This place is a true gem. It's so rare to find a shop which does honest and quality work. In fact, I used to drive three hours round trip previously to a trusted body shop because I genuinely believe that, as a fellow car enthusiast, your automobile is more than shaped metal and mechanical motion -- it in itself has character, personality, and should be an extension of the driver. Therefore, your automobile should be an investment worth continual investing. I'll be honest -- I'm a little superficial when it comes to vehicle aesthetics and extremely OCD when it comes to life itself. And it's because of these judgmental expectations that I chose Pablo, owner of Precision Collision Center. It's difficult to find quality work, great customer service, AND competitive pricing under a single shop. I had ordered a rare diffuser, shipped directly from Japan, for my G37. It was a gorgeous masterpiece, however, the problem was that it didn't quite fit my vehicle as perfect as I wanted. This was realized after I've been given a quote for installation. Despite this and despite the amount of customization this diffuser now needed, Pablo stuck to his original quote, which now included fabrication. The time Pablo worked on the vehicle was, although speedy, meticulously spent. The diffuser looked impeccable and the shop took particular precaution to ensure that the diffuser was secured, without compromising aesthetics. IN ADDITION, as an extra necessity, I've made mentions of the bumper not fitting properly and a scratch from a shopping cart (thanks to considerate shoppers), and Pablo performed additional research, ordered the parts necessary, and completed the repairs -- at NO CHARGE and with prioritization. No good at all. My car was hit on the left rear part, it was dented, but not a big dent. This shop has a high rating so I took my car here. However, this small dent took them 5 days and yet, take a look at these pics. The repaired body is like extruded out (unnatural) about half inch from the tail light. And also, bumper is coming out of its place. It's like I'm from one small collision to another small collision. read more

