    Service Pricing

Visited this location spur of the moment on a Sunday morning. Staff is friendly, establishment is clean and relaxing. Color options are vast and communication with nail tech is simple and easy. I was satisfied with my gel manicure and regular pedicure. Pricing is moderate to high which is consistent with the neighborhood. I would return for future services.

I tried Prestige after it was recommended by a few people. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that my gel manicure chipped after six days (as shown in the second photo), even though I don't do much with my hands. That being said, I'd be open to giving them another try since everyone can have an off day.

I've never really gotten my nails done on a regular basis, but Prestige has changed the game for me! I've always found their store to be clean and efficient and can usually get an appointment same-day or next-day. I had my wedding nails done here (French dip nails with tips) and they lasted for OVER a month! They worked very carefully to make sure it was what I wanted. Dip nails typically end up being around $50 (including removal of prior dip) and gel is around $30. They also offer pedicures, waxing, and massage. Tips for your visit: ⁃ Appointments are scheduled by phone only. I've seen walk-ins but they tend to be pretty busy. ⁃ Bring cash! Definitely the preferred method. They do have an ATM with a small service charge. Pictures are my wedding day French-tip dip nails, and a gel manicure. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly, attentive team that listens and delivers... The best nails Salon in center city Philly.

Wanted to do nails in PA since my regular stylist in LA got sick. I enjoyed my session. It was quick and the person doing my nail was nice and had a gentle touch. The blue that caught my eye had a cats eye design on it looks fantastic in the light. My nails came out looking much better than what I had anticipated. 100% would come back here if I'm ever in PA. My set cost a total of $40. It is street parking only, so good luck finding a spot. My friend came along and wanted to do acrylic nails but couldn't because her nails were too short. That was unfortunate for her but like I mentioned earlier, I enjoyed my session.

    The next morning

This was honestly one of the worst places I have ever got my nails done in Philly. The service was rushed and not at all taken seriously. Extremely disappointed by the finish product. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was taking a break from gel nails but I finally caved My hands and feet were a mess and the cold winter weather wasnt helping. I was a little unsure about going without an appointment on the weekend but figured it might be ok if I went as soon as it opened and I was right. I sailed in, a gentleman greeted me at the door and showed me the wall where I could pick my polishes. (I was glad I got there early because business definitely picked up within an hour. I was impressed with the selection and how they identified which polishes had both a gel and regular formulation (since I planned to get regular for my pedicure). The establishment is quite spacious, much bigger than I was expecting...pedicure chairs in the back and manicure tables in the front room. The man asked me if I wanted a beverage and I chose coffee...there were a bunch of other options including champagne. My manicurist was very neat and mostly gentle (and patient with me during the massage portion because I am extremely ticklish and it's difficult for me to keep still when someone is touching the underside of my foot). I thought she was a little aggressive with pushing my cuticles back; did so quite roughly and it hurt a little. I wasn't expecting the mini hot stone massage with my pedicure before the hot towels but it was a lovely surprise. Cash only tipping here but the ATM machine doesn't have fees!!

Annie did an excellent job, exactly what I wanted! I showed her the picture of dip chrome nails and she knew exactly what to do. She's fast, professional and great attention to detail. Very happy with my results

I made the mistake of trying this place before an important event. They destroyed my nails. Don't go here! Worst manicure of my life

Notice the grayish/blackish color and black dots. They must have used an expired topcoat because it changed color!

Extremely unhappy because of 2 reasons: 1) Terrible service: the woman who did my gel mani and pedi was extremely rude. She skipped the massage part for both hand and feet that I saw was being done for my friend sitting next to me, and when I asked her about it, she snapped "We aren't a massage parlor!!" and rolled her eyes at me. When I asked why my friend got massages and she angrily huffed and said "FINE FINE" before slapping my arms with a towel for a minute and that was the "massage". She then proceeded to angrily complain about me to another person who works there, rolling her eyes and pointing at me with her head. I was so taken aback and felt extremely uncomfortable almost to the point of tears. 2) Three days later, I realize that my gel manicure has changed color into a gross blackish-yellow hue. Looking closer, I see that there are black dots embedded into the nails, and the nail itself is coated unevenly in weird thin/thick layers. Terrible. Looks so dirty and I am now considering getting them redone after just three days. Don't go here no matter what. 0/5 stars.

I probably should have made an appointment for my last few visits, because I somehow always get Coco and she's just not good. She did a dip mani on me a few weeks ago - my first - that was so lumpy and thick that the cuticle edges kept catching on my hair and clothes. When I finally went back to have it removed and get a regular gel manicure instead, she rushed through my pedicure (no spa, just regular). While she was using the callus file she was looking around the salon and not at my heels, which she was sanding down to nothing. Barely any massage. The gel manicure was also rushed. She was using a worn file to shred the thick layers of dip powder - which she'd applied a few weeks ago - until my nail plates felt sore. You can see how the polish was applied. No cleaning up of the skin around my nails and a gap between the polish and cuticle. I didn't love the color (it definitely looked different on the swatch nail) but I just wanted to leave at that point. I walked out feeling like I wasted $40 plus tip. And now my nails are SO THIN. I'm sad because I really like Alice, Lily, June, and the gentleman who does the massages. I've been going here forever. I just can't keep wasting money on bad manicures. I also miss when they'd use a fresh file and buffer on each client, but now they're obviously reusing the ones they have into the ground.

First, he seemed to be giving a more aggressive massage than usual making it difficult for tech to paint my nails. Then he was massaging my lower back and actually "massaged" my bottom. He has never done this before. It was gross. I tried to move and he moved his hand up. Also, the tech I had -I don't know her name- she is the youngest one -again did a gel manicure that chipped within 2 days. I thought it was a fluke the first time but now I know it is her. She also rushes as though there is another customer waiting when there isn't. I was hoping for a different tech that did a better job on another visit but no such luck. The positive is they use plastic liners for foot tub and give you a cold water bottle.

I came to Naturale because my wife is a regular, and she is highly discerning about beauty and personal care establishments, so her endorsement carried real weight. I am a 41-year-old man who ran marathons for years, still runs several miles each week, and has walked 4 to 5 miles a day for well over a decade. My feet and toenails had absorbed the consequences through pressure, neglected calluses, and more discomfort than I fully realized. Diana was thorough, gentle, and exceptionally kind as she soaked my feet, cleaned up the damaged nails, and removed years of excess skin. The chair was extremely comfortable, and the process revealed how much sharpness, tension, and pain I had learned to tolerate. I cannot make any grand scientific claims, but the calming effect was real and lingered for hours afterward. It felt like a physical reset that massage, stretching, yoga, and chiropractic work had never quite reached. Naturale itself is clean, spacious, and easy to navigate, with convenient online booking, simple payment, and a seating area that feels pleasantly private from Locust Street. I skipped polish because it does not fit my personal style as a straight, traditionally masculine man, though I fully respect any person who enjoys it. The price felt extremely fair, and next time I plan to add a manicure to the pedicure and make this part of my routine every 5 weeks. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely be back.

I was asked if it was ok for two providers worked on me, which I said was fine since I'm sure there were other appointments scheduled. Tons of colors to choose from. I inquired about Japanese hard gel for a future service and I felt Blanca was very knowledgeable. She was very kind and made sure to tell me the color I chose was sheer, but that we could build up the color. Anne also did a fabulous job on my pedicure. This salon was clean and quiet; I found the ambiance to be relaxing. A little expensive, but good place overall for a no-fuss service. Prices are in cash, credit card is subject to a fee.
