BEWARE! This company is unethical! We were quoted $330 for a 1-bedroom to studio apartment, 15 minutes away, 3 hour minimum. Movers arrived nearly 2 hours late. I had cash ready + tip. Movers then said the move cost $500+ due to "extra time." The move took no longer than 3 hours. The movers used the restroom at the old apartment and took a very long time as though attempting to add more time onto the move. They stopped at the 7-11 prior to delivery to new address adding on even more time. They refused to leave delivery apartment until more money was paid via Zelle. I argued with them for an hour due to a change in rate 4 times! Total cost was $417! One of the movers was then waiting for me outside new apartment as I went to get something from my car and said to cancel the extra Zelle payment I made for the additional costs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or you will get scammed. I should have contacted the police when the movers refused to leave the apartment until I paid them the extra unanticipated fees. My guess is that they are predators looking for vulnerable people to take advantage of. Misleading initial quotes, deceptive practices, and upcharges. BE CAREFUL!!! read more

Definitely worth it! We moved from the Inland Empire to LA and Prime Moving made moving day so stress free. We had a team of 3 people. They were punctual, friendly, considerate and efficient. We had all of the boxes packed and only left our hanging clothes, furniture and larger appliances out. The team wrapped up our furniture very securely with plastic wrap and blankets, moved our clothes into wardrobe boxes, disassembled larger furniture, and packed everything into the truck (about 3 hours). When we got to our new place, they unloaded the truck, unwrapped our furniture and reassembled it for us. It felt wrong to be so stress free. The entire process took from 8am-3pm including driving (~1.5hrs) and lunch. Pricing for this company was competitive compared to other companies I saw on Yelp and included packing materials. The total price was a bit more than I was expecting initially because the move took a little longer than I anticipated and the double drive time fee added up (California law). I've never left a bad review anywhere but I can't recommend this company. They arrived late & even though I pre-paid for three hours showed a lot of hesitation to stay and help more after an hour and did leave before the job was truly done. They took several calls and I saw them watch YouTube videos and play on apps. For $100+ an hour I'd expect something more professional. There is a language barrier so when I asked if they could start with a certain room because someone is buying the furniture and would be arriving later they still picked up my white couch cushions to put in the uhaul first. I had to stop them and ask if they could do those last so they don't get dirty from being on the uhaul floor which had a lot of black marks. Then when the customer came he said the furniture I sold him was missing a part so I had to check with the movers and yes they forgot to bring a part of the bed frame with the rest of the bed so it could have been lost with my belongings had the customer not noticed. Me & my partner worked for days to empty the apartment & along side them the entire time so they finished in about an hour. They wanted to leave & asked me to sign so they could go & I was going to ask one of them if they could help with a few more things but he walked away from me & sat in his car waiting to go. So I asked my bf to ask him to help us move some boxes in the garage and he responded that we needed to ask his partner ... even though I prepaid for three hours of help. So I had to find his partner then wait for him to get off a call to ask for help & they seemed very uncomfortable. I checked the uhaul & they had put in giant items I asked them to throw in the dumpster by the uhaul. When I asked if they could take them out because I'm unloading the U-Haul by myself when I get home he asked me to do it myself because the way he packed the truck he just said it was better that way. I just feel like that something he should have talked to me about. Finally, even though I rented a 20ft Uhaul (recommended for 2-3 bedroom home) they didn't stack any furniture on top of each other. I had no space to put my items from the garage in this giant uhaul so even though they could see they left me no room and I would have to reorganize their work they still kept bringing up leaving and it hadn't even been 1.5hrs. It was so awkward I just said okay you guys can go. And he turned his phone around and asked me if I want to tip and the tips start at like $40 and up.... I would think the extra $105 an hour you guys never worked would be the tip. But I'm not confrontational so I just added an extra $15 cash. They left and I spent another 10 hours rearranging furniture and loading. As a 115lb young woman it would have really helped for them to offer to help the situation instead of me constantly asking them like I'm a burden. There's so many great moving companies where I feel like they care & go the extra mile. This experience felt like a scam I'm sad to say. read more

Do not hire these movers! I have never been charged so much for moving and I've moved with more items in the past. When I initially inquired they said there was no hidden fees, LIES. When the movers (Gani, Nurbol, and Valiet) arrived I was quickly shown a contract to sign with no explanation of details. After signing I was told it was going to be an extra $150 to move my "large" items but that it was ok because they normally charge $150 per large item but were only going to charge me for 1. I should've known that was a red flag. I cannot stress enough how slow they moved, it took 15 hours for 3 movers to move 3 rooms (boxes already packed) disassemble and reassemble 2 beds, 2 tv, fridge and washer/dryer. When it came down to paying I was told after the 8th hour I was charged time and half and that it was in the contract and standard protocol. I have never experienced this kind of service. I feel because I am a female and was alone they took full advantage of the situation. I ended up paying over $2,200. They left their empty plastic wrap rolls all over my house, empty drinking cups, and I had to ask them to take their plastic trash or else they were going to leave it on the floor in the garage. For that price I shouldn't have to ask them to pick up their own trash. After they left I realized they didn't hang one of my doors back up. I will not be doing business with them again. read more

Which is half the rate for any time over 8 hrs, including any double drive time. Our movers (Adam, AD, and UL) were amazing on the day of our move. They arrived early and called 20 minutes before to let us know their ETA. They took great care of all furniture, and made sure to check the structural integrity of each piece before moving anything.
