Last week I needed to get notary for 3 documents. I took care of 2 of the documents and needed my husband's signature on the third one so I had to return another day with him. The problem was that they close at 6pm on weekdays which is earlier than when my husband can get there and we could not wait until Saturday since this was urgent. So the next day my husband left work an hour earlier to make it in time before closing and I called Willy (the person who does the notary) and informed him that we were running a bit late but will get there as soon as we can. We got there at 6:05pm and they were already closed. Willy was wrapping up for the day but unlocked the door for us to complete the notary even though we were 5 minutes past closing. The worst customer service ever. Went into there today. I try to get postage for bubble mailer and the tool behind the counter told me i had to ship it. Where I go to for mailing packages and letters. Lovely store. Lots of cute stuff inside. I will never again drop my USPS packages here again!!!! I came and dropped off my package and got a receipt for it. It was placed in a shopping cart in the corner of the room that was out of the line of sight of the workers. I told myself not to worry, it should be fine. Two days later I went to USPS.com to track the package and found that the label was created but USPS never got it. No package was picked up so no tracking. It has been 13 days since I dropped of the package. I was on hold with usps for countless hours waiting to speak with a representative. They can't help me since the never got the package and never scanned in their system. My guess is that someone took our package from the cart and walked out! Someone is probably reselling my phone right now on eBay. It's just so wrong!!! read more

I went to this location to send a package to the east coast. I wanted to send it USPS priority mail. I usually go to the post office directly but was driving by and thought I use them instead. They quoted me $60.00 for a 5 pound package. I thought the qoute seemed very high so I brought the package to the post office 1.7 miles away. For the same service for the same package the post office quoted me $15.30. That is a huge difference!! What a rip off!!! I can't believe they can get away with that. Stay away. These guys have the worst customer service. The Asian guy that looks like the owner was very rude and raised his voice at me just because their site on google said they close at 4 PM on Saturday and wanted to double check on that and when he said no we close at 3 PM I told him to update his hours and that's when he started yelling at me. This is a convenient little place to mail your stuff from. A little more expensive than the Post office - but it beats driving across Dublin. I mean I would much rather give my gas $ to a local business than the big oil companies. At any rate - they have plenty of last minute gifts in there and they even do passport photos - 2 for $10. read more

Decent place to ship stuff if I'm too lazy to drive up the road, or on off hours/days. Prices are high but hey they're just trying to make a living. This is the best place to get your passport photo taken! I walked in and was literally out of there in less than 10 minutes! Went there again for getting affidavit notarized, and to get some docs fedexed, and again received excellent service. I got my entire Fedex packed and realized halfway back home that I forgot to include an important paper. Went back and Will helped me put the Fedex packet all over again and include the missed document also. They get one star because my packages have always made it to the destination. However, anywhere I ship from seems to get the packages where I need. What sets shipping places apart is customer service and more importantly the amount of time it takes to complete a transaction - my time. This place has very poor customer service and long long long wait times. I went in to ship 4 boxes today and it took me 40 minutes. The staff works hard but the management can not hold onto an employee. I have been going here for 3 years now and it seems not one employee has made it more than a few months before they are gone. Also, they sale perfume - Why does postal annex sale perfume? not sure but it looks like it came from a duty free shop in the airport. read more
