They had a big box to supply miscellaneous items and Nick helped us pack what we hadn't got to. They also offered to take stuff down to our garage that we were not taking with us. I have always dreaded moving, but our experience with Max was amazing from start to finish! He was super personable, provided all the information I needed without me even asking, and offered a very competitive price rest assuring there were no other hidden costs or fees! The process was seamless as he was very communicative, texting me the day before to confirm our move as well as the morning of to let me know they were on their way and had arrived right on time! They got straight to work and were very considerate of our budget. We had a 2 bedroom/2 story place, and they were able to wrap and move most of our furniture as is and with the utmost care so as not waste any time having to disassemble and reassemble. They were also very diligent moving our big potted plants, making sure they would not get knocked down or fall during the move. Everything was delivered and stored perfectly and within our budget! Great experience with these movers!! There's a flat rate by the hour depending on how many movers will be there, and comparing to most moving companies, they're more than reasonable. Max is very good at explaining the rates, so don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. My move was about 15 miles point to point, and we had to stop at my storage to empty it and move everything to the new one. They did this at no extra fee! Also, they did not just toss everything in the new storage. They organized it! If you let them know you want to keep access on certain furnitures or bins, they'll make that happen for you! They can also put everything you haven't packed in a box without extra charge (another plus!). Most importantly, they work fast! Once they started moving, they'll be working like bees. They work efficiently, and they're very respectful of your belongings. I'll definitely hire them again if we ever move and will refer them to anyone I know who will be moving. AMAZING!!! When he said no hidden fees he meant it! You can tell the owner of this company cares about his company and business. We had two movers and didn't go far, just across town, but these guys hustled. I don't think they ever stopped moving. They were hard working, honest and transparent. Moving is already stressful and honestly I and SO happy with my choice because they handled so much of the move. They include wardrobe boxes for free, they also wrap everything in moving blankets and plastic wrap. None of my furniture was damaged and the walls were still in great condition too. It was short notice and I needed 2 larger items picked up from 2 different places with the last one needing dismantling and careful wrapping up and transport. Not only did this co. Bring all supplies needed Max the owner kept in contact with me, kept me informed all details where and what was happening. He worked so well efficiently, smoothly, professionally, in tandem with his employee they did a fantastic job so quickly. I was quoted such a wide range of prices for this little job it was surprising from one co. Ironically named affordable movers at 900.00 to at least 3 others at 350. Max came in at the very best price of 250. Not only more than reasonable this price was indicative I believe of no middle man or broker fee alot of these movers co sometimes pay to get our business with moving co. S paying sometimes 30 % of the moving fees to the people who secure work for them. I actually heard this AMT. From co.s themselves. And not sure how all of that happens but I do know that Max rocked it he being the owner of his co. On business for over 7 yrs is someone I couldn't recommend more and will be my go -to for all myoving transport future needs. I felt compelled and insisted that they take an additional $50 tip because they were that good that respectful careful with glass door and so seasoned with experience it trully felt like everything was under control and would arrive whole and it all did. read more
