I had a really awful experience with Precision Collision. I brought my '99 Silverado there based on the suggestion from a nearby shop that said they weren't able to mount and balance new tires for me, but Precision Collision would be able to do it for me. I waited 2.5 hours for them to do this work, they gave me back the truck as they were locking up. They charged me $150 to mount and balance 5 tires. They said all my wheels were defective and couldn't be balanced! Really? All of them? Seemed unlikely, but what can I do? The next morning I tried to take a look at what they had done. First it seemed that the lug nuts had been over tightened - I used my torque wrench and had to increase it past 240 ft-lbs to remove the lug nuts that are supposed to be tightened to 140 ft-lbs. The air pressure in the tires was set to 38 psi all around (spec is 50 psi front and 70 psi rear). And of course, there was that problem with the balancing. I was left feeling very uncomfortable with the work they had done. I just got back from another shop where they dismounted the tires for me to try the balancing again and they called me into the garage to show me the problem - my brand new tires were full of water!!! Please look at the attached photo - there should not be water inside my tires!! P.S. I attached a screen shot of my credit card receipt since the shop responded that they don't have a record of me. It is not a mistake.

This place is amazing! As my luck would have it, 2 weeks after someone hit my bumper, I then messed up my fender and my front bumper! I didn't want to go through insurance so I called precision collision and they were able to immediately give me a quote, help me get a rental and start working on my car! Pablo's team does such a phenomenal job on cars and Rob does a great job keeping you in the loop on the process. They are not only fast but efficient. Pablo even touched up the paint and made my car look brand new! They are definitely worth the price. Look no further.

So after painfully damaging (denting/scratching) the rear driver side panel of my car a 2016 Dodge Challenger Sxt while parking one day, I knew that I had to find a shop that could fix all the necessary damages that needed to be fixed. The scratches and dent left on my car looked very bad and I knew that I could not continue to drive around I needed to get this fixed and soon. Like everybody else who has damage done to there car there is skepticism after reading so many different reviews being able to find or the trust the right auto body shop that will leave you with no worries that your car will be fixed and taken care of. After reading many reviews of different body shops, I decided to take my car to precision collision to get the damages repaired where I met Rob. I got estimates done through my insurance, took that to precision collision, they then did there own inspection submitted a supplement and got things approved from there adjuster while communicating with my insurer to make sure everything was good to begin work. They ended up finding a bracket in the bumper that ne to be broke into and replaced. After about two weeks I was able to get my car back and the body work that was done looked amazing. I was impressed. My car looked almost brand new, you couldn't really tell there was any damage done. The paint job looked great. (There was a minor scratch left on my tint/side panel mirror that as explained had to be removed and reinstalled in order to re paint the damaged area). But overall the job that was done to remove the dent was great work. I would definitely recommend precision collision to anybody that needs work done. Ps I waited about a month after I got my car back to write this review to make sure there were no flaws with the paint job.

I hit a pole in a parking garage and when I took my car to a couple shops for an estimate, Precision Collision Center stood out to me. They offered me a very fair estimate and Axel actually sat down with me and showed me a 3D model on the computer of exactly what they would need to replace and repair. They had my car in and out in less time than they told me it would take and it looks better than new. I'm very picky and I was sure I would be able to notice a difference, but it looks flawless.You can't even tell where they had to repaint the new door. Because they had to replace the door, there was a problem with my keyless entry, which they quickly fixed by reprogramming my remote. That's the customer service that stands out to me, because they worked with me even after I left the shop and fit me right in when I only had an hour window to bring the car in. Pablo and Axel are honest, outstanding, and extremely talented.

Make no mistake, these guys are the real deal. Pablo, Axel, and crew took on the monumental task of restoring my AP1 S2000's rusted out quarter panels and rockers to OEM spec. This was a Vermont car, daily driven in the salty, snowy hellscape that is winter in Burlington. As you can imagine, there was rust, and A LOT of it. The prognosis was bad, but I am very much attached to this car and these guys were confident that they could save her. Here's the amazing part: there were no rust-free donor cars, so they fabricated the panels in-house! The finished product is indistinguishable from a stock S2000, replicating everything down to the subtle textured coating under the rockers and the pinch welds. When all was said and done, Pablo gave me a tour of the work his team had done, pointing out the details of the process and how they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly. I could tell he was enthusiastic about the final product, and rightfully so--it's as impressive as it gets. Now, obviously this work was done out of pocket and not through insurance, but if you're looking to restore your car or have any aftermarket bodywork done, these guys will do it properly and for less than you will be quoted anywhere else. Again, they're the real deal.

2002 BMW (E46) 325i Had damage to my left rear bumper and spoiler. Called around for a couple quotes and Precision Collision Center was the most reasonable estimate to get the job done. Pablo and his awesome crew kept the car for about a week. They removed the entire bumper and repaired/repainted it. They also removed the entire trunk lid, repainted it and replaced the damaged spoiler with a new, painted (color-matched) one I provided. If you need top notch, professional body work or maintenance done on your car with outstanding customer service, I would definitely recommend taking it to Precision Collision Center.

Let me just start off by saying, I had lots of options to take my vehicle upon my accident. Many options much closer, but I figured if I was going to get this done..it wasn't just going to be any random spot that claim they do do the best work. I did my own research and knew off the back that I was going to take it here upon reading reviews and looking at the types of vehicles brought in this place. Rob, the service manager there was punctual on giving me updates weekly, working with my insurance and fighting to get me the best quality parts possible. Don't even think twice to choose them.

