OK. This restaurant is reasonably priced. Most menu items are under $10, so you should not be expecting spectacular. The food is ok. I've had better...I've had worse. We ordered my favorite, buschetta!! But it came with a bunch of red onion in the tomato mixture. I've never had onions in bruschetta....to some people it may be a revelation! To me, not so much. It just meant I had to spend 2 minutes picking onions out of my food before I could eat it. The pizza is your best bet! It's actually pretty good. My baked spaghetti with mozzerella and marinara was just ok as well. So...it's not bad...it's not great...it's just an inexpensive quick place to grab an ok bite of food. read more

So in the past two weeks I've gone here twice to pick up food. This has always been my husband's favorite pizza joint, and he got me excited about them too. We actually have a pizza place 3 miles away from our house, but choose to drive 30 miles round trip to pick up pizza from here instead. I'm only giving 3 stars because lately, (especially these last 2 trips) the customer service has been AWFUL. Sometimes even if the food is great, dealing with the staff kills it altogether. The first time, I called to place an order that my friend was going to pick up for me. I was promptly put on hold. After sitting on hold for 7 minutes I hung up figuring they were super busy. I called back about 10 minutes later and was promptly put on hold...again. I waited another 5 minutes and began to question my choice. After 9 minutes the girl picked up the phone and I told her what I wanted to order and that it was for pickup. She said 20 minutes, I said no problem. I contacted my friend and she said that was perfect. A few minutes later my phone rings and it's the girl from the pizza place. She asked me if I just ordered a pizza, I said yes, she said she needed my address for delivery. I told her the order was for pickup. She read back an incorrect order, and when I told her that wasn't my order, she hung up on me. Then the phone rang again, showing PPK's number. I answered, the girl said "uhhhhh" and hung up on me. I then called THEM back, gave the girl my info and asked if everything was ok with my order. She started talking to someone in Spanish for a minute, then said "yeah, everything is ok", and HUNG UP. Thirty minutes passed and my friend texted to say the order wasn't ready. After sitting there for an HOUR, my friend got my pizza. Tonight I decided to drive into town and pick up pizzas, and I was also picking up an order for a friend. I called in my order, and the little girl was just flat out ride. No greeting, no thank you, no politeness, nothing. I figured they must be busy, it's Monday, ok no big deal. I walked in to pick up my order and the place was DEAD. The girl at the counter acted like someone had kicked her dog and she didn't have time for me at all. I paid for my order, then reminded her again (while she was walking off) that I had a second order to pick up. I paid and promptly left. We love your pizza, but someone needs to spend more time training these employees what customer service is. There have been other times when we have received the same treatment, and we are starting to get tired of it. We try not to eat in the store anymore because it's always dirty. Please, PLEASE try to fix these things so that they match the quality of your pizza. read more

AirBnB host recommended and they delivered. Had to call 4 times before getting a person as opposed to a machine. Pizza ordered. Said an hour and came in 35 minutes! Cooked a little more than I like but pretty good. Would order from here again. read more

I spent 20 minutes waiting on their patio for service because I had dogs with me and couldn't eat inside. I was brought a menu when I asked for one. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside to ask if they have service outside and they said no. I said you have a clear view of someone waiting outside with a menu you brought out, it didn't occur to you to tell them you don't have service outside. They said no. Back and front door exits Parking in the back and on the street in the front. 11/18 a little disappointed The lettuce was brown in the salad bar 5/23/2017.... I like going here because of the salad bar BUT the lettuce was brown, the mushrooms were yucky, nothing was very filled in. I really hope you guys step up your game. Went to get pizza from here, said all they had were chicken pizzas. No other proteins were available apparently. We tried to get a pasta in addition, those were unavailable too. Finally settled on a chicken alfredo type pizza, and a BBQ chicken pizza. They were HORRIBLE. The chicken was extremely dry and rubbery, and the sauces were nonexistent. The chicken alfredo was basically just mozzarella with dry chicken thrown on top and a *hint* of garlic. We've had PPK from the Creston location before and it was delicious, not sure what the issue is with this location, but the whole group was highly disappointed and mutually agreed that we won't return here. read more

I really enjoyed a lunch here. I usually do not eat at PPK. The pizza is really good but more $ than other places we usually buy from. But the personal pizza and salad bar for lunch is great buy. I'm not a huge pizza buff so I'm ok with cheap pizza. The service has always been friendly and attentive. The place is clean and kept up well. If you enjoy beer with pizza they have that too. It's a good place to have a group gather with kids and enjoy some good pizza. Not sure but they used to have some arcade games in the back for the kids. read more

I do like the pizza here. But what really disturbed me on this visit was this. A kid threw up in front of the soda machine. The mother was trying to clean it up with napkins. It was on the floor as well as on the carpet mat. My husband told the manager and they did nothing. They didn't remove the mat or mop the floor. Pretty freaking gross! Everyone was walking right through it even though the mom did the best she could. This is why I only gave them 1 stars. Hey, this pizza is really dam good. I usually buy a few pizza pies a month. It's worth trying.

