Responsive and straight forward are words that come to mind if I had to describe Premier in a few words. I sent out a Project Request through my Yelp App to get a quote on replacing an automatic garage door opener. I immediately received about five responses. Premier was the 2nd response, but what stood out about Premier's response was it gave me what I asked for...a quote for replacing a garage door opener. It was a detailed quote on the brand and type of garage door opener, the extras that were included and the price. There was no back & forth or trying to tell me what I should get...it was to the point and Leo the owner texted me to contact him if I half any questions. No pushing me for an immediate install for "today's special price" or trying to upsell me for the "best" brand. Interesting to note only one other company provided me with an immediate quote but it was minimum information . I did my research and decided that the quote from Leo was acceptable. I felt that I was getting everything I needed for what I wanted to spend. I contacted him and I was able to make an installation appointment for the next day. Leo arrived at the scheduled time (after he called that he was on his way). He went over everything that was on his quote asking me if I had any questions before he started.