As someone who parks in remote corners of parking lots 90% of the time, I was devastated when I found a sizable black scratch and slight dent on my white car on the rare occasion that I parked next to someone. The other driver was nice enough to leave a note before leaving the parking lot, and I came to Precision as soon as I could to get a quote. Pablo, the owner, is a sincerely nice guy who is very much interested in giving you the best price for the best results. During my previous visit, he took us around the shop for a tour after explaining, with a model car in hand, what repairs will be needed. He was transparent in letting us know that the quote may not be the final price without assessing further damages before the bumper is removed. This was a drastically stark difference after having been to three other shops in the area that same morning. That being said, I came back a month later when my baby needed some healing. She was back on my driveway earlier than Pablo had promised, and she looked brand spanking new as she did when I brought her home from the dealership less than a year ago (see before and after photo). I wish I could give Pablo and his team more stars, but I can't. So instead, I hope they keep doing good business to keep happy customers coming back. Give this place a try if you haven't already even if you don't need to have any body work done, Precision does maintenance as well! You won't regret it (:

A girl had swiped my car when it was parked in a parking lot. She left me with two long scratches/ dents dragged across my left rear car door and a small diagonal dent to the left of it. The girl left me a note and was willing to fix my car so I went on yelp and found precision, got an estimate, and dropped off my car the following week and the girl paid for the estimate! I just picked up my car today and the work was phenomenal. They replaced my door and cleaned up my whole car! Axel did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop and calling me often to update me on how things were going. It let me feel at ease because my car was only 6 months old so I was extremely protective over it! I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you axel! I will definitely be doing business with you again! Also, on a side note, axel was extremely thorough and explained the breakdown of the pricing. The girl who hit me paid for the estimate but after picking up my car, we found that the price of the door replacement was actually about 30 bucks more than the estimate but axel said to not worry about it! It's good to know you're doing business who have your best interest in mind instead of trying to take all of your money. Thanks again! Very happy with the results.

After reading many reviews on yelp, I chose Precision Collision Center to do the repair work on my brand new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder and I could not be happier with that decision! My Story: I was driving home from work with my sister and pulled up to a red light. About 30 seconds later, a white Lexus smashed into the back of my car. I was in shock, I could not believe that this was happening. Just over 2 months with my new car and someone hit me. I was so upset. I couldn't open my liftgate, and being a mom with 2 kids it was so inconvenient. After the agony of dealing with their insurance company, I got the money to fix my car. That's where Precision came in. Axel helped me from start to finish and he was always so pleasant to work with. I just knew I was in good hands and boy was I right. About 2 weeks later my car was done and I was so excited to see it. When my car pulled up in front, I could hear the hallelujah chorus!! She looked great! Just like new! Shining like a new penny! Another 5 stars for PCC. Someone vandalized my 235i in Brooklyn, with the entire trunk and rear bumper areas full of scratches through the clearcoat, paint chipped, and dents throughout. Pablo and Axel came to the rescue, helped me work with my insurance, and did a full repaint + PDC, restoring the rear of the car back good as new. The paint is high quality with a great finish that matches pretty close to the OEM paint condition, with a slight variance in orange peel texture and color tone, but you'd have be experienced to tell the difference. PDC job was incredible--like it never happened. They are my trusted source for body work and paint needs. read more

This is the best body shop I've ever used. After getting into a fender bender, I took my custom BMW M3 to Precision based on the raving review around the internet. The reviews couldn't have been more accurate. Pablo was extremely helpful throughout the process, from taking care of the insurance supplements and caring for a custom car. About three weeks ago, someone hit my brand-new Mercedes Benz GLK 350 and I didn't notice until days later. I immediately looked for body shops and found this shop on yelp. They informed me that there may be more damage under the bumper and the quoted amount could change. When I came back to pick up my car, they informed me that there was interior bumper damage. To my surprise, I paid less than the quoted amount and it made my day because I was paying for my repair out of pocket. They also cleaned and detailed my car free of charge. I was impressed with Pablo's work the first time around. I brought my brand-new Mazda 6 in when I found several dents and scratches on my bumper. Pablo and his team did a fantastic job with the car, kept me updated, and they even threw in some freebies. This weekend I brought my car in for a different job. Knowing Pablo as a perfectionist, I wanted him to install my lowering springs and black vinyl roof. Unsurprisingly, his reputation stayed true. My sweet three year old Kia Soul was abruptly rear ended by a truck. The bumper and back frame were pretty badly damaged. I read a lot of reviews and felt confident I could trust Precision Collision...I was right. Axel and Pablo and their team good great care of my car, dealt with the insurance company, and were really good with updating me on the status during the entire process. Fortunately, I came to Precision Collision Center based on Yelp reviews and this place is absolutely great! I was very skeptical with my local place since it only had 2/5 stars, so I decided to look online for a better place to get my repairs. I brought my C300 after the front left of the bumper was ruined as well as a light, and part of the tire. Axel was so great to work with. He dealt with my insurance agent and myself very professionally and obtained all the needed repairs, even though it took about 2-3 weeks. I didn't mind the time frame for when everything was completed since it complied with what the insurance company called for and did not need to pay any extra fees; it was almost like I got a refurbished car. Even though this place is over 30+ minutes from my home, I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Axel for your hard work and customer service! read more

