4 juices in and I'm loving it so far! I bought 12 juices, all different flavors! I personally like the sweeter ones, so I'm getting a feel for the ones I would get again and the others I would not. The staff was very helpful on the Sunday morning that I went, and I did not have any issues with inventory that other people mentioned on their reviews. I love that they have an app and a membership program, which gives you access to their deals and VIP pricing. I do wish their expiration dates on their bottles were printed more clearly, but so far all of my juices have been fresh! One helpful tidbit: I placed my order a few days in advance and went to the store a little earlier than my pickup time and they said there was no history of my order. Since there was no credit card charge yet, they said it might not have gone through. I just went ahead and purchased since I was there and they said if I end up getting charged for my original order, just email them. I finally got the confirmation email and credit card charge after my pickup time, and they advised if you order online, they don't send the order to the store until the scheduled pickup time you put. This experience has me conflicted. I tried Pressed Juicery for the first time this past weekend after spending the previous week as sick as a dog. Matt convinced me to try the Wellness and Vitality shots since my throat was incredibly sore - sadly I made the mistake of taking these shots out of order... First came the Vitality shot which tasted like a sour orange juice with lemon, coconut water, black pepper and turmeric. I followed this with the Wellness shot, which I can say without exaggeration was the most vile thing I've ever tasted. This shot was a mixture of lemon, cayenne, and ginger. The taste of the cayenne stayed in my throat for an entire 24 hours - no joke. While I'm unsure if the shots actually helped or not (since I've also taken a ton of medicine) I've definitely felt better these past few days. Luckily trying their Vanilla Almond signature blend made the entire experience. This mixture of almonds, dates, vanilla, and sea salt was a refreshing option that helped remove the everlasting taste of cayenne. I'm not big on the whole "juice" thing. Never have been, and probably never will. However, I tried Pressed Juicery's wellness and vitality shots when I was getting sick, and they honestly turned me around within a few hours. The wellness shot literally makes you feel like a fire-breathing dragon. This ish will fuck up your throat, but it will burn all the bad stuff away. The cayenne pepper is strong with this one - not for the feint of heart. Follow it up with the vitality shot to mask as much of the burn as possible. If you feel a cold or flu or anything coming on, I highly recommend trying these. Hayley was sick for what seemed like a week at this point, so we stopped here for her to try them.
