GARLIC KNOTS! Yum... Forget the pizza(it's average) and just order some garlic knots. The pizza isn't bad by any means but I'd rather load up on garlic knots and wings. Their wings are very meaty and tasty-I just wished they had their own ranch(They give you packets) Their salads are alright. Cinna-knots are good, too. These people are complete assholes. I've had the run around where they say they'll deliver to my address one day and then a few weeks later they say they won't. The night manager Jacob in particular is a jerk. He talks down to you and talks over you like you are some dumb dipshit on a talk show. All he needed to say was I'm very sorry but we can't do that... with a nice tone of voice instead of being a complete azz. You ought to be fired. read more

I honestly really like Porky's Pizza. The food is always really good (salads and pizzas), the service is quick, and the people who work here are friendly. I see a few poor reviews but those people seem like they are either assholes themselves (Jon S) or they just had a one-off experience. Great local Pizza place! I order from here it seems like once a week or so, sometimes we get delivery (if we're uh, busy) otherwise I'll pick it up. Regardless of how we get it the Pizza is always ready (or arrives) when it's promised and is always hot and fresh. I really wanted to be happy and write a great review, but I really can't. I can write an okay review though. The pizza was tasty, but the crust was a little thick and chewy for my taste. The garlic knots that everyone seems to rave about were pizza dough knots so they were chewy like the pizza crust and had very little garlic flavor and really very little flavor period. The salad was chopped up romain lettuce with a packet of tiny croutons and a packet of salad dressing. It was fine, but certainly nothing special. Perhaps the worst part of the whole experience was the 2 hours that we waited for our pizza to be delivered. The most I have ever waited anywhere else is an hour or so...two is way too long. If I am going to wait that long it better be the best pizza I have ever eaten...and this just wasn't worth the wait. read more

I ordered the Feast. XL pizza, garlic knots, anti pesto salad, 2liter soda, and wings. This was the best pizza meal I have ever had. My children loved it too! My one year old loved the garlic knots! The meal was delivered as promised in 45-55 minutes! The wings are sweet and spicy and the salad with ham, salami, mozzarella cheese, olives, and tomatoes pleased everyone. The pizza has thick yummy crust. I choose pepperoni and sausage as toppings on the pizza and they were delicious and larger than pizza huts tiny toppings. The yorba Linda location is on fire!! They were willing to deliver our order out of there zone!! I at first callers the one on Esperanza rd. They said that I wasn't in there zone. Picked up an order place by my girlfriend last night for a deepcrust 2 topping pizza, order of cinnamonots, and a cased salad for 54.11. I was shocked, I had to ask again, same thing again. Found out it should have been less than 40 this morning. Either way .....over priced or they ripped me off, though I'm betting the ladder. The pizza have raw dough, toppings were so-so and the cheese blanket is not worth the $2. I was expecting like a cheesey madness but it was not anything extra special. Overall with a tip to the driver I spent $25 on a medium 1 topping pizza with a cheese blanket and that is just so not worth it. Garlic knots are always under cooked. But the Pizza is not bad. I'm not a big fan of doughy pizza and they aren't that generous with the toppings. But it's well worth using the coupons and ordering a pizza if you want something other then Dominos or Papa Johns. I still think that Z Pizza is the best pizza place in Anaheim Hills. read more

Im not sure where to start.... I find this to be an ok pizza parlor. I had the majority of the pizza chains, Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, and the small mom and pop ones. Costco pizza. This pizza place taste very similar to Pizza hut and maybe slightly better. I hope we can all agree that the pizza chains are all greasy, oily. Our office ordered the pepperoni, ham, cheese pizza, sasuage and veggie. I had the veggie and pepperoni and ham. I wouldnt say its anything special... in fact, it taste very similar to pizza hut. Its the typical greasy and oily... the crust seems to be parmasean crust and taste better than cardboard pizza. The toppings were alright... The pizza did come pretty fast and the food was hot. I guess i had pieology and other gourmet pizza place and i find the average pizza parlors very flat. read more

My family has pizza Fridays! We order pizza from Porkys every Friday. The pizza does not compare to the major chains. Porkys pizza crust is thick just how I like it. We have ordered different types of pizzas. All of the pizza are awesome. The price is cheap especially if you pick up. I also like how they still employ teenagers. The pizza is OK, my problem with Porky's is that each time you call and go to pick it up they give you a 25-35 minute window time to pick up, I always ask exactly what time should I pick it up, usually it is not ready at that time, one time our order had not even gone into the oven when we went to pick it up and the kid working explained to me that they're really busy, then why didn't they tell me that when I ordered and ask for the exact time to pick up. read more