I decided to take my 2010 Honda Civic to Precision after reading all the amazing reviews here - best decision ever. I went in to have my rear bumper cover repaired after being rear-ended, and also asked for a quote on my front bumper cover for some older damage (my own fault). From the second I walked in for a quote, I felt like I was treated the way Axel would've treated his best friend. He was amazingly friendly, helpful, and never spoke down to me. (something I tend to expect as a woman when getting work done on my vehicle.) The quotes I received were thorough and very fairly priced, so I went for it! The day after I left my car for repairs, I got a call from Axel letting me know there was some structural damage under the front bumper cover. He called immediately, and sent a follow-up email with photos of the damage and a revised estimate. While I panicked about how much extra that might cost me, it was an incredibly affordable repair, and added no extra time to my wait! My car was ready in just three days, and on top of it looking just like new, they even cleaned out the interior of my car - vacuumed and everything! And when the console started yelling at me about a code when I was about to drive off (due to the battery needing to be unhooked temporarily during repair), Axel dropped everything to fix it right up. All in all, I would absolutely take my car back to Precision - and I intend to, for its regular maintenance and oil change - and I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to get work done on their car go to Precision, too. Recently they have acquired the latest Hunter alignment machine and tire changer. Just got my alignment and my ac converted to R34 today and couldn't be happier with Pablo's and Sergio's service. My 2010 Hyundai Genesis had a bad run in with a curb at high speed. The suspension is custom and very expensive. Precision was the only shop in the area I trusted to get me back up and running. They installed some very technical aftermarket parts for me and adjusted my coil-over suspension to a perfect height all around. Car drives better than it did before the accident! Pablo was a big help, even had my car ready for pickup on a Saturday (A rarity in the automotive field). Great shop for daily drivers and sports cars alike! !! Had to update this! I encountered another issue with my car from the initial accident and it went back to Precision for a second time. The service was beyond incredible as usual. A mechanic came on a test drive with me so he could feel the steering wobble and better diagnose the issue. Turns out some 711 air came with a TON of water and it was sloshing around in my tire! Within 30 minutes they had my tires re-mounted and balanced. Totally fixed the problem. I'm always impressed with how knowledgeable all the staff is here. I chose Precision after reading all the great reviews and now I see why everyone only has good things to say. I took my 1996 Pathfinder with some pretty nasty damage to the front bumper and couldn't be happier. From the second Axel answered the phone I felt welcomed and comfortable doing business with Precision. I took my car in for a quote and Pablo thoroughly explained what needed to be done and answered all the questions I had. Unlike most auto repair shops, you won't feel like you are being tricked or deceived into work your vehicle doesn't need. Pablo gave me an honest opinion on how long my car can keep running and a fair price. Picked it up yesterday and my 19 year old Pathfinder looks brand new. I will be back with more work for Pablo and his team and they've gained another life-long customer. It's difficult to believe this...but I've found an auto shop that I actually trust!!! OVERVIEW The owner of Precision Collision Center is one of the most sweetest and honest people you'll ever meet. He takes care of your car as if it was his own and isn't afraid to provide his professional recommendation but taking into account what's best for you. EXPERTISE I've taken my Lotus Elise here for a full-bodied paint job, BOE exhaust install, Sector 111 Clam hinge install, and various other work. I wouldn't trust my Elise to any other shop besides Pablo's or maybeeee a Lotus-specialty. :) I've also dropped off my RDX and Lexus for various other work and each and every time it's been an effortless, heartburn-less process. I've recommended several friends to Pablo and none have left dissatisfied. SERVICE His staff is super friendly, especially his right hand man, Axel. And although the shop's always busy (because unfortunately (for me) word got out that Pablo's amazing), they will do their best to meet your deadlines if you communicate it. When it comes to customer service, you will never beat this company. The owner (Pablo) is genuinely kind and it shows. He cares about his customers. He cares about their vehicles. Pablo took his time in explaining to me the issues with my Subaru. He told me exactly what his company was going to do and even showed me the defective parts in it! This shop is on scale with the shops in the "olden days" where customer is treated like royalty and when shop owners sincerely wants to deliver top notch service and care. To top it off, they even completed a detailed cleaning on my car and had it looking almost like new! Pablo shared with me a comparison of his fees as opposed to what I would have paid with a dealer. I actually went to this place because I was reading the reviews and the reviews did not lie! Pablo and his team are very friendly and engaging and very helpful to what you need. I went to have my aftermarket spoiler installed on my vehicle and we noticed the paint was not matching perfectly as there are many different shades of the same paint code and Pablo and his team re-painted it for me and now it matches 100%. Great and reasonable price quotes for the work they put in. Definitely a place to visit for custom body works and other needs for your vehicle. read more

