I was here around lunch and ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and wished I ordered something else since it was a little bland. This place is a bit off of the beaten path for me, but I go when I have trainings in the area. In a small strip mall, it's easy to pass and hard to get to depending on what side of the road you're coming from. I like this place, but have found that they are inconsistent in what they stock (alternative milk, pastries, etc). They have wifi and good seating with windows and are always friendly. If you're nearby in Olathe, it's a good spot to go. read more

This was my first visit. It was a rainy 4th of July and I was really craving a macchiato. Needless to say, I have a weakness for lemon bars, so it was a match made in heaven. The café is quaint and comfortable. The decor is random, but it adds character to the place! The service was great. I loved that they offer a few items from Kansas City Canning Co. in a display cupboard. My macchiato was perfect. Bold taste, nice presentation and perfect temp. The lemon bar was ok. It was a little heavy on the confectioners sugar topping. And because it was refrigerated, the topping was dried out. The texture and taste of the rest of the bar and the crust were great, especially once I let it get to room temperature. I'm glad that I decided to visit. I will definitely be back and maybe try some of the other yummy-looking pastry offerings that have available. read more

Do not walk.. RUN to this coffeehouse. The immediate smell of pastries, decadent coffee, and warm greetings you feel as you enter are unmatched. My "go to" is the honey vanilla latte. Their flavor and smoothness is pretty much I matched to any other coffee establishment I've been to. They have any milk alternative, flavor, and snack you can think of! I would give this place ten stars. AMAZING!! Service: It was our first time in so I had a lot of questions. The girl at the counter was incredibly passionate about the food they served and so helpful. We chatted while we had our breakfast and she informed us that food was brought it from local bakers every morning. Ambience: I was expecting an "upity" Johnson County coffee shop but what I got was a local small town vibe. There were groups of people but they were all welcoming and ready to chat away the day. It felt like a neighborhood coffee shop and anyone was welcome. Food and drink: Although food is brought in daily you would never know it, you would think it was made right there. Although the burritos are made on site. A choice between bacon, chorizo, veggie and sausage. Along with egg and potato inside. So incredible. Bacon was huge chunks. A huge selection of gluten free from donuts, to pop tarts and muffins. On this trip I had the blueberry scone warmed (as the woman at the counter recommended), it was like a heavenly blueberry biscuit and not too sweet. I sampled the bacon burrito and the homemade strawberry pop tart. All fantastic and fresh. Nothing was too sweet either, it was just right. I also had one of the fall drinks, Cinnamon Honey Latte with almond milk. I always hesitate to order a flavored latte because most often they taste like nothing but sugar. Not here, at Pour they are flavorful but not at all sweet. When I mentioned this the girl working there said they only use the minimum amount of syrup as to not disguise the incredible espresso they serve. They do not brew their own, they use local coffee though. The iced coffee my husband got was the smoothest iced coffee we have had in the city. Not sure if they have vegan options but they do offer almond and soy milk for an additional cost. As well as organic milk. Cutest thing ever, cereal in a cup with a spoon! Price: Exactly what I would expect for local made, all natural and unprocessed good food. Drinks are typical of what you find elsewhere but worth it 100%. Best coffee shop in Kansas hands down. Love that they support local vendors. Food is local, coffee is local and they have shelves of local merchandise for sale. read more

Their coffee is so tasty!!! My fave is their blueberry white mocha! They also have decent pastries and breakfast burritos! The only reason I can't give it a 5 is their location. It's WAY too tiny. Every time I've been here (all 4 times) there was no place to sit. I've had always had to awkwardly wait with my coffee and food standing up until someone gets up from their table. I know they can't do much about this issue but I just wish it was more spacious. read more

I don't live in Olathe but my parents live nearby and we stumbled across POUR on a lazy Sunday. The atmosphere of the coffee house was so inviting and aesthetically pleasing. It smelled lovely, was very clean, and the service was friendly. I had an iced chai tea latte and it was simply superb. I also had a pumpkin spice cookie sandwich and it was delicious! My mom sampled the special toast with ricotta & apricot and was super impressed. I am so glad I found this pretty little coffee shop. I plan on returning every time I visit my parents. It was a treat and the prices were competitive to other coffee shops. I thought for the price I would preferably visit a locally owned business opposed to a chain, any day. read more

Good wifi! Popular place, as it doesn't have other coffee shop competition nearby ;) they use local broadway beans for their espresso. Prices are standard to most local coffee shops. Gets busy on weekend mornings but worth it. A huge pastry selection also, and a sign boasting daily pastry deliveries! read more
