The man moves like a hospitality ninja. Water glasses never dropped below the halfway mark. Empty plates disappeared as if teleported. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. At one point, I casually considered ordering another drink, and somehow Josh was already walking toward the table with it. Telepathy? Probably. When we asked for recommendations, he didn't just list menu items, he delivered a passionate, Oscar-worthy monologue about flavor profiles, textures, and life-changing sauces. We ordered exactly what he suggested, and I'm convinced my taste buds ascended to a higher plane. If Josh told me to try something I've sworn I'd never eat, I'd trust him without hesitation. The food itself? Incredible. Perfectly cooked, beautifully plated, and clearly crafted with care. But somehow it all tasted better because Josh brought it to the table. I'm not saying he seasoned it personally... but I'm also not ruling it out. He handled a packed dining room with the calm confidence of someone who was born for this. Other servers were great but it was hard to notice anyone else while witnessing Josh in his element. It felt less like dinner and more like watching a masterclass in hospitality. By the end of the night, we weren't just satisfied customers, we were Josh fans. If this restaurant has any sense, they'll put his face on the menu, the sign, maybe even the building.