Decided to pick this shop since it was close to me and had great reviews. Turned out to be a good choice, it certainly lived up to the hype! My passenger side door beam was dented in so I needed a whole new door. They ordered the part, helped me secure a rental with enterprise nearby whom they work with, and replaced my door including painting and blending it so the color would match the rest of the car and look natural. After about 3 weeks it was ready to go, they did a great job and I'm really happy with it! Looks brand new now. They also cleaned the interior and exterior of my car for me which was nice. Rob was the one handling my claim and was polite, professional, great about always calling me to update me on my cars progress. Pablo was also great and when I asked, explained exactly why it took the amount of time it did which is understandable. He was kind enough to stay after close for an extra hour and a half on a a Friday evening since I couldn't arrive any earlier from work- Really appreciated it! I am very glad that I picked them to replace top and bottom front bumpers of my car. I just drove my car into a pillar in an underground garage and damaged the front bumpers. I was pretty nervous at first since I never had to shop for car repair before. I did a serious search for shops with a good reputation. Of the 5 auto body shops I visited for quotes, PCC was the only one that really felt right for me. All of them had perfect reviews on Yelp. I know, reviews are not always accurate. However, if more than 50 reviewers are all satisfied with their work, I am likely to be satisfied, too. So assuming all the shops I visited can do a great job, what I was looking for was a shop that offers a reasonable price, gives me a confidence that my car will be under a good care, and makes me feel that they are honest and professional. here's the rundown of shops I have visited: Shop A had a nice waiting area and price was very reasonable. However, I did not feel right about the reaction the guy gave me when I told them I am paying out of pocket. My deductible is higher than the repair cost. I hate spending money but I don't want to feel uncomfortable spending it. If not fo PCC, I would have picked this one. Shop B insisted on repairing the top bumper, instead of replacing, although it has later become apparent to me that it was pretty bent. They gave me a quote with after-market parts on it. When I pressed for OEM part and price, they said that they could match the price of parts. That somehow didn't sound right to me. How would I know if he really matches the price after all? Shop C did not even ask for the VIN number. Plus, the shop itself was too small and there was no waiting area. Not too professional. Shop D - I had a very high expectation on this one because of the interaction I had earlier with this shop. However, when I actually visited him, not only he gave me the most expensive price but also he refused to give me a written quote. He told me that he does not want to waste time preparing because people haggle price for $10-$20. The other thing that bothered me was the not very clear pricing list in the office. PCC and shop A had a sign showing all types of labor rates. His, on the other hand, was just one labor rate, which is almost double of his competitors. He said that he would match the price of competitors, but there is no written quote to back his claim. He told me it could take 3 days to fix it. if he needs 2 full days to repair my car at his labor rate posted, there is no way he could fix it within the price he quoted. If I go with this shop, I could end up with sticker shock after the service. There's no way I would give my business to him. The last shop I visited was PCC. Besides a bunch of mini-cars toys on display, the first thing I noticed was the price list of labor type. As I interact with Pablo and explain my circumstances around avoiding insurance because of high deductible, he didn't give me that strange look. When he looked at my car, he knew exactly what needs to be done. (by 5th visit to auto body shop, I learned enough to know what should be done to fix my car) He also found a minor problem no other shop has found. He gave me a written quote that is very clear and easy to understand, and the price was pretty reasonable. Not the cheapest, but I was not about to haggle for $20. He also said that it could be repaired in 2 days. He needed 1 day to get necessary parts, so I guess, he just needed 1 day+ to work on it. So, I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning. By Thursday at 4 pm, my car is fixed. They did a wonderful job. My car looks like nothing ever happened. They even waxed the outside and clean the inside. The price was exactly what was quoted. Very clean and honest transaction. I loved it. I recommend PCC to anyone, and I will go back to them anytime... not that I wish for another accident, though. read more

Took my 2012 GTR here awhile back for a paint job and they did an excellent job. I am very picky in choosing a repair shop due to bad experiences I had in the past. WOW! FANTASTIC! Seriously the most amazing place I've ever taken my car to. This was my first time using an auto body shop and because of Pablo, he's made my experience wonderful. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!! My visit was for the purpose of fixing a car dent on my back bumper. I also leased my car which was due in a week from the visit so I really needed fast service. I called first thing in the morning to ask him his pricing and my situation. He immediately answered with the introduction of his name and without hesitation; of the problem area of the car, an estimate of the cost, and how he would love for me to drop by so he could give me an estimate of my car for free. Upon my arrival, he knew who I was when I entered the office and got straight down to business to look at my car. He explained to me what my car would be needing such as the body work, the paint job, etc. He even showed me another car as an example of what happened to that car and the obvious - of what it would look like after repairs. He told me the back side of the car was smashed in but with my own eyes, the car looked shockingly brand new!! Pablo also said he could give me a fair price because he understood my situation. This is when I realized I wanted to give him a chance and trust Precision (once again, my first time ever using an auto body shop). That same day, I dropped my car off at night and there is a slit in the door you can drop your keys off. This made the commute so much easier than waiting for the shop to open and in about 2 days, my car was fixed. That is fast service people!!!! This is the best place to have your car fixed. 2 weeks ago we went to this place to get a quotation to fix damages on our car. Although this was only the 3rd place where we requested a quotation after speakinng with Pablo we immediately decided to have our car fixed here. In our case the price was a little bit higher than the other centers but because Pablo was genuinely kind enough to explain to us the process they would need to do for the car (he even toured us on his shop) and assured us that they will do a quality job, we decided to do the fix here. As soon as we agreed, Pablo ordered the parts the next day and called us to bring the car the following Tuesday. We also asked him if he could arrange a rental car for us. He immediately called enterprise and was able to give us a lower price for a rental car. When we went to the shop Tuesday, Rob was already calling enterprise to pick us up to get the rental car. It took them 4 days to fix the car. We were pleased to see the car not only fixed but also cleaned inside and out. The inside was vacuumed and was really really clean. Couldn't be happier with their work. I was recommended this shop by a few friends of mine, and I don't regret it at all. I was trying to get a rear wing installed on my BRZ, but it wasn't just a simple process as I needed to get my factory wing taken off and then the holes welded. Turns out the process was even more complicated, as the person I bought the wing from provided me terrible brackets to attach the wing to the trunk, so Pablo had his technician fabricate 2 entirely new brackets for the wing. I now have a one-of-a-kind trunk, and am extremely grateful to Pablo and his people for doing this difficult task. It took a little longer than I expected, but as people have said, Pablo is a perfectionist and it was definitely worth the wait. read more

