Now this was a steakhouse experience! Obviously going into a high class steakhouse, you know you can't be looking at the prices; you're there for the food -- and the food was phenomenal! What else would expect from a chophouse located inside the Fontainebleau? The creamed corn side was definitely a standout add on; and cocktails were beautifully crafted, full, and tasty. Of the deserts, the cookie was definitely the way to go. Now for the main course; I'm a ribeye guy and absolutely loved every bite, but I also got to try someone else's skirt and I was blown away by how flinch flavor it had! The texture was perfect. You're in for an amazing (albeit expensive) steakhouse experience when you come here; so if you're staying at the hotel and looking for that kind of dinner, look no further.

Upon entering I was greeting by staff and seated. I ordered from the Miami spice menu which was three courses. I had the salad as my appetizer, the skirt steak for my main and blueberry cheesecake for dessert. The service was great even tho it took a while for my main mean to come out. The atmosphere was very upbeat and loud but hey it's a restaurant inside a resort so that was expected. The food was great I can't complain. Overall great experience

Was here for a work dinner and got the Caesar without croutons and a chateaubriand. The salad dressing was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly to temp, even with a slight char on some of the outside.

Excellent dining experience! Restaurant decor is beautiful and elegant. The service is phenomenal and the food is amazing!! Large wine selection too!

Janine was our waitress and was lovely and by far the best part of the meal. Everything else was lackluster including the speed of service, taste of food, and also the service itself overall. We were charged for an app we ordered but never arrived, were tucked away in a corner that was quieter but neglected and hard to call over servers to, and as I mentioned, other than Janine's sweet, thoughtful and caring personality, the rest was sub par. Worth trying other places in the hotel before I'll be back here!

This steakhouse is a great choice when staying or visiting the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The decor and atmosphere are subdued compared to the rest of Miami but that can be refreshing. It has two levels and we enjoyed the lower level leading to the pool area. I had the Lobster Bisque which was mediocre. Bland flavor and more croutons than Lobster. I would not order this again. My Wagyu Skirt Steak on the other hand was phenomenal! The Chimichurri sauce was amazing as were all the sides! My favorite item though was the SMOKED OLD FASHIONED...wow! Just wow. And a table side show to boot. The best thing about this place though is the staff. Everyone was involved in taking care of us and we always felt like we were the only ones there. Top notch for sure.

We were staying at fontainebleau hotel and went the first night to prime 54. It was actually a knock out 10/10. Petit filet was cooked perfectly and had such a good crust I cannot recommend more. The creamed corn, lobster bisque, and Japanese yams were perfection. We went back again to have 2/3 dinners in Miami at prime 54. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. I look forward to coming back again next time we visit Miami. Nobody in our party had any complaints. It was perfection! Try the born to be a star passion fruit cocktail. Don't miss the cookie skillet. Go go go!

Beautiful place with soft dark elegance... what a to cap off a visit to Miami Beach. Service was super amazing here. Impressive and impeccable service!!! Thank you for a great experience. Food was delicious, especially the bread they start you off with. Thank you PRIME 54 and FountaineBleau. Great visit.

Good ambiance, good food. This restaurant is inside the Fontainebleau. Just know the bill is going to reflect that you're at a restaurant in sobe, in the Fontainebleau. The seafood tower was good as well as the crab cake. My friends felt like the "sommelier" wasn't that knowledgeable. All in all, good restaurant with no frills but there's definitely swankier options in sobe if that's what you're looking for.

Prime 54 located in the Fontainebleau hotel is a carnivore's dream. Service from the moment you walk in to the time you leave is on point. They have a few steak options that are large enough tri share with the entire table and is more than enough. We opted for the CHATEAUBRIAND, medium rare accompanied by 1/2 Main Lobster. The meat was perfect seasoned and cooked. The lobster was like butter. The lump crab cake was one of our starters and was one of the best crab cakes I've had in a long time. The Mac and cheese was as a cheesy dream. And when I thought I couldn't eat more I just couldn't resist the double chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. A chocolate lovers heaven on a plate! I felt the dining area a bright and would like it to be dimmed a bit for a more relaxed feeling. The wine wall is epic.

NEW NAME: PRIME 54 So this restaurant has gone through numerous changes, and the first one is a new name, so if you are looking at this place, just know that it is now called Prime 54. We came here for dinner the last night of our stay in Miami, and my gf was stoked to try the Truffle Bread, which she has raved about forever, but sadly, it does not exsist anymore. So, bottom line here is this place will really take care of you. The manager, Tony, truly a gem of a guy. Friendly, accommodating, personable, professional, and will really turn this place into something amazing. Our server, very helpful, attentive, and gave great recommendations for us in terms of what to order, as we got a bunch of apps and some drinks to share. The food was very good. The Brussel Sprouts were delicious, The Octopus was fresh, the Mac and Cheese was alright, very filling though, and the Cesar Salad was the best one I've had out of all of them. A great place to come for a fancy upscale dinner, and also a nice spot to people watch!

