The service was good, the setting is nice but the beet salad was disappointing. It was not flavorful. The beets are so finely diced one can barely see or taste them. The pistachios were almost nonexistent and the salad should really be called a lettuce salad. Even adding a lot of salt and pepper did not make a difference. The wine pour was not great either. So for one glass of Malbec and a crummy salad including a 20%+ tip the check was $40. read more

The ambiance was great, customer service was friendly. However, the recommended pasta was a disappointment -- broken and very al dente noodles, lacking sauce and flavor, crunchy vegetables. I requested for some Calabrian peppers to help save the dish, but they "did not have any", despite seeing Calabrian peppers a few times on the menu. ‍ We were in town for a week and tried a good amount of Italian food during our stay. I was very imprezzed with Prezzo. We enjoyed the outdoor bar for happy hour. The pear pasta is so delicious, so rich, and creamy! They also provide complimentary focaccia with pressed garlic, which is reason to go back alone. All the other dishes I've tried: smoked burrata, meatballs, etc are also terrific and they have a variety of cocktails to try too. They even honored my yelp check-in deal on top of happy hour deals on our first visit. The owner was amiable and came out to see how we were doing. Great menu for couples and Brunch Always have a good time except at the outside bar. One guy is so obnoxiuos it is sad. Thhinks he owns the place, and treats hosts and guests as inferior folks. I really want to love places I go and want to return to those places. Tonight left me ambivalent as it was ok. I certainly could go four but not five or two. Just never felt the vibe in the atmosphere or food. Ok is what I felt the entire time. I normally think a Caesar salad gives me an idea. When they are good I love them but when they are bad I can't eat them. I told my wife it was good enough to eat but didn't love it which is unusual. We had the pear pasta which was tasty but the pasta a little heavy as was the sauce good but not oh my. Lastly we had the truffle and mushroom pizza (well done light truffle oil). I love truffle but not oil. The crust was good but the cheese never got the golden richness I love. Again good at best but over mediocre. Can't say go but can't say stay away. read more

Can't stop thinking about the food I ate at Prezzo! Italian food is definitely my favorite, which means I've had a lot of it from many different places. With that being said, the food at Prezzo really stood out to me. The pasta AND pizza was so flavorful. I'm not one for Margherita Pizza, but for some reason this one hit the spot. And the Penne alla Vodka was one of the best I've had in a long time - not too oily and the pasta was perfectly Al dente. The service was also 10/10. OMGosh! We had a fantastic meal. We weren't sure how it was going to go as getting seated took forever, even with a reservation. They have the hostess answering the phone and taking "to go" orders, I swear we stood there at least 15 minutes and she never looked up. Thankfully, the manager came by and seated us. My sister and I walked into Prezzo right at opening at 11:30. We were immediately greeted by the host and seated outside per our request. It was a beautiful day, so why not? When seated we were greeted by HANDS-DOWN the BEST server I have ever had, Michelle. She was so sweet and bubbly. She took our drinks right away. Maybe it is the pregnancy talking, but I had the crispiest Sierra Mist ever. I was debating between the Penne all Vodka and Margarita pizza, but Michelle helped with my battle and sold me on the pizza when she said "wood-fire." I am SO happy that I went with that choice because the pizza was amazing! My sister's eggplant parmigiana was equally as great. I loved the red sauce. My sister, being a picky Italian eater, also loved the food. At the end, we both wanted something sweet. Out of all the delicious choices that Michelle read to us, the Ricotta Cheesecake stood out... LET. ME. TELL. YOU! That cheesecake was the ABSOLUTE BESTTTT cheesecake I have ever had. The strawberry sauce (which both the sauce and the cheesecake is in-house made) was the perfect touch. The whip cream was also amazing with it's thick, but fluffy, texture. I would go to Prezzo just for the cheesecake itself. We had Prezzo do some catering for 2 dinner parties! They did a sensational job! Kenny ,the catering manager , was so very helpful in assisting with my choices but listened to my requests as well! We enjoyed dinner at Prezzo in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. There is ample outdoor seating as well as an outdoor bar where you can enjoy Happy Hour. Our server, Kim, was friendly and attentive. There was also live entertainment and the atmosphere was festive. As for the food itself, we were not disappointed. We had an app of calamari which was garnished with thin coated strips of peppers and zucchini nicely seasoned. It came with an aioli rather than the usual red sauce. We would have liked a bit more calamari and less garnish, but it was really tasty. For entrees we had the Rigatoni Bolognese which was delicious and had a nice ratio of pasta to veal sauce. My wife enjoyed the Chicken Milanese. Usually I find the chicken in this dish to be very dry but this was moist, tender but still crispy on the outside. There was plenty of salad atop the chicken but I thought it was a bit heavily dressed. They also serve a nice focaccia bread with a head of roasted garlic. For desert, their very popular amaretto cookies. Reputation for these is well deserved. Great meal, great atmosphere, great service. Check it out. read more
