These 5 Stars go to Mario the person in the back who is actually doing the MRI. He was so friendly and very informative. Walking me through the whole process and keeping me informed of what is happening. Plus adding humor to the whole thing really made me relax. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the front desk staff. As a person who manages a medical office I understand what should be expected when you walk in to a place like this. When I stepped in it seemed the main person in the front computer was on the phone while the one in the back was just on the computer. Neither one acknowledged me as I stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do. The one that was on the phone eventually asked me if I had an appt. That was it "no hello welcome" nothing. To me that's just bad manners and terrible customer service. As I was leaving I had to wait for Mario to hand my disc copy of my images and once he gave it to me that was it once the again they were on the phone I wasn't sure if I had to do anything else or if we were done with the appt. I understand being busy and having patients on the phone but a quick "hi welcome take a sit I'll be right with you" goes a long way and more if it's the first time a patient comes in for these exams. I requested many times to speak to the owner and the billing department keeps ignoring my request.

Indeed, since the DMV is no longer in business inside the plaza, it has a lot of abandoned units makes the property look dead & not flourishing establishment....Hopefully, residents & owners of Anahiem can go to their council meeting & complain about bringing in new trade of goods & employment to benefit residents & employees..However, once you enter inside the clinic it has a beautiful chandelier in the ceiling...Mrs. Jackie in the front counter was so kind in answering all my questions & assisting me with the paperwork. Mr. Mario the x-ray technician in the back was so funny & explaining everything that needed to be done prior to my exam.. Mr. Mario was also so polite in asking if I needed a blanket to keep me warm while procedure was in process.. Make sure you use the clean neat restroom they have prior to your procedure b/c you will probably be in the room for 30 minutes.. Also when finished make sure you sit & wait for Mr. Mario to create a CD for you to give to your doctors. Overall a cute, small, quiet facility...Thx for fitting me Precise Imaging in your schedule, great job!!! read more
