Today I went in to mail a return package and the lady who now owns the store was nasty and said to me " I can't help you" in a very uncomfortable tone as if she was mad at me for asking a question. This business was my go to place for mailing packages for many years. The owners were also kind and extremely helpful. This new owner is awful. I will NOT go back to this store! read more

Who cares about a postal / shipping place? I tell you what - these guys are the best! After going there a couple years ago & getting great & courteous service, I went today to ship my loved ones ashes back to his family in England. This is a task no one wants. The people at the Postal Annex were kind, compassionate & patient - even though they were busy. They could have easily said, "Go to the post office. We don't do this." But they called the post office to make sure it was done correctly & helped me send my loved one on his final journey to England. Thank you for making a horrendous task bearable. I feel much better knowing my mail will be safe until I am able to pick it up (rather than taking a chance on my packages being left on my doorstep and not being there when I get home). Being able to go there for normal postal services instead of the local post office (which usually has very long lines) is fantastic and a huge time savings - plus they have all the mailing supplies you might need. Very nice store with everything you need. Even have a key cutting kiosk. Located behind Starbucks and have a free parking lot in back. Great price too! Happy three year anniversary Postal Annex! I have never in my life dealt with a notary that has issues like this lady as a notary your job is to notarize a person signature not to tell them that everything needs to be checked and verified and you have to call to verify because you don't know how to do your job. We changed our shipping vendor and now use UPS and the UPS locations are extremely inconvenient they're very small and none of them have any parking, this place is amazing all of the staff there are helpful they package your items in front of you so you can watch and see that they take great care In how they pack them, and as an eBay seller it's very important to me and crucial to my business . I literally will not ever go anywhere else. They are top and Sundays but they are open from 830 on every other day and I trust them and pleasantly with my high-end designer items which is saying a whole lot. This place is great and super convenient if you need to drop off some pre-paid shipments/ fed ex or letters, etc. BUT, if you want to actually ship something, the cost is always $2-$3 more then the regular USPS, which can usually be expected with any non-usps shipping center. Regardless of that, the women who work there are super friendly and professional. Love them. The owner, not so much. read more

This location has such wonderful people working there, who really go above and beyond to help. I am always greeted with a smile and a polite, patient attitude which is rare to find at a postal organization. Just today, I had brought back a package that was returned due to a bad PO Box Listing, and Marcus helped me reship it and even took time after I had left to investigate why the package was returned. He spoke to multiple people at different organizations trying to figure out where the correct address to send my package was, and then called me with names and emails of people to contact to try and sort it out. This is something he absolutely did NOT have to take time out of his day to do, but he helped clear up an issue we have been dealing with for months with this particular company.