This shop is busy. Like I wavered for a few weeks on choosing this shop for my collision repair (which is how long it took Geico to get me an adjuster appointment) because I was worried my car wouldn't get their full attention. Studious Yelper that I am, I couldn't help but notice they had a better website than every other shop, and they answered calls where other shops didn't, and that all the Yelp reviews were impeccable and each received a personalised response from Pablo. All those nice things said, what disappointed me most about my experience was the communication and excuses I was given during the 21 days my car was in the shop. I called the shop on a Friday morning (7/1, 9:12am) to see if they could receive my car that day and ask if they had any availability to receive my car for work around my vacation restrictions. Plenty of time - bring it in July 5th at 8am, I was told. When dropping off my car, I asked when I would hear back from them on expected # of days to repair my car since I don't have rental car coverage via my insurance and Precision Collision, my adjuster, and I were all anticipating more damage to be found one the hood was popped. Tomorrow or the day after at latest, they said. At the end of Day 3, still no call, so I called them and was told they still needed to chat w/ my adjuster and would call me by CoB the next day with a better update... which was fine with me, but the next day came and I still didn't get a call. On calendar day 9 (business day 7), I proactively called them... having paid for a rental out-of -pocket for the first few days and now taking 2 buses and a train to work every day, I was getting weary and it is too darn humid this summer to be walking/standing outside as a commute. I had noticed via the Geico website that my claim had been approved for more work the week before and I was figuring I should be able to pick it up any day now. I asked if they could talk me through what needed to be fixed, and was provided the answers to the wrong question: "we had to wait a couple days for the adjuster to come in", "we were a little backed up because of the holiday", "actually the replacement hood came in damaged so we had to order a new one". I repeated the questions and then someone had to go find my paperwork. I asked when I could pick up my car because I was going out of town. I was promised they would try really hard to get it to me the next day, and would call me at the end of the next day to let me know if I could pick it up. I arranged for a driver (my husband) to be home early just in case, but no call ever came. I had to leave my car there while I went out of country. I only received a call ONCE (while on vacation) to be asked what day I was planning to pick it up. I told him Tuesday, July 26 first thing in the morning. I came to pick up my car this morning and it was ready but covered in dusty water spots as if it hadn't been washed. I received an apology for the appearance, "it rained last night... actually, we thought you were going to pick it up yesterday afternoon...". Seriously? The ONE thing I was called for feedback on, and it was remembered incorrectly. Also, did it rain? I didn't get home until 10:30pm last night and my husband's car was not at all wet this morning. The only thing we noticed was the amount of pollen on his windows. Rant over. Got the keys, handed over the checks, no receipts exchanged, but I have my baby back now. I've had body work done on this car 3 times in the last 10 years, which is why I'm surprised such a highly rated shop had poor communication and slow TAT. Other than being dusty, I examined the paint job and the blending with the new hood and existing body seems impeccable. The grille and front emblem replacement look wonderful. Will continue to watch the paint over the next few weeks and washes to ensure no issues. Also, the inside of the car was spotless, and hasn't been this clean in a while, so maybe I'll forgive the "it rained" response as maybe it happened before my plane landed. Communication 2/5, body work 4/5, overall rating, 3/5. read more

as usual, Pablo and his crew have done a great job repairing my vehicle. my eleven year old vehicle had accumulated multiple minor dents, two of which had gone all the way through the paint to the primer level. they repaired all the dents, did a paint correction to blend all the new paint with the existing paint as well as full interior detail. the vehicle looks better than new both interior and exterior. I just had my 2014 Acura repaired and it looks new. Pablo walked me through the repairs and gave me before photos, a comprehensive estimate and updates on the repair process. When my daughter thought she'd left her wallet in the vehicle, he made time to let me visit the garage while the car was being repaired and look to see if it was there (it was in a jacket hanging in her closet at home!) I purposely waited for a couple of months before posting a review. I wanted time for the paint to settle and really inspect the finished product closely. The team at Precision did a marvelous job with the color match on my C63 AMG. I needed the rear bumper cover resprayed and driver fender repaired both due to minor damages sustained in a parking garage. Needless to say White is not an easy color to match perfectly especially when repairs are sectional. I am very pleased with the work and will come back for both custom and OEM paint work. My overall experience with Precision was positive. They were responsive and provided consistent updates about the status of my vehicle. I had paint chips all over my front hood due to a severe hail storm and my insurance at that time, Geico, refused to pay for the damages even though I had full and non-collision coverage. I can definitely recommend Precision Collision Center. I scraped a pole while parking in my garage that left more than a few scratches and dents to my rear door and quarter panel. I got 7 estimates and Pablo's landed in the middle. While not the cheapest he showed me his quality of work and I felt comfortable choosing them. Pablo Argote has over 20 years experience in the automotive industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion in operating his auto-body and mechanic shop. The shop in 2007 was focused on body repair work and auto collision repair but since then has grown from 1,500 sq feet to a shop the spans over 12,500 sq feet with over 18 bays. Just a terrible business, don't believe her. Ask her about the lawsuit and she will give you an excuse but go to the court documents and see what really happened.

