Best Pizza ever! I had a big order - business meeting serving nearly 30 people. I ordered a variety, and they have so many pizzas to choose from. They got the order right, were there to deliver on time, and everyone raved about the pizza! The crust is delicious - thick crust with great flavor. Their Creamy Garlic Chicken is out of this world! Also ordered the Margherita Pizza, the Doc, which has pesto, artichoke hearts, and sundried tomatoes, also ordered the Premier, the Blockbuster, and the Oscar - all perfectly delicious! I've been to Premier Pizza twice now and I have had the same problem two times in a row. While their pizza is downright AMAZING their customer service and staff is ATROCIOUS. These people have VERY, VERY, VERY POOR customer service skills and act like they are doing you a favor by just ringing up your pizza and letting you go off and eat it. I'm not looking for the 5-star treatment when I frequent an establishment but these guys are really something else. The last time I was here there was an Asian guy ringing me up who had a bad attitude and this time the White girl who rang me up had a similar attitude and by my estimation it is something that happens frequently at this place because A LOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. Like I said, the pizza is excellent. I ordered a SML Pepperoni & Mushroom pizza that had chewy, airy, flaky and tasty crust, piping hot pepperoni, loads of fresh mushrooms, and lots of melty mozzarella cheese with a great tomato sauce but having to deal with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE kinda takes the joy out of eating a great pizza. I am going to eat here again but if I get bad service again I will complain to the manager and inform him about the status of his business on Yelp! and how word gets around about how BAD NEWS ABOUT BAD SERVICE TRAVELS FAST!!! read more

Solid pizza. The crust could've been more toasty but I'm not mad at it. The toppings were generous. I really enjoyed the fact that they have a ranch and dipping sauce "grab box" area. Prepackage sauces ready to grab. I got the veggie pizza add jalapeños, was delicious. I took all the tomatoes off because they were just slapped on, too thick and didn't really cook. I think overall this pizza could've used like 15% more cooking. It was cooked to 85% of its potential, the photo shows the barely cooked, thick tomatoes slices and light pizza underside. I enjoyed the crust flavor, not too doughie yet very substantial. I think the price was decent for a medium, plus the "free dipping sauces". I will 100% go back but maybe the pizza will come just a tad less cooked as you'd want. Keep that in mind. read more

Place an order at 7:47 Said they wouldn't make my order because they stopped taking orders at 7:45 miss the cut off by 2 minutes very disappointed in that customer service they couldn't make an exception Yet their website does not indicate when they stop making orders just that they will take any orders up to 8 according to the website NOT THE PLACE TO COME FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Steve medley is the best pizza. It has a taste of sweet and spicy together. Lot of coriander on the top which makes it unique. I tried another one with artichokes but didn't like that as much as Steve medley. read more

This Premier Pizza location has become one of my favorite places recently. They used to have a location in Fremont, but that closed a few years ago. There are many things I like about this place that include online ordering, convenience to where I stay, the freshness and quality of their pizza, and they also offer a military discount. I also like that they have a choice of traditional crust or thin crust. I like that you can make requests such as a crisper crust, which I love, because they do it so well. They will usually push out the ingredients out to the edge of the pizza so you get your ingredients to the last bite. This place specializes in corporate orders but that doesn't mean they lack in quality. They in fact seem to pay more attention to detail than many places I have visited. I keep coming back many times over. read more

I love premier pizza. Been going to the Rivermark one for already 18 years. So that should tell you something about this establishment. The creamy garlic chicken is one of my favorite pizzas of all time. It is very expensive pizza but makes a nice treat every so often. I ordered a mushroom and jalapeno pizza on January 28th. I recieved a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza. I wanted a veggie pizza yet got one with meat. I called the store and talked to a girl who said they can remake the pizza, but I would have to pick it up. I ordered DELIVERY because I couldn't pick it up. She then said that was all she could do. No I'll get my manager, or can I take your number and have someone call you back. I paid $30 for a pizza I didn't want. I then emailed the business explaining everything and STILL haven't heard from them. Extremely disappointing as I order from them most of the time. Customer service is horrible. I would have been ok picking the pizza up another day but it was either I picked it up that night, or bummer, that's all we can do. Lame. Time to find another pizza joint! read more

We had an uneventful day driving to Santa Clara Friday. After checking into Hyatt place, we let Ian run around at the Live Oak park. Mrs. had already decided to get a Pizza from this place for him for dinner. So, on very short stroll back to the hotel from the park, we picked up a slice of Garlic Chicken for $5.00 from Premier Pizza. Since he liked his pizza so much, we got him a slice of Pepperoni ($5.00 as well) Sunday night. The pizza itself was very delicious in my opinion. Ian shared a small bite (Very small bite. *L*) of both pie varieties with us. They were not greasy, sauce was thick, portions of meat were good, and the crust was not too chewy. We were in & out of this restaurant under couple of minutes. The service was super fast, to say the least. Staff at the counter were very robotic. *Laughs* The price for a relatively large slice of pie is a bargain. If you are in this area, I recommend this place for their speed of service, quality and value for your money. read more

5 stars for service and food. I've had Premier before but I had to write a review after today. I'm an executive assistant and of course at 11:00 AM I'm told to order a catered lunch for 12:00 PM for 18 people. I placed an order online with fingers crossed and within 2 mins (if that) I get a call. Dreading the worst thinking they couldn't do it they instead said no problem but might be more like 12:15. Honestly it was fine by me as long as they could do it because it was our fault for such a last minute lunch. But exactly at 12:14 it arrived at our office. I was shocked. My personal favorite is the Steve's Melody. I am not even a vegetarian but I can gobble down probably one too many slices. It is vegetarian so it's healthy....right? ;) Second favorite is any of the garlic chicken options. Also, as a ranch connoisseur myself, I give their ranch my full stamp of approval. Puzzled by the 5 star reviews. Went here for the first time on my bf's rec and was very disappointed. I did a build your own red and he got Steve's medley. I will say the toppings on the medley were interesting. HOWEVER, they got the toppings wrong on my pizza, the thin crust we ordered wasn't thin -- it was this thick bread yucky crusty, and the cheese was all glommy and gross. Ate barely half only bc I was super hungry and didn't have anything else to eat. Better off going to BIBO'S -- they have real NY thin style crust and are still serving salads right now (premier is not). read more
