    Chicken Salad Salad
    Kim V.

I typically order to pick up and go. My orders are always correct and ready on time. The food is excellent. I haven't had any issues with Quality. Today I had the chicken chicken salad and it was one of the best salads I've ever picked up from there.Highly recommend!

Visited this location many times and service is quick and reliable. Food quality is always excellent as well. Online orders are accurate, even when we make substitutions.

I had a negative experience last time, and was very disheartened. I reached out and Shelby called me back promptly and apologized, and was amazing and fantastic. I went back today, and had the perfect Potbelly sandwich and the perfect Potbelly experience. A+

    The Wreck on wheat!

Oh, Potbelly. Why aren't you available in The South? More specifically, Arkansas.... getting even more on point, how about Bentonville? Heck, I'll even give you my home address so you can build a freestanding restaurant in the vacant land down the road from my house! THAT is how much I love Potbelly. I've been a frequent visitor of Potbelly sandwiches ever since I started going to school in downtown Chicago, many years ago. I first tried "The Wreck," and I was hooked -- for LIFE. Their sandwiches are so simple, yet so delectable. Like I said above, my go-to sandwich is "The Wreck"on wheat bread, with every available condiment except for oil (the hot peppers offer enough oil for my taste). I can't remember the exact inner logistics of the sandwich because I tend to just inhale the sandwich so fast that I forget to look at the detailed ingredients. But, I can tell you it's got the basic cold cuts as the base, and they are placed on a delicious toasted bread that adds just the perfect crunch. I tend to also add a strawberry shake to my meal, which is orgasm in a cup, to put in bluntly. Man, that shake is awesome. It tastes like freshly churned strawberry ice cream straight from the barn (not that I know what that tastes like, but I imagine there are quite a few similarities)! They also add two adorable shortbread cookies on your straw! As far as the restaurants as a whole, the decor is the same throughout the chain. There seems to be a mix of vintage items and various "antiques" spread throughout the restaurants to give it an old school feel. The majority of their restaurants also have a little stage in the corner for people to play music, which is always fun. The staff always seems to be upbeat and cheerful, and this particular location was no exception to that. To note also, there are various sizes of sandwiches you can get, ranging from skinny, regular, and BIG. Their prices aren't overly outrageous, either. If you want a great sandwich that is different then the normal sandwich chains, then give Potbelly a shot -- you won't be disappointed.

Per staff on phone: yes you have to pay the $135 minimum. No one said anywhere that I don't get the fee back if the money is not spent. We had a table for two. Drinks were great. We shared an appetizer which was ok, a 3/5 if I had to rate it (fig and pig flatbread). It just so happens that we were full and ready to go. We come up to pay and they're like yeah you're not getting your money back (our bill was just under $40). I had to rack up a bill of $90 or so more in food to fulfill the $135 and we had to go so I said don't even warm it up we need to leave. So there I am with 5 boxes of food and they don't have 1 bag to give me. The salad to go was great. The rest was garbage. So disappointed. Sitting at picnic table just outside of restaurant next time and bringing everything of my own. Such a rip off. Fix your website and warn new customers next time. Maybe buy some to go bags too. And increase quality of the food. Yuck.

Food is Spectacular!!! I can't wait to go back. BLT...perfect. Northside Johnny was amazing. My 1 complaint was about the BBQ baked beans. I asked for a side, and was told NO. You have to buy a bbq combo platter to be allowed to buy beans.......weird, right? How difficult is it to serve a side and charge me. Oh well, we are going back anyway. There is limited parking and we were able to secure the last open spot. When we walked in we were greeted by one of the butchers, while he was carving beef. The deli showcases a large variety of meats. There are also several freezers with packaged meats. We bought a few varieties. They have a diverse menu of sandwiches. Sandwiches were priced a bit high, but it they were high quality. I had their signature sandwich -the Franklin. It was recognized by Chicago Magazine as one of the city's best dishes. It was roasted turkey , sofrito aioli, cheddar, avocado, arugula, and pickled red onions on sourdough. It was a blend of flavors. My husband had the reuben . It was in house-prepared Brisket Corned Beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and a tangy Russian dressing. We had a side pasta salad and potato salad . There is indoor seating and almost all of the tables were taken. Prices are a but steep, but the quality was very good.
