Oh my goodness! A Postal Annex that actually is convenient, fast and easy! There is not much to say, but the other Postal Annex's are beyond terrible! This store is totally reliable and very up to par with extremely helpful choices. I usually hate these types of businesses, but with desperation to try anything, but the neighborhood Staples lead me here! I'm so glad I did! I would spend a hour and a half trying to help employees at Staples to open my documents and to switch formats or whatever. You name a problem and it was there! I sent my stuff over to the postal annexx email address and called to verify that everything was great. It was and it was all ready by the time I arrived. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Ditch the Staples, I spent $2 for the service fee and 40 cents for resume paper. I even bought cover folders 3 for 2.99, while at Staples they are double or triple for one cover. read more

The most courteous and helpful service! I have been here once for passport photos and then another time to actually send the passport application off (when I finally figured out what I needed to do! :) Pankaj (sp?!) went above and beyond each time I was there. He was kind and helpful and he even offered to stay open later to ensure that my postal needs were taken care of. I saw him assist another customer and he even looked up what the postal pickup hours where for USPS for a customer that needed something sent right away! I really like going to the one in the shopping center with vons in-and-out on eastlake parkway they're very helpful they remember your name and they give military discount.. Imagine, you need to get your passport renewed quickly because you have a Big family birthday to get to that is out of country. You're trying to print out your passport forms but the printer isn't working, you drive to the nearest passport office at the public library but they aren't taking appointments until June, and then you drive to SDSU where they allegedly do walkins but they tell you they cannot take more customers for the day. Well, luckily after about six hours of running around San Diego County, I decided to go and try the local postal annex. And let me tell you as soon as I walked in I was greeted with big smiles and open arms. They told me they can take care of all my needs right there at the same spot. Forms, photos, and shipping them out as quickly as possible. The establishment is super clean the staff is super friendly and I would give them an 11 out of 10 if that was possible. I recommend anybody in the local Chula Vista area or in the Southbay area go to these guys for a great customer service and a speedy processing. 10 out of 10 thanks again guys. read more

I came in today for a Livescan, which I was dreading because I know how long those take. I was pretty sure it was going to be painful especially this time of year (Christmas) but my company wanted me to get it done at this location. All of the staff is friendly and efficient. They were very busy, but made sure to acknowledge everyone who came in and assured them they would be helped ASAP. Chandni didn't bat an eyelash when I told her what I needed. She was patient, kind and very calm. Did I mention they were super busy? She even offered my 7 year old daughter a cute Hello Kitty button. I hate getting Livescan, but I would definitely tell all my teacher friends to go here. read more

I've been using this postal annex location for a couple of years now and I can wholeheartedly say that their service is professional, courteous, and very friendly. I've recommended this specific Postal Annex to many of the students who I work with who needed help with sending Financial Aid documents to the federal processor because I have full confidence that the students will have a very positive experience even if they have never mailed out a single letter in their entire life. They have consistently gone above and beyond to treat me like a valued customer, they call me by name, check my mailbox as soon as I walk in, and even allowed me to pick up my packages once or twice after they were technically closed for the day on a Saturday. This type of dedication to customer care is (sadly) rare nowadays so I truly appreciate finding and supporting these "hidden gem" types of businesses. These guys rock!! read more

I don't even know where to begin. I called at 5:50 PM and asked postal Annex what time they closed. The gentleman said they closed at six but if I was nearby they would stay open for me. They stayed open 10 minutes late for me just so they could take my package. Very professional and very nice!!! read more
