehow perfectly toasted without toast marks. Would give 5 stars if the price wasn't astronomically high; 2 of these and an orange juice was 60 bucks. I get it, rent is a gazillion dollars a sq. foot in BH, but its insanely expensive. They have a big menu, and very nice selection of bagels. One looked like an everything but flat, how cool! Might be back, bonus checks and traffic permitting.

But the quality of the food was vastly different. On one visit we ordered the raspberry matcha loaf, orange loaf, and chocolate zucchini loaf. The raspberry matcha was my favorite of the three. We also got the potato leak quiche which was yummy. I ordered the Farmer's Market bagel but when I got home I noticed they gave me Spicy Feta bagel instead. Tried calling to let them know but they didn't pick up. It turned out to be a happy accident. We wanted to go back and get it again. We liked it so much. I also got the zaatar tuna which was tasty but it was a bit too crunchy for me with lots of celery. Some people may like it that way but I like it more smooth. My next visit however, was not a success. It was, again, a to-go order. Sadly, none of the food tasted fresh. I ordered pastries and the Spicy Feta again. The bagel on the Spicy Feta was hard as a rock. We were unable to cut it with a knife. Such a shame. A sharp difference from the time before. At a bagel shop I expect consistency in the quality of bagels. The pastries, although beautiful to look at, didn't seem like they were made that day. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times to let them know about the bagel and pastries but no one ever answered. I was disappointed that I couldn't reach out to a team member to solve the issue. They really need to get someone to answer the phone. I really wanted to give this restaurant 4 or 5 stars because it has so much to offer and the concept is wonderful. However, the quality of the food was inconsistent and there was no way to reach out to them to solve the issue. It's a gamble on what kind of meal you will get and it shouldn't be that way.