Great service, some of the best we had in Miami. Our server was very sweet and friendly. She made the experience that much better. We had the châteaubriand, ribeye, king crab, Cesar salad, beet salad, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and more. Everything was great. Nice bottle of Orin Swift 8 days in the desert. Didn't go too crazy, last night in Miami but everything was consistent. Wish they had better bread there. But the chocolate cake is decadent. Best I ever had! Can't compliment the server enough, she was great. Espresso martinis, we had a few. Not the best idea after a bunch of red meat but they tasted great! Can't beat the bar at Fountainbleu after. Most beautiful people you ever saw coming in and out of that hotel. Thanks for an enjoyable evening. Back to real life!

Stayed at Fontainebleau and made reservation for our last night! Anniversary Dinner. Great experience from start to finish. Ambience in the restaurant is very calm, elegant and sophisticated. Waitress was great! Had dirty martini and old fashion for drinks. Appetizers, we enjoyed the Bacon and blue cheese salad and the roasted kind crab. THAT WAS THE BEST CRAB IVE EVER HAD, and I eat a lot of seafood! Dinner had the boneless ribeye and wagyu skirt steak. Shared mashed potatoes and asparagus as sides. All the food was flavorful and great in portion. Definitely a top notch experience, worth every penny paid. At end of dinner we were blessed with an anniversary desert by our waitress. Really appreciated it!

Can I smoke a cigar in outdoor area?

Yes you can. There is a Downstairs patio area that is specifically designed for that. You can even purchase a cigar from the bar and they will cut it for you and even recommend a nice bourbon or whiskey to pair with your cigar!

We've had the pleasure of dining at many of his current and former venues where he has left a mark, and earned some Michelin stars along the way, Mirabella serves Italian (leaning Italian American) high end, high quality comfort food that I think most people would be very pleased with in an elegant setting with comfortable spacious tables. Here's what we had and all was excellent: Hamachi Crudo, menu says with smoked prosciutto, chive and lemon but I remember the well balanced lemon citrus flavors. $25 Tomato and Olive Foccacia with whipped ricotta and EVOO $10 a very nice focaccia served warm Casarecce with blue crab, Calabrian Chili, basil $35. There are about 14 half bottles on offer. Wine markups average about three times retail. Serious wine collectors may be permitted to bring a wine from their cellar for a $60 corkage fee.

The ambiance sets the tone, classic Italian décor blended with a seamless indoor-outdoor terrace that makes it the perfect spot for any gathering. I always gravitate toward the terrace, where the ocean breeze and sunset views pair effortlessly with a Negroni or Aperol Spritz... la dolce vita at its finest. The hospitality is immediate and genuine. The hostess welcomed me each time with a warm smile, semplice ma importante. And then came Vivi, our waiter, who didn't just serve us, but guided us through a true Italian culinary journey. We began with their house focaccia, served warm (thankfully), soft, and ready to melt the butter instantly. That detail alone matters more than most people think. The second round arrived just in time with the burrata, allowing every bite to become the perfect scarpetta moment. One of the absolute highlights was the crudo di salmone. The citrus-kissed sauce brought a creamy brightness, while the peppers added that subtle sweet spark that makes you pause and appreciate every bite. The Caesar salad was decent, nothing to write home about, but it held its place. Now, the pasta, qui si gioca tutto. As someone half Italian, I don't say this lightly: the lumache with vodka sauce completely stole the show. Rich, balanced, and impossible to leave unfinished, scarpetta obbligatoria. The rigatoni with parmesan and basil, however, leaned a bit too salty for my taste. By the time the secondi arrived, I was already full, but curiosity always wins. The meat was cooked to a gentle medium-rare, tender and flavorful. The snapper, dressed in a brown butter piccata, stood out for enhancing the fish without overpowering its freshness. And then, the real knockout, the truffle purée. Creamy, aromatic, perfectly balanced... every plate around the table was wiped clean. The charred broccolini with parmesan fonduta followed closely behind, giving us yet another excuse to not leave a single piece of focaccia behind. No Italian experience is complete without dolci. The tiramisù was everything it should be, creamy, coffee-soaked, and indulgent, elevated with a dusting that leaned into cappuccino and cinnamon notes. The bomboloni, soft ricotta-filled doughnuts, came with amaretto or chocolate sauce for dipping. peccato di gola at its best. Grazie mille to Maestro Robert and the entire team, you didn't just serve dinner, you orchestrated a volare experience that took us off high!