Porky's Pizza in Placentia has wonderful customer service, every time I walk in there multiple young adults greet me, and immediately begin the scramble looking for my order to help me out as if I am the most important being in the world. This hip and happening pizza joint really knows what they're doing. They play the funniest music, they're really just a fun group of kids, and when it comes down to it, they really know their pizza. They're pizza specialists, or pizzalists, if you will. Sometimes when I'm in there, I've noticed that they know specific customers by name even. I find that impressive, they have regular customers, it's like in the movies when the locals all go to that diner to hang out with the nice employees who pour them a free root beer when they're having a bad day, except with a take out and delivery pizza place with better food, and less interesting uniforms. Personally, I hope that one day they recognize me too, I would love to be recognized by this lovely group of adolescents. Anyways! They also have great food, of course. Their fresh, hand-tossed (you can watch the cute girls throw the dough in the air when you go in even), thick crust pizzas are to die for (but not literally of course because if you died then you wouldn't get to eat Porky's anymore, and that would be awful, a fate worse than death). I think that it's obvious that their ingredients are as fresh as you can expect. If you sit in their and wait for your order then you'll usually end up seeing one of those wipper-snappers cut vegetables, or if you listen closely you can hear them grating cheese in the back, or mixing sauce. These young-ins work too hard to go under appreciated. I really want them to know that they have not gone unnoticed, it seems as if only their slip-ups have been documented on this site, and that's just unfair. Porky's has always been helpful trying to save me money, or pick out pizzas for a party, or even to fix the mistakes they make on my order. If they mess up your order, or if it's not to your liking they'll ask if you want a free pizza for next time (any way you'd like it) or if you want them to remake it for you fresh. I think it's sweet, you can tell that messing up really makes them anxious, when in the end, it's just a meal. They always point out the deals that best suit your order, and they're really just all around knowledgable when it comes to pizzas. I think I've made it clear that I really like Porky's, eating there once or more a week. If you don't like them, that's fine, but I think you should at least give them a fighting chance, they'll prove it to you whether it be with their buttery goodness of garlic (or cinnamon) knots, or their thick, parmesan crust pizza, or their friendly employees, it'll happen, sooner or later. These kids try their best, those pizzas are truly made with love. SO TO CUT TO THE CHASE - PORKY'S PIZZA IS AWESOME, AND IF YOU DON'T THINK SO THEN YOU'RE WRONG. Absolutely love this place! The pizza is good but I come for the cinnamon knots and garlic knots.

I have always liked porkey's . i called to get a pizza and garlic knots but i ordered the deal (garlic knots, hot wings, pizza, drink, and a salad) it was 44 dollars compared to the 38 for just the pizza and knots . The wings were cold and burnt, the salad was brown after you took the toppings off. The pizza was fine , a little cold but fine. all this for 50 bucks after tip was outrageous.. i will not order from there again !!! the only positive thing was the very nice delivery driver! read more

4 stars because you can always count on them. I have had better pizza for sure..(Craftsman/Tony's) but when you need to feed a crowd for a ball game or get together they take care of business...delivery staff always polite and seem to care. Prices reasonable...and when I pick up the staff who are mostly in their teens/20's are always professional/respectful/prompt yet they appear to enjoy their work and have fun while working as a team...that's hard to find in today's world of retail/restaurant industry...nice work whoever is the leader/manager of this location. read more

They currently have a special for $14.99 for an XL pizza! We are a family of three and have plenty left over. Btw the left over pizza is just as good. i love this place, i live close by so i always pick up, the staff is super friendly, there timing is always right on. the deals are great for the price, the family is never left hungry. the shop ia nice and clean, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a pre order. the pizza is amazing, always get the cheese blanket, the wings are good and the antipasti salad is perfect. my only advise maybe make your own signature ranch and blue cheese in house. read more

However, the last two times we arrived for pick up this month the staff/cashier was rude to my husband and the estimated time provided for pick up was way off (by 20 minutes). We're going to try some other local pizza places for the next couple of months. We can understand/tolerate the long waits, but the demeanor of the staff lately is not acceptable. read more
