I needed the mirror fixed in order to drive, and as always, Boris came through in a timely manner. He ordered a new mirror and even installed a temporary mirror so I could drive home safely. Boris is honest, and his team is excellent. I've never had any issues with the front desk or his mechanics.

I drove out only paying 40 dollars! WHAT?!? Nowhere will you find a car shop who charges only 40 dollars for a tire rotation, diagnosis, given future plan...( if my issue is not fixed from rotation) and a car wash with interior vacuuming!!! From customer service from Michael and Rachel to the technician JoJo who worked on my car.... I am beyond thrilled to have found this shop! Kind people who understand the issues revolving around expensive parts and labor... they get it.. they are amazing at RODA! Pick up pursue Brad in late but she arrived at 10:30. Just a young lady. No uniform. No ID Card. Calling me to tell him if she's here to pick up my car. As far as RODA that's very unprofessional. How am I supposed to trust a $40,000 Car to person to shows up? It says give me your car. I took a picture of a drivers license and add her my Car Keys I received a text about 1115 in the morning to take my car had arrived at the Shop 1230. No update 130. No update, so I called the Shop and they said it was in the key to be worked on. 230. No update. No response from the road to Shop. I caught an Uber to the Shop which had my expenses. $14.75. When I arrived at the Shop, there was five guys in the lobby. Just seen around. I think they were employees. And when I asked her about my car they gave me this. Oh shit look and he said oh, they're about to pull it in. The time was now three that day and they asked me if I wanted the Service after all. And I said hell. No it took you four hours not to do an oil change. That's upsurd . Give me my Keys. I fed a complaint on the road to app. I received your text and someone was gonna reach out to me. Today is Wednesday, February 11 and no one has ever reached out to me. I will never use a Service again. Worse Customer Service experience I've experienced ever, and I will badmouth this Company on social media to all my coworkers to all my acquaintance to everybody. Very very unprofessional for a business that trying to start up. By the way, you're $60 oil change out to have it done at Mr. Tire the next day for $49.95 Go figure!!!

I did a walk in around 9:36 AM today (essentially my only free day) which was nice since they really just accommodated based on my scheduling needs. I would recommend paying cash or debit card to prevent Any additionally charges using a credit card. Otherwise, I'm very happy with their customer service, affordability and honesty. Per my ask, WFA should have seen the pad was low and let me know. That's what I asked for and, Juan, would ALWAYS tell me; "This needs to be done now or you've still got some time." The new owners just say you can't predict what's going to happen. Sure, but break pads?!?? That should be obvious. Will no longer be bringing any of our cars to WFA. A dynasty has been lost.

When we take a car to RAC to be serviced, we know the work will be completed properly to maintain the car in top condition. We have never had to take a car back for a re-do Each visit, RAC does a full inspection of the vehicle and tells us what work is necessary and what issues need to be monitored for future consideration, They never recommend work which is not necessary at the time the vehicle is brought in for service. And although not required, the staff loves my wifes "goodie" package as extra compensation for a job well done!

I came to the shop to diagnose an issue with my brakes (1) which was never resolved. Then (2) they left the car with a new issue, and refused to reimburse the cost of repairs. The folks are super nice over the phone. I was excited to finally try to locate a reliable shop that I could trust and consistently work with. Thursday 4/23 I dropped off my car with the request to try to diagnose a loud screeching and feeling of grittiness I felt when braking. These brakes and rotors were recently replaced, so I was concerned. I asked for the car back Tuesday or Wednesday the next week. Monday 4/27 Due to an unexpected work commitment, I had to pick up the car early. Jeff still took time to warm up the brakes and identified there was as issue, which we agreed would be identified by an hour of labor the next time, in which the shop would take apart the brakes to investigate. I greatly appreciated this. Thursday 5/7 Dropped off the car at night. No issues. The shop confirmed over the phone they could get this done by Friday evening. Friday 5/8 I get a call from a staff member saying that their tech had driven the car for 10 to 20 minutes, and heard and saw nothing. After calling back, I requested another individual drive the car longer to warm up the brakes. He confirmed he had done so, and saw no issue. That evening when I picked it up, I saw the shop had driven the car for a total of 1.4 miles - clearly someone here was dishonest. I also noticed the 'check tire pressure' light was on when I picked up the car, but thought nothing of it as when the tires are removed, this alarm has to be reset. Sunday 5/10 I check the tires early morning, and see one of my tires is flat. Not only had the shop lied about driving the car, they had clearly punctured a tire and left the mess for me to clean up. I was forced to cancel prior commitments on my end and pay out of pocket for this issue. Monday 5/11 I contact the shop expressing frustration about the issue, and ask them to reimburse the cost of the tire, a bare minimum courtesy, as this also had serious financial work implications outside of this issue. They tell me that "we never even took the tires off the vehicle to inspect the brakes". I'll allow you to make your own judgements. Have a good day.

The next day, while I hadn't heard back yet, I dropped by the business anyway, because I was at the library nearby. Ramon greeted me and I explained the issue, and they were able to find the part and replaced the bulb quickly on the spot, and I was done in less than 10 minutes! I was very appreciative of the excellent customer service, and I'll be back.

Go to Mdcourt.gov and type in Duramax. The case # was C-15-CV-23000278. I eventually had to total the vehicle which cost me over $14,000 to pay off the loan. STAY AWAY FROM DURAMAX!!! Florencia scammed me, committed insurance fraud and left me with a defective car. Rather than owning up to her mistake, she hired a lawyer to try and defend her scam. Just a terrible business, don't believe her. Ask her about the lawsuit and she will give you an excuse but go to the court documents and see what really happened.

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.

My inquiry was returned almost immediately with a very fair and attractive quote, and they were more than accommodating in scheduling a mutually agreeable appointment time. While the location of the shop is somewhat off the beaten path of 355 proper in an area that time has seemed to have forgotten- I arrived at the agreed upon time, was greeted in a most welcoming manner and Iron Mike's took it from there. I was assured the work would be completed and I could pick my truck up at the end of the day so I decided to visit the Original Pancake House and explore White Flint and Rockville for the day-- To my surprise, just a few hours later, I got a phone call from Iron Mike's and was advised my truck was ready, everything went smoothly and I could pick up my truck any time. When I arrived, I was more than surprised to learn that because the job went a little quicker than anticipated, my bill was well under the quote and was incredibly fair !!!! It is so nice to see a business that appreciates YOUR business, coupled with taking pride in their work and more importantly doing a great job. It is also abundantly clear Iron Mikes knows their way around a car or a truck- and are very honest mechanics which is a rarity in this area.