When I stepped into the reception area of Precision Collision Center and saw the incredible collection of miniature replicas of classic cars (from the 1920's to the present era) displayed in the glass cabinets taking up an entire wall, I got the sense that they are passionate about cars. After meeting and talking to the owner, Pablo, I realized that he is very passionate about cars, and he has the same passion when it comes to fixing cars by being meticulous with every detail and providing high quality workmanship throughout the whole repair process. All of his technicians and mechanics are certified. I had a lot of paint damage on both right passenger side doors of my 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid, and so I took it to two shops to get an estimate for a new paint job on just the right side and repairing a small dent. Precision provided me with a competitive price quote, and I was also pleased to learn that they only use water-based paint that is environmentally-friendly, and that they would provide me with ride to the Metro nearby if I needed it. While I was there to get a quote to repaint the passenger side doors and repair the dent, I also asked Pablo about some rust that had formed on the edge of my driver door. He asked why the door looked slightly misaligned, and I told him that I had it repaired by another shop (which will remain unnamed) about 3 years ago when the driver side door was badly damaged in an accident. He said that if it was repaired only 3 years ago, it shouldn't have any rust yet, so he suspected that the other shop probably did not do the repairs correctly. Since I had that door repaired through my insurance 3 years ago and kept good records, he said it may still be under warranty and that my insurer might pay to have it redone correctly. Pablo's suspicion was right. When my insurer was made aware of the problem, they sent an adjuster out to inspect the defective repairs on the driver door and authorized to have it redone at no additional cost to me. To be fair, I should mention that the shop that did the original repairs called me after they learned about the situation to ask for another chance to repair the driver door at no additional cost. Otherwise my insurer would charge them for the repairs. However, I told them that I would not be returning to them because I had lost confidence and trust in their ability to do it right. I then authorized Precision to do the necessary repairs. A week later, my car was done and the result was amazing. My 7-year old Civic looked like a new car with shiny coats of paint on both sides. My insurer would pay for the repairs associated withthe left driver side door, and I paid for repairs on the right passenger side and the small dent. Pablo also showed me the old door skin and said that the shop that did the original repairs had apparently either dented the inside of the door skin or used a damaged door skin when they did the repairs, and that my insurer had also mentioned that they have had numerous complaints from other customers about that same shop. As an added bonus for his customers, Pablo also had my car washed and the inside thoroughly cleaned. I was extremely satisfied with the results, and I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. I would definitely return to Precision for repairs (I learned they also do mechanical work) because of their customer service, meticulous and high quality workmanship, comparable pricing, use of environmentally-friendly water-based paint, and of course, passion for cars. read more

