If it hadn't been for the fact that I saw the plumbing truck pull up and I have a 75lb dog that bites if let loose, I would have called the cops. Having a random man just walk into my house when I'm home alone is a no go in my book. He looked at the plumbing issue and gave me an estimate. I approved the work and he said he would start that minute. Next thing I know another random guy is walking into my house! Does no one introduce themselves?!? Very unprofessional. They finished the work in 3 hours, even though I was told 2. But I was happy to have it done. To clean out a clogged pipe in a kitchen sink and fix the pressure in a shower head, the cost was $600. Overall I'm happy with the work done. But I was not happy with the employees. They need to introduce themselves and tell what company they are with, especially if they are going to dress like any person walking down the street, before they just walk right in to someone's house.

Jay came out on a Saturday (which the other guys would not do), carefully explained everything he was going to do and try to resolve the issue we were having. He was extremely professional and thorough, and best--fixed the clog causing our washer to back up. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and charged us half of what the other plumber charged us to get up on the roof to work out the stoppage. We plan to have him come back out in the summer to install new toilets for us, and would definitely have him back to do any other plumbing we needed. I am rating a 3 because I chose not to go with this company due to their very high price and some information that I was given by the person that came to my home that I have never heard anyone else ever say in person or on the internet. Here's the story. I was quoted $3300 (parts and labor) to replace a 20 gallon tank hot water heater and add a flood stop valve. Now I've had a 40 gallon water heater replaced before at a different house and it only cost me $1300 (with parts and labor) so I definitely had some sticker shock. Maybe that's normal now, but I'm not sure that labor inflation has gone up this much in 5 years. Maybe it has though. . . (Doesn't look like it when I check homedepot.com though). Second, I was inquiring about maybe going tankless because I have an attic mounted water heater and I would definitely like to not have to worry about losing a ceiling one day because the tank fails. The person from this company was vehement that tankless water heaters use more electricity than tanked water heaters. What? Isn't the whole point of tankless water heaters that they use LESS electricity? Hasn't most of Europe switched over to tankless because they use less electricity? Doesn't the US Government's EPA say that tankless units use 34% electricity on average? What is going on here? Whether the company stands by this claim or denies that their guy said it. . . I would never go with a company with such suspicious pricing and that makes such suspicious claims about energy usage. YMMV.

They were able to successfully remove the damaged drain line and install new pvc in a couple if hours. They were able to do the repair and test the lines again all within a day. Theyre pricing was the more reasonable of all of the plumbing companies that had come out. Can i mention the customer service over the phone? With things getting hectic, the lady on the phones was able to give me full 5 star service and make the entire selling process less painful. She was able to provide me with everything i was being asked for from the buyer, and almost instantaneously so we were able to prevent the close date from extending.

It's been leaking for months after the repair and since this is a rental house and we had Christmas in between, the tenant informed me about 2.5 months later that there was still a leak. I had to dig some of the pipe to find that 5 inches below the faucet there was a fitting that was still loose and leaking. When called the company to come over and take care of the leak they wanted another ~$500 to take care of ~1ft of copper. Even the manager over the phone said and I quote "Even if you had called me the next day after the repair, we will still had to invoice you for the fix" WHAT?? What kind of licensed plumbers are this guys that won't stand behind their work? I just hope they take care of the customers going forward, remember the market has ups and downs and although you are enjoying a never ending supply of customers that will not last forever. One of the worst companies I ever deal with.

They tunneled about 40 feet under the house and another 40 foot trench in the yard. Angel and his crew of about 4-6 guys worked at our house for 8 days, even on weekends and on nights (with our permission). Hoping to get it all done before a bunch of rain came in. They did! Cleanup was impressive. They managed to save most of the grass. Solid work ethic from Angel and his crew! 10 out of 10. Found our new plumber.
