We made reservations around 5pm on a Sunday and everything was on point. We will put Lemoncello into our regular restaurant rotation.

The other two had FETTUCCINE ALLA BOLOGNESE Homemade fresh fettuccine pasta with all beef meat sauce. All entrees were amazing. For dessert we had the ricotta cheesecake- worth every calorie and the flourless chocolate cake. The dinner is $28 but there is an additional $12 for the entrees that include fish or veal. Unfortunately, the service was not good this time. We were the only party sitting outside on the patio and there were only a handful of people eating inside. Our waitress basically forgot about us. She didn't take our order until we complained. Our friends expressed that we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and they asked the desk at the very beginning to put a candle in our dessert. They totally forgot and had to be reminded after our desserts came out. To save face, they brought out the lemon sorbet with the candle. We don't understand why the service wasn't up to par especially with so few patrons to deal with. Of course the food is paramount in our review. We will probably return in the future but hope that the service returns to excellent.

Given your horrendous parking fight and this experience, my recommendation is go to Cod and Capers or the Italian market for your equal or better fish and meat options is to pass this hassle up. By the way got sick after eating here this and last time. Clams first, then today by from the grilled calamari with a gross amount of salt poured over the burnt broccoli.

My friends were invited for their soft opening during their first week. I've heard of Prezzo in the Boca area, but since I live in PGA I don't really have the time to drive down to Boca. I was happy to see it open right in my backyard, so I decided to give it a shot. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely kind; Lots of friendly faces. Came in for our first visit a few weeks ago. Our waitress Lyndsey's recommendations were all FANTASTIC! We got dinner and a show with the smoked burrata presentation. All of our main courses were delicious, but make sure to take some home so you can save room for dessert (portions are huge). Looking back, I'd recommend asking to replace the potatoes with shrimp if you can. They were so good. Our server Natalia was great and said the shrimp is from Argentina.. My wife had the PORK COLLAR - I thought it was good but I didn't think it was as good as my seafood. Our daughter had the burger - really solid and she couldn't finish it. Bonus for Dad. The last thing I would say is that this place isn't gonna be for everyone because it's noisy - probably because the bartenders serve great drinks! There was one woman at the bar that was laughing incredibly loud (uggg) but the staff couldn't have done anything about that. If you want to go there and have a really quiet sort of like laid back meal or you get triggered easily or something - SIT OUTSIDE. Otherwise, you're gonna hear music, people talking, laughing, and having fun. That also makes it great for families - we had a couple of kids sitting right beside us. So this is one of our favorite restaurants now in the Palm Beach Gardens area. Highly highly highly suggest you check it out get but GET A RESERVATION - this place is busy. I hope this helps!

Once they gave me some banana pudding which had clearly been stored, frozen and expired. I felt sick from taking a few bites and had to throw it away. Tonight I ordered cowboy burger, advertised as "premium blend, pulled bbq brisket, cheddar cheese, horseradish slaw" I took it home and found a plain patty and a bun. Having had enough, I took it back to complain. The place was full of people dining in so lots of people saw me complaining. The bartender tried to make it right, she was at least polite and friendly, but an apparently drunk bar patron had a problem with me complaining and tried to pick a fight with me. Tempers were flaring so I decided to leave to avoid a confrontation. Later I felt bad for the bartender who was caught in the middle so tried calling to have a more amicable conversation. Unfortunately, a rude and aggressive manager answered the phone, would not transfer me to the bartender, and was immediately hostile with no provocation. He accused me of "throwing food" (which I did not, I had set the box on the bar said something like "what the heck is this?") The manager insultingly offered a cold burger to "make it right". I told him I could not accept cold food as "making it right" and told him a freshly cooked meal would make it right. The manager then tried to pick a fight with me over the phone and started yelling. He tried to blame me for leaving the place while they were preparing a corrected burger and waiting 30 minutes to call back. He clearly was not interested in making anything "right" but instead wanted to extract some sort of revenge for complaining in front of other customers. I still feel bad for the bartender --- she did try to make it right. But this place has repeatedly screwed up the food and if you dare complain you get hostile treatment in returned. The manager is absolutely deplorable, and they have at least one dangerously rude bar patron. I am finished with this place.