This is one of the reasons why Precision Collision Center is definitely the to go to repair shop without hesitation. As an ex host from Turo, I rented my Mustang out which resulted in 2 horrible accidents. The renters used substances in the vehicle and completely destroy the front-end driver panels in the first accident and the second one to the passenger rear end quarter panels of the car. See posted pictures regarding both accidents and how devastating of the damage was. As I was looking around with other repair shops to take my vehicle too, I came across Precision Collision Center. Upon contacting and talking with Pablo and Axel they both were extremely professional in how the process was handle. As Turo claim process is horrendous and ferociously mentally painful one can endure, Pablo and Axel both took the time out of their schedule to keep going back forth with Turo representatives, adjusting price, renegotiating supplements for months. Meanwhile they were also keeping me posted on the progress of the repairs. The vehicle repair process took a while due to documentations and claims validation from Turo. After months of repairs, WOW! Looks like my car is back to brand new! The panels were fixed with precision, no fender improperly aligned, no bumper gap, no unmatched colors, alignment was also done. Upon test driving my vehicle to ensure everything was working properly, man it was flawless!!! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my repairs result and most of all appreciate the patience, the level of professionalism at this shop especially with Pablo and Axel. I highly recommend this place without hesitation to anyone who's trying to get their vehicle repair. So around April of 2017 I got into accident when a Deer suddenly appear on my lane, that led to huge damages on my new Mustang 2016. I was very devastated after having my car for only 7months that it got into accident so quick. Nevertheless I have never written a review before, but I am truly impressed with Precision Collision Center. I was so scared that I probably wouldn't ever see my car the way I used to see it. I was just doubtful of many shops out there but then a friend recommended me Precision Collision and oh men!!! What can I say that was the best choice I have ever made when taking my car to a shop. Let me begin by saying Axel and the staff their were very friendly and honest. I didn't claim the accident threw insurance because I wanted my CarFax to remain clean so I payed out of pocket. Well what can I say, they gave me a fair price and kept in touch with me for updates on my vehicle. I was so scared that many body shops out there will try take advantage of you for your money but Axel was very considerate of the circumstances and told me the exact parts that will need be replaced. Long story short I was hesitant at first because I have never taken my car to an Auto Body shop and I was afraid the paint wouldn't match or something will go wrong, but honestly the day I picked my car, I was jaw open and happy to see my Baby even better then how it looked before!!!!! They did an amazing job but most important the way they treated my car and me was past exceeded of my expectations.. they even did some additional work at no cost!!!! I just got my car back from Precision and let me say I never write online reviews, but the service and skills of this shop as well as the customer service by Pablo, Axel and everyone else far surpassed my expectations. My car was recently covered with dents by the recent hail storm, I was mortified because my car has been with me for years and is extremely important to me and had counted over 30 dents from the hood to trunk. I took the car to another dent repair place which wanted $200 just to inspect the car I did not proceed further with them. This is when I called precision and had the opportunity to talk to Pablo and Axel who asked me to bring the car by to look it over, free of charge of course. When I arrived at the shop Pablo the owner took no time to come meet me himself look the car over and give me an estimate that was almost half the cost of any other estimate I received. This made me question what process they were going to take but I was assured that the car would come back perfect. So handed Pablo my keys and went on with my day. The next day I was told my car was ready and I was quite excited. I went over to the shop and low and behold I went to look at my car and I could not find a single dent. I at least expected my roof to have one or two due to how hard it is to get to the roof panel, but I was told they removed my headliner rolled out my roof and reinstalled it all. Let me give props where props are deserved. I was steered to Precision by Jose at J&B auto. The best referral i ever had. Jose replace clutches for me on 2 different cars and performed 60K maintenance on the current car (the one you see in the photos). When he sent me to Precision for body work, i had 0 concerns. i met Pablo ( the owner) in 2013 and gave him a deposit on the work. Some a$$...... side swiped my car and drove away. Quarter panel and rear bumper were destroyed, sorry i cant find the pictures of the damage. I ended up getting an after market body kit shipped direct to Pablo's shop and due to unfortunate circumstances let it sit there for a year. Pablo had no problem with it at all, and i totally respect him for it, there's not enough that i can say about that. When i came back a year later, we were on the same page. We ended up replacing a quarter panel, both bumper covers and painted most of the car (you cant tell where the new paint is). The total price was completely on point even with all the additional work done. Please see the photos. I came to Precision Collision with a damaged right fender that was bent and scratched through the clear coat. The damage was very close to the wheel well which makes for a challenging repair. I was impressed with some of the other cars in the shop when I first stopped by, there were several luxury and performance cars being worked on which was reassuring to see. The owner was very friendly and took the time to walk me through the estimate as well as show me other cars as examples of the quality of work they do. The end result was perfect and I am extremely happy with the quality of the repair! The staff kept me up to date on progress and delivered my car fully washed inside and out! Overall my experience was excellent. I paid the quoted price, no unexpected fees were added. I was driving down Norbeck road as a Mercedes S550 cuts in front of me and the lady slams her brakes. She had a minor bumper to bumper accident with her friend in front of her. Her friend drove a Mercedes ML350. I ended up rear ending the S550. Anyways, I slammed on my brakes, but the outcome did not end up well. Her car sa on my car. I drive an Acura TSX 2010. I had busted headlights, busted front grille, scratched and displaced bumper, and bent hood. Eventually, I could not take anymore stares on the road. I've known the owner Pablo Argote for 5yrs now and he's the best mechanic I've dealt with since I've been behind the wheels. He's very honest, fair and consistent with his customers especially when he's given a task and tries to build a lifetime relationship. I relocated out off the DMV area for couple years and I must say not have Pablo servicing my car took a great toll on me I,e; not having great price, outstanding workmanship even going far and beyond. I got back into the area 5 months ago and purchase a CLS 500 which needed some touch-up and I got referred to some mechanics around the area but didn't get any to perform with integrity. I then had to track Pablo down since I know the worth of his job, I offered him the job and within 24hrs there was progress which I didn't get for 3 weeks with the others. Had this shop work on my Lamborghini Gallardo to install and paint a bumper. At first I was hesitant to have them do it because I know for a fact that it is very hard to match the color on a tricolor metallic paint of a Lamborghini and you just do not have any body shop touch an exotic car. You just don't. A good friend who also has a Lamborghini told me to try them out and I did. Customer service was top notch overall. The process did not turn out very smoothly but it is because we had to return the bumper back where I got it from due to some fitment issues and the owner Pablo was very patient and professional about it. Very patient and understanding person who religiously practices the saying "my word is my bond" meaning if he says he's going to do it, he is going to do it no matter what. As expected, he delivered the work. Had the bumper color matched with the metallic paint of the body and had the bumper aligned very well. I cannot complain. I overestimated when parking and hit the front of my 2015 Lexus IS350F driver side against an SUV tire. I researched the best of the best to work on my car. Precision collision center was professional from the beginning and throughout the entire process of getting my car worked on. They educated me on being trained up to date on Lexus vehicles, worked with a price I was comfortable paying, and exceeded my expectations on the work done to my car. My car looks brand new and I'm in love all over again! PCC scanned my car to give me an estimate of charges. I looked around and noticed they were a bit pricey compared to another place in town. We found Precision by accident and it was actually due to an accident! We took our BMW in to have a bumper worked on. We were told that it could be fixed instead of replaced, which other shops told us we had to do. Of course that means less money and we were not sure if such a job could be done. We were absolutely amazed at how wonderful and flawless their work was! The car came out in pristine shape, and for much less money than the other estimates. Our second experience with Precision was just this week. We took our Lexus in to get brake and tire work done. Our usual mechanic estimated a job close to $700 MORE than what we were charged at Precision, and it was to do less work! A 5-Star Rating is not high enough to describe the customer service provided and the high quality work performed on our car by Pablo and his team! Let me tell you why! We called early last Saturday morning desperate for a weekend auto body repair to accommodate our tight work schedules during the work week. Pablo answered our phone call that Saturday morning, before his shop hours even started. We explained our situation and Pablo, without question, said bring your car over now and I will look at it before the shop gets busy today. We did just that. When we arrived at the shop, Pablo came right out and assessed our auto body repair needs, on the spot. He quickly provided the cost estimate and booked the work for that same day. I was referred to PCC by a colleague and I will be forever in his debt. Pablo and Serge are knowledgeable and extremely professional and will go way out of their way to make sure your problem gets addressed. I have a 1981 MB 280SL affectionately named Tilly that needed an engine and a few other tweaks. After many many phone calls and multiple refusals of engines that were "not as advertised", Pablo found the exact same engine and Sergio did the install. I have her back now and she purrs. She could not have been in better hands. We discussed options, made decisions, reviewed what they were going to do and how they were going to do it every step of the way. Great communication skills and customer service! I also took my 1995 Toyota Tacoma pick-up truck in for an oil change. I don't know what Serge did, but my gas mileage improved noticeably. Bottom line, they go the extra mile and I would recommend them unconditionally. I love these guys!! read more

