Every pour tastes like it was crafted with intention -- balanced, flavorful, and honestly some of the best in town. The vibe inside is the perfect mix of cozy and energetic. You can settle in for a quiet pint, meet up with friends, or just enjoy the steady stream of brewery pups trotting around like they own the place. And honestly, they kind of do -- the dog‑friendly culture here is unmatched and adds so much joy to the experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through Greeley/Evans, Tightknit Brewery is a must‑visit. Great beer, great people, great pups. What more could you want.

I showed up asking to taste a porter that sounded good on the website. The guy at the bar said, "Oh, we haven't had that one in months." Seems like updating a website to accurately show what you've got on tap shouldn't be that difficult. Another odd thing is that they routinely run out of beers on tap, so your only option is to get it in a can. That's what my wife had to do with her Java Good Day this time. This happened to me last time with my Cool Boomer. I mean, I get it, but beer just tastes better from the tap. Both of our beers were fine, but neither blew us away. Only a few other people were in on a Saturday afternoon, which was surprising considering the number of people in the area. It's a real laid back vibe, which I can appreciate, but kind of a sad overall atmosphere. Not sure we'll be in a big rush to give them another try.

The beer was so nice I ordered the same one twice!…read more I put in 20 miles hiking Rocky Mountain National Park in a day a half. I slept about 4 hours the night before to make it early for sunrise. To say that a few tasty beers were what the doctor ordered would be the understatement of the century! None of this matters, of course, to the good folks at Rocky Cut Brewing Company. This is off the main drag of Estes in an unassuming strip plaza. Humble vibes inside, a simple U-shaped bar top with seating all around, a few smaller tables, a community table, and a large patio with mostly picnic table seating. If you're lucky, snag a stool right along the Big Thompson River! Though, I recommend they fix the wooden placeholders for beers, they're leaning on the wrong side of history, we don't want any full glasses of beer reaching an unnecessary demise! Interference IPA * American IPA * 6.7% * 16oz ($7) From their website: "Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops * Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley." A perfectly apt description. I would summarize this beer just as they did, focusing on hops, citrus, and pine. Absolutely delicious, a memorable IPA in recent memory. I liked it so much I ordered it again and it tasted just as delicious the second time down! They also had a food truck outside, so safe to assume they do this often. Would love to try more of their beers during my next visit. Rock Cut, I see you!

They are not exaggerating about the kale salad! I've only ever had 1 good one but theirs is my new favorite. INCREDIBLE. The champagne vinaigrette really pulled it all together.. Still thinking about that salad. Really cool selection of their home-brewed beers with something for every preference. Very generous portions, low prices. The waitress (receipt said Tatum so maybe that's her) who helped me was so nice and had everything packed up perfectly. They have 2 patios and allow dogs on them! Interior is huuuge -- lots of fun things to look at. Cozy bar in the back of the brewery. Love the decor/paintings. Seems like a great local hangout!

Came here to eat on our way out of Cheyenne based on a recommendation…read more First impression was the place looked cool. Food was great but service was off. We told the host 4 times how many people was in our party and they kept saying the wrong number. We sat down ordered drinks. They came fast. Then asked for recommendations. Got lunch recommendations. Then after we placed our order including their recommendations they told us they're not serving lunch for 20 more minutes if it's ok if we wait for the order to be put in. That was awkward and uncomfortable but we waited it out. Though my daughter ordered off the kids menu , the only menu provided to her and it was breakfast items. So her waffles came out first then she waited 15/20 minutes for our food to come out to eat with us. Her food said it came with strawberries and whip cream. It took 3 trips to get her order delivered properly. I will say the food was delicious. It was weird though when we got the check that we were up charged for regular fries with our burger and the bacon for my daughters waffles. The server asked her with her waffles if she wanted bacon or sausage without sharing it was an upcharge. That's my fault for not reading the menu. Though I do believe when you are offering an item you should tell the guest their is an up-charge for that item. Then when asked what sides come with the burger she said fries, salad or chips. I chose fries. Then when bill came I saw the fries were an upcharge. When waters were refilled it was spilled all over the table. Cup should have been removed from table to refill not pour over. Food was great ! Service was very disorganized though their personalities were good . The food isn't good enough to make me want to give them a second chance with the service provided
