From the start, the experience is seamless and there is always plenty of parking available in the parking lot. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, efficient at checking patients in, and always happy to answer any questions. A massive shoutout to Dr. Will, who helped plan and perform my Invisalign dental care plan. He is fantastic! Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, sympathetic, and knowledgeable about both the procedure and the subsequent maintenance/upkeep. Instead, they pushed an aggressive treatment plan that included two crowns (I've never had one before, just a series of fillings) and at least 4 fillings. This was my third dental appointment in 8 months (due to insurance changes I was planning on coming here for extra cleanings this year). Within the last couple of months my dental work needs significantly jumped which blindsided me and caused major anxiety. Something felt off, so I sought second and third opinions from other dentists. No other dentist suggested crowns, nor did they find some of the fillings needed via X-ray nor the picking tool. At most it was 2 fillings needed instead of the vast work initially prescribed. To give credit where it's due, the front desk staff was wonderful and promptly shared my X-rays when I requested them for my second opinions. However, as someone with major dental anxiety, the rushed exam and sudden pressure from the dentist to urgently book expensive procedures was overwhelming. It is disappointing to experience this shift in care from a clinic I used to trust, not sure where I'll go from here but I needed to share my most recent experience.

Once there, my hygienist was so thorough, and it felt like she was not judging me and actually cared about helping me. Dr. Skidmore stopped in to check things out and there was surprisingly nothing of great concern, other than getting back to finish up my way overdue cleaning. They look so natural but also completely elevated my smile, like exactly what I wanted but did not know how to explain.... She just knew! She is super detail oriented and really takes her time to get everything right, which I appreciated so much. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and her work. While the long term, original owners are retiring, I was seen by one of the Dentists who will be stepping in. She was lovely, helpful, kind, communicative and went out of her way to help me with an ongoing issue I had with a chipped back molar filling. The Xray technician was lovely, conversing with me and taking care to accommodate my needs. All of the team members were very communicative as to what I would expect, once I was in the room. They have nitrous oxide (which is a plus for me because dental work always leaves me anxious). They offer blankets, water, chapstick, TV channel choices, etc... I was thoroughly impressed by this business and so happy that someone recommended them to me when I was in need. I have been to a lot of dentists over the years and this one receives my highest recommendation.

He was terribly rude and refused to listen to me and kept cutting me off to repeat himself. Per the owners response: "lan, we're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. One aspect of your review is difficult to reconcile: after describing your first visit as "the worst experience" and stating that our office never addressed your concerns, you later chose to return for another appointment. I did book a second appointment with a different provider at this same office hoping that it was a misunderstanding. Andy then goes on to say: "Patients always have the option to seek care elsewhere if they lose confidence in their provider, so that decision seems inconsistent with the experience you've described." Seems as though he intentionally provided me substandard care in an effort to drive me away, it absolutely worked because I wont ever come back here. Andy continues with: "We also take issue with several statements in your review that are inaccurate or based on assumptions rather than facts. Our records tell a different story, and we take patient communication and quality of care seriously. That means this office is doing FRAUD and not documenting properly Andy finishes with: "While we respect every patient's right to share their opinion, we remain committed to providing ethical, evidence-based dentistry and encourage anyone with concerns to contact us directly so we can address them appropriately." However, the photos don't lie, (Andy has reason to in an attempt at saving his company's reputation) so take it for what it is. Photos of my using the office contact information clearly indicate that the office has refused any kind of communication with me. I honestly think that this was a calculated act of discrimination rooted in bias against me. Careful out there people.
