I felt comfortable with this company right away because the owner, Tom, immediately responds to email & text, and picked up his phone the first time I called him in the evening. He actually sent me a proposal the same night I talked to him, and when I had to push back the date he sent a new proposal immediately. Later, I asked if we could stop at my storage unit after emptying my old place and before moving on to my new place and again it was "no problem!" I was late meeting Eric and Tim at my old place but they cheerfully waited and did not make me feel worse than I did already. They were both such sweet men and they were nice to talk to :-) They worked really fast and moved a 1-bedroom apartment from Riverside to LA in about 6 hours! They were the most cost-efficient quote, but also the best moving crew we've had in six large moves. We have moved many times over the years, and Prime Moving was easily the best, smoothest, and professional team we have used. Our team was K, Rashid, and Gabit who were all extremely nice and never stopped moving. They were on time and efficient, and let us know that morning when exactly they would arrive. We had a very full three bedroom house to move, and not one single piece was damaged, scratched, or damaged in the move. They completely disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly, and in a few instances its was put back together in better condition than it was before. If we ever have to move again, I will not only use Prime Moving again but I will request that K, Rashid, and Gabit be our crew again.