We've been fans of their pizza for a while but their take out service is terrible. You would think that we would smarten up and done in or order for delivery more often but sometimes it's just more convenient to take home. Last night was the final straw. This surfer kid took my pizza order and my name (and not with confidence). Thirty five minutes later, I asked where my order was. He strolled around, casually looking for my pizza. He finally found it (lukewarm), handed it to me (here ya go)....I knew it was sitting there for ten minutes or longer! No apology even when I questioned him about the delay. Why ask for my name if your not going to call it out when the pizza's ready? We'll find another place for pizza and wings (there's a million of 'em)....Chubby Chandler's looks good. read more

Some friends and myself stopped in at this spot after being turned away because most of the restaurants in the area close up early. Paso happily served us. Oh man..the pizza was fantastic. I go to the Creston Rd store at least twice weekly. Last night I probably left my credit card. I called at 10 when they opened and was told I would have to talk to the manager who would be in at 11. My number was taken. At 1115 I called again an no manager. At 1145 I was told the manager was busy then pressed conveying my frustrations. I was then told no, the manager isn't here, it's a cook. I conveyed my frustrations. Obviously, I left the card, my fault but really. Finally the manager called and immediately accused me of cussing out the employee which just isn't true. Won't be back anytime soon. They obviously have no concern about the risk of a missing debit card. It would be so nice to sit down behind my monitor and write something nice for a change .... but, alas, PPK disappointed a potentially valuable customer (pizza lover). The day started out perfect. Some wine tasting, some meat and cheese - how could you go wrong? I found out how.... relying on a PPK. I KINDLY called at 8:08 PM, articulated my order MANY times, to a lady on the other end who CLEARLY doesn't understand how to treat a new customer. Fast forward two hours ... still waiting. Glaring out the window for several minutes we see car after car but no car filled with my PPK. At this point, I'm hot. I'm pacing. Wondering, did she get my order right? Did I say the right address? Did I do something wrong? But no. I never get pizza wrong. So, I call. After more than THREE rings they finally pick up. "Hello? Can I help you?" ummmm first of all, you don't have my number saved?!? Get better customer service technology. Second, yes, how about my order? I believe I'm 90 minutes overdue. I hear her in the background making the order happen as if they completely forgot. Fast forward 30 minutes. Pizzas here!!!! Excited right? Guess again...... COLD! I eat it, shaking my head at every bite. Not melted cheese, poorly distributed peps - heartbroken. This place is an easy and inexpensive lunch spot with great lunch specials but nothing fabulous. Not gourmet pizza but just easy and quick and great prices. I did ask for light cheese and heavy sauce and the gal at the front didn't even write it down. I thought that was interesting. It arrived super lots of cheese and low sauce...boo hoo. I then realized that I'd ordered the wrong thing. Instead of the personal pizza that I could "personalize" I'd ordered the 2 slice and a drink lunch special. On a good note if you love heavy cheese they go all out on these, my hubbie ordered a personal one and you couldn't even find the crust as it was covered in cheese. Salad bar is a little itty bitty one but if you like to make your own this is for you. One table had a bunch of kids and in a small space it was loud. On a happy note they have added a high wood bar outside to sit and eat outside with the perfect weather. Again, nothing exceptional and nothing bad but a good priced pizza spot for lunch specials. This casual spot we happened upon when travelled through the area. The salad bar at this restaurant is great. There's a spring mix, iceberg, and spinach. You can choose a bunch of different toppings including hard-boiled eggs, macaroni salad, beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and celery. My pesto chicken sandwich was nicely put together and tasty. My husband enjoyed his hot pastrami. The chicken wings were quite spicy, which they should be! Staff was attentive and polite. The first beer I got was off in flavor so they replaced it quickly with a different one. My son liked his cheese pizza- it came out fresh and hot. The prices are very fair. My kids entertained themselves with some video games as well, so that was an extra several bucks but worth it for an adult conversation! BTW- clean bathrooms. Glad we found this spot. read more

Honestly I don't know what to say. The food was ok... well the food they remembered to give us. The service was absolutely terrible. My friends and I went out to dinner and right when we walked in there was nothing but disrespect. What else do you expect when high schoolers run the place? We all ordered pasta and it was fairly ok, and we ordered a personal pizza which took almost an hour then gave us a pizza with completely different toppings. The same thing happened to a family next to us. Their pizza didn't show up till almost an hour later and it was completely wrong. They weren't lucky enough to walk out with a free pizza like we did. Hopefully management will learn how to run a team correctly. I've been going there with family for years and never experienced anything like this. read more