Pablo, and Precision Collision have taken care of two of my vehicles with excellent care. The first time, my neighbor backed into my new 2009 WRX. Pablo and his team replaced all the necessary parts in a timely and quality manner. The paint and blending was done perfectly with no noticeable repairs or blemishes. He even decided to fix the punctures I have in the front bumper because he had the left over paint and time. The second time, Pablo helped me with my 2005 Ford Ranger. Pablo replaced my battery terminals that the dealership I had bought the truck from, neglected to ensure were in working condition. Even better, he got them to pay for it. What separates Pablo and Precision Collision, is there integrity and quality customer care. Prices are reasonable and fair, not to mention the service is outstanding. I chose Precision because of its phenomenal reviews on Yelp, and I was not disappointed! I was in a fender bender and ended up with a damaged bumper. I know very little about cars and was concerned that a mechanic might attempt to use that against me, but Pablo was excellent and made me feel so comfortable. Extremely honest, hardworking, and available every time I called to answer my numerous questions. He walked me through every step and outlined each item and its cost for me to create a plan that worked for my budget since I paid out of pocket. He quoted me an initial price and later realized that the car required an additional $400 of work, but he stuck to his initial quote and did not charge me for the extra work! The car looks brand new and was even vacuumed. I cannot give Pablo and Axel high enough praise. They were so pleasant to work with and I will definitely recommend them to friends/family. read more

My car experienced a hit and run on the side of my car overnight in DC on a busy street. I was able to contact my insurance company and get the estimate in a matter of a week and touch base with this shop in Rockville, MD as my preferred shop. I've seen the reviews and know that this is the shop I wanted to work on my car if something ever happened. The great thing is the customer service here deals with the insurance company making sure they cover expenses not seen in the original estimate. That made me very pleased since I was able to not only get just the door repaired, and painted, but approval was granted to blend the new paint all the way to the front and back of the car so that the damage disappeared completely. I've attached the damage from day 1 when I took them for travelers insurance company to the day I picked it up after a full detail. The color is a perfect match. It looks amazing! read more

After reading reviews and doing some research I decided to drive my smashed up Subaru out to Rockville to have my headlight assembly, hood and smashed up bumper fixed. I was more than pleased with the kindness I was shown, the understanding around costs and the detail that everyone at Precision Collision exuded!! Pablo is one of the nicest guys that you could deal with. They helped arrange my rental (with a shop discount) and picked me up from the metro when the work was done. I WAS FURTHER BLOWN AWAY BY ALL THE EXTRA WORK AND TIME THEY PUT INTO MY CAR. THEY EVEN DETAILED AND WASHED THE WHOLE CAR. I rarely write reviews but these guys were so great it would be rude of me not to. If you need work done take your car here!! I will be continuing to drive 45 min to Rockville from the city to continue to have the professionals at Precision Collision take car of my car!! read more

I received exemplary service here! I HIGHLY recommend this location! My car was broken into and the window was smashed and I was very anxious about the repair process. I worked with Lui who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He never pushed me to buy services I didn't need and was very sympathetic. He messaged me several times with updates and options. When I told him my boyfriend's fishing equipment was stolen he even looked up local places I could go to try to replace the items. Lui and everyone I encountered there was very kind and extremely polite. It took just 2 days for parts to be ordered and one day to complete the work. They cleaned and detailed the entire car and it's better now than it was before! Thank you For the great service and especially thank you to Lui for his extraordinary kindness! read more

I went there today to get my car services. The dealer is a bit too far and they charge too much, so after some dig and research I found Precision Collison Center to be one of the best reviewed option. I called and went there to drop off my vehicle, the rep there is very friendly and helpful. Although it took a bit long to get a estimate, but I am still very happy with the result. They did not only did the oil change for me, but also provided a complimentary vehicle inspection. The oild change cost is very reasonable compared to what the dealer would charge me, and Pablo was very professional in explaining to me about the condition of my vehicle. In the end, I was very happy with the works they have done, they are friendly, fast, and professional. I will definitely come back again in the future. read more

Precision Collision Center recently repaired my 2010 Hyundai Sonata roof. Its pearl white paint had peeled off near the windshield, and had started to rust in a few places. During the repair, additional original paint peeled off the roof, expanding the job. Precision Collision did the additional work while taking measures to prevent additional peeling, and charged me only the original cost estimate. They detailed the car which made it look new and were going to absorb the cost when I pointed out I hadn't requested the service; however, I insisted on paying one-half the cost of the detail. Precision Collision did good work, did more work that they had estimated with no cost to me, and kept me informed during the entire repair. For my next body work, I will surely return to them. read more