I am a consumer who keeps my vehicles a long time. So, I want to make sure they stay in great condition inside and out. My current van has only 84,000 miles, so it's a youngster, since I kept my past van to 205,000 miles before I traded it in. Pablo and his team at this very talented body and repair shop are very good at what they do, and they repaired the dented- in right side of my van, fixed up the dents and dings, and proactively fixed pre-rusting bubbled sections on my van so it looks new again. They matched the paint very well, and even did some minor extra body repair work at no added cost as part of the repair. To add to this, they cleaned and vacuumed the inside and washed the outside, so it looks new on the outside and inside. A car rental through Enterprise Rental was easy and simple. They picked me up at Precision, and I got very fair car rental pricing for the 2 1/2 days it took to complete the work. I will certainly bring my van back again for future repair work! They are honest, they show you how their pricing is a good savings from dealership body work and repair, and they have a pleasant, smiling attitude. They are very much a breath of fresh air. We found Precision via Yelp and contacted Pablo. He was very thorough with his estimate and gave a very itemized pricing (parts and labor) for the work that would be involved instead of lumping everything into one big $ number. So we could exactly ask for what work was to be done. For example, the accident had caused some damage to the hood as well, but this damage wasn't bad- since it was itemized with its own price, we decided to omit that work. The estimate provided was the lowest we had received. Once the work was done and we went to pick the car up, we were really pleased and pleasantly surprised with a few things. In addition to successfully completing the work we had scheduled, i.e. replacing the bumper, restoration bar, paint work/rust removals, removal of a some sharp edge on front passenger side, Pablo and his team also fixed our hood- that was not in the original work/pricing, and didn't charge us extra for this. Also the car interior was cleaned very well- again not something we had estimated or even expected. We weren't charged for this service either!! Very happy with the service we received. The only minor hiccup was with the responsiveness, but this could just be circumstantial. We were trying to reach the shop over a long weekend Saturday. Also we were expecting a call mid-service/towards the end of service to notify us of the service being done, but didn't receive one. However, these are much smaller issues and did not really have any negative impact on the work itself. In fact, we have decided to get our our BMW convertible serviced at Precision as well. I am very satisfied by their service. They even helped me with the pervious repair that was not professionally repaired. Pablo talked me through step by step what should I do and what the previous mechanic should have done. Because of Pablo, I got a new hood from the previous mechanic without paying anything. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to bring my 2014 Kia Optima into Precision Collision Center after getting rear-ended. Just by getting a quote, I could tell that Axel paid attention to the details. He checked all the lines on the car to see if they shifted, and showed me things that I would have missed had he not pointed them out. After starting work on the car and digging deeper, Precision found more damage underneath the exterior, and Axel called me to let me know that they submitted the adjustment to the insurance company and it was approved. This made me feel better because I know that they fixed my car the right way, rather than just covering stuff up. Also, dealing with the insurance company was a pain. I decided to buy an aftermarket exhaust, and put that on, which was no problem. A week later, the car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier. This is an update review that I've been meaning to write for PCC, finally back from traveling for work. There was a discrepancy upon delivery of my vehicle. I'm not writing an update to point out a mistake, and actually Pablo pointed out a misalignment on my front bumper. All shops will most likely make some minor mistake that is unseen to most people, the difference is that PCC has been honest and extremely prompt in their service. After pointing out the misalignment, they took my car back in, and fixed it, and got my car back the next day. I've come here twice now, and both times have been nothing short of excellent. Many of the cars you see are high end sports cars, however I drive a '04 Honda Accord, but I was still treated the same! The owner, Axel, sees through that no car is beneath them and all cars receive the proper servicing. On top of that, they are extremely friendly and get to know you personally. Best part is, the prices are better than any gas station garage. The front passenger side of our Jetta GLI was damaged in a parking lot. We chose Precision because of the great reviews. Well they did not disappoint. They did a great job, paint match was perfect and it looked like brand new. We went over the damaged area with an eagle eye and you can not tell there was damage. Found this place after doing some research on Yelp and after reading all the excellent reviews I had to try it out for myself. My children did a number on the back of my convertible 370Z with a snow shovel during the last snow storm. The truck lid and convertible hard plate were completely scratched up. Went to visit the shop to get a quote and Axle gave me the full tour of the shop followed by a very fair and reasonable quote. I dropped the car off 3 days later and picked it back up 3 days later, the car was amazing. The paint work was on point and perfectly matched with the rest of the car. Not only that but my entire car was professionally detailed. When I picked it up it looked brand new again. I have a 2013 Subaru Impreza. It was rear ended in a bad accident in Illinois before I moved to Maryland. In order to register this vehicle with Secretary of State, I had to have the rear portion of the car fixed. I took the car to several bodyshops, the estimates were very high. I got to Precision Body Shop in Rockville, Axel, the manager was really very accommodating to my budget, timing and needs for a rental car for a month. The rear portion was beautifully fixed up and I was so happy to see my car like brand new again. A year later, my rear right tire brake pads and rotters need replacement. I accidentally hit a curb and damaged my rocker panel and front bumper. The next day, I went to at least five different places to get quotes. All of them had various prices and explanations in case of underlying damage. Axel however kept it easy for me. He lifted my car up and told me the damage was most likely just cosmetic exterior body damage and gave me the lowest price among all the places I visited. I decided to go with this shop after all the positive signs. Two days after dropping off my car, I receive a call back to come pick up my car. Upon inspection, it was as if my car never took any damage. The real price was also exactly the same as the estimate. Overall, Axel and Pablo were friendly and demonstrated superb service. I hit a column in the parking lot and damaged my front bumper - a 2014 Audi. Not extensive but the scratch looked horrible. I have always taken good care of it so i wanted to make sure it is going to look like new. Worst yet, I damaged the body above the front light slightly. I got three estimates. All three around the Rockville area. Given the superb ratings of Percision, one was from there. The three estimates were $520, $800, $1200. I ended up going to the first place but I am still puzzled how high the estimate from this place was. On the positive side: the appraiser was very polite, friendly and professional. The place was clean. The estimate was broken down in specific detail (as opposed to the other two places which were written on the back of a small card. There was no "push" or scare tactic to get me to commit. Now I admit - I do not know about the quality of their work. Only the estimate, which is the basis of my rating. The place I ended up taking my car did a very credible job. Given their very high rating, maybe my experience is an outlier. Just one data point to consider... read more

You did not touch the scuff on my bumper so there's no way you could have determined if the scuff was deep or not just by taking a picture. There was no scratch, just paint transfer. I am not happy about my experience there. I followed the online rating to choose this auto shop for repairing my car that was hit by somebody from the back. The job progress was very slow, their communication to the insurance company and to me were not great at all and the job was not complete at the end. I have to took my car away, because the insurance company refused to pay additional rental cost to cover the unreasonable extended period of time. I don't see a good craftsmanship for whatever work they have done. I am not recommending this shop. read more

So there I was, one sunny Saturday morning after I recently bought my 300zx that had bumper damage. I had a replacement bumper to put on but it was used but less damaged, even still it needed some fiberglass fixing. I searched all the shops in my area online and all were closed except Precision. I called and spoke to Pablo and he was and still is a great person to deal with. He fixed my bumper and repainted it. Looked too good to be true. It literally looked brand new! I've been telling my friends ever since to get your car done there and only there. So this was my first visit I recently got a door ding on my s2000 and I brought it here of course on a Saturday but this time Pablo was not there but instead his business partner Axel. He was and is a very friendly and honest person. I felt comfortable leaving my car with him. It was done quickly and I can't even tell where the ding was now And they cleaned my car inside and out!
