Four adults decide to try Prime pizza at Brea. The pizza shop is small, New York style, and welcoming. Basically all of us pick lunch special, but upgrading to pizza of our choice. For example, I have one Sicilian pizza for under a dollar more. Pizzas are thin, crispy and yummy. However one of my slice is kind of burned. Service is friendly as you can choose to order to go or wait outside and they bring the pizzas to you - which we did. It's a good pizza parlor if you are looking for good thin New York style pizza.

We arrived on a Friday night and there was a line, but it moved fast. Ordered pizza slices of: -Vodka (5/5) -White (5/5) -Cheese (4/5) -Sicilian square (4/5) All the slices had a crispy undercarriage with no flop. Ingredients were high quality. Favorite was the white pizza!! It's now one of my top 3 favorite white pizzas. Good amount of sauce & cheese because places usually skimp out on it which makes the slice dry. Also got the Caesar salad (5/5). Crisp, fresh greens, a good portion for 2 to share, and a yummy caesar dressing to drizzle. Love the late night vibe this place brings because customers are all sitting outside since there's no seating inside. Just wish the surrounding buildings in this lot had some night life or other eateries!! Maybe one day..

Was craving pizza for lunch so decided to give Prime Pizza a try. The store is nice, new and beautiful and they offer a lunch special - which I thought was a win, win. But reality is you get over cooked pizza. For starters, the store wasn't crowded, but people were waiting because one person needed to sign in and the other guy standing around said he can't clock in yet so can't take my order. I honestly don't get why he was standing by an iPad to take orders if that was the case. Someone else ended up taking my order and before I could make a receipt selection the kid who told me he couldn't take my order starts clocking in takes over the screen so I can't get a receipt or register for an account. He later had to go back to my transaction so I could get both. Now the pizza.. just my luck the kid standing around ends up reheating the pizza slices I ordered. But instead of reheating pizzas in sequence the orders came in, he took the order after mine and reheated their pizza first. The only problem is I didn't want a corner slice, but the person who ordered after me got the middle slice, so I was told my only option was a corner. When I got home to eat my pizza, I was super disappointed. If you look at the picture, you can tell my pizza was way over baked. It wasn't exactly warm either. I tasted burnt bits and this maybe my worst pizza experience ever. There's a place in Costa Mesa called Sugo that has a similar concept, but they've mastered their process and their pizza is amazing! Prime Pizza can probably learn something from a place like that because what I ordered was a super disappointment. The normal round cut was overcooked and dry - and the square pizza - it was overcooked on the sides, but the middle wasn't so bad.

Small shop, but super clean and nicely decorated with framed photos and a cool logo mural inside. The workers were all friendly and welcoming, and our food came out pretty fast. I liked that you can see all the pizza flavors displayed which made choosing which flavor I wanted easier. My favorites were the white, supreme, and spicy pepperoni. All the pizzas were nice and crunchy with lots of flavor. The churro knots were okay -- a little hard to chew, so I probably wouldn't order those again. I would definitely be back to try more flavors!

Waited 2 hours and the line devolved into complete chaos. I only got my pizza just as I was asking for a refund. I didn't trust they would process it, the haphazard way they were calling out orders randomly and holding a bunch of orders in the back. No organization. You can't do this to pizza. New York slices has to be fast. They also should have started handing out freebies or coupons. It was a real waste of a Friday night when you're trying to get something quick.

We came for their grand opening and had a wonderful experience. We waited about 45 minutes to get in, but once indoors, we were greeted by the friendly staff and our order was ready in less than 10 minutes. We grabbed individual slices, and were able to try a combination of their thin crust, as well as their square pies. Their thin crust pizza held up well and could easily be folded. It was good, but my favorite was definitely their spicy pepperoni square pies along with the Sicilian. The crust was crispy and the pizza had great flavor and texture. Definitely will be back to try more flavors! Parking is decent and we didn't have any issues finding a spot.

So here is my take on the new pizza shop in Brea...Prime Pizza delivers a classic New York-style experience, especially when the pizza is fresh out of the oven. The thin, crispy crust is perfect, and the slices are impressively large. They also have proper ovens for reheating slices, which is a big plus if you're grabbing pizza by the slice. I had a pepperoni slice and we also ordered a full pepperoni pie. Both were quite good when warm. Once the pepperoni pizza cooled down, though, the cheese became a little plastic-like and lost some of its flavor. They're also fairly frugal with the pepperoni, which ends up putting the spotlight onto the cheese. Overall it was a good experience. I enjoy my New York-style pizza, but I probably won't drive 15 miles just to grab a slice. Service was faster than they quoted. The space inside is standing only. Not much space to order really. The surprise standout was the garlic knots--they were really tasty, and honestly, I would drive a bit out of my way for those alone. All in all: decent pizza, great garlic knots, good stop if you're nearby--but not quite my pizza.

Apparently everyone knows about Prime Pizza except me lol. This new location is close to home, and we were in a pizza kinda mood, so I decided to check it out. Inside it's small, and it's more of a take out or order ahead type of place. There are a few tables and chairs outside if you do wanna eat there. I ordered ahead and had to wait a few minutes which was fine with me. However, their line and pick up system is a little chaotic and they had people coming in and heading straight to the counter for pick ups while the rest of us were waiting in line. Customer service was friendly overall. The pizza itself is good, but honestly it isn't going to replace my go to spot in La Habra (Blackjack). It's a bit greasy and didn't really pack a flavor punch.

I've had a lot of pizza in my lifetime but this was my first time having NY style. When I saw that Prime Pizza was opening up near me, I was excited to try it out. After reading the majority of the reviews, I had high expectations even though it's so early on. Here's what I ordered: **Pepperoni Pie: Amazing! Loved how crispy thin the pie was and the crust was even better! Definitely my favorite style of pizza, hands down. (5/5) **Garlic Knots: Absolutely delicious! This container was oozing with that delicious garlic flavor that everybody loves. The bread was so moist and was bursting with flavor. Good by itself but even better with the cup of marinara sauce provided. (5/5) For context, this spot opens at 11 AM. I placed an online order at 10:57 AM to pickup at 11:30 AM. I then received a text telling me that my order was ready at 11:23 AM! Once I entered, I gave them my name and my order was brought out instantly! The place was packed when I arrived, which is already a great sign. Everyone working the front seemed to be up to par with the business model and there were smiles everywhere. There are plenty of decent pizza spots out here in the Fullerton/Brea area but Prime Pizza takes over the top spot. This is one of the best pizzas I've ever had in 34 years of living. This will be my new go-to spot and I'm super excited to have my next pizza experience from here again very soon!

Welcome to Brea, Prime Pizza- finally north OC gets a proper elevated pizza joint instead of our usual chain options. This was my first time trying Prime Pizza, so my expectations were pretty high! We ordered two pies 1) thin 1/2 supreme and 1/2 pepperoni and 2) square cut 1/2 spicy pep and 1/2 Sicilian. Favorite of these options was the square cut spicy pepperoni which reminded me of a cross between Triple Beam Pizza and Jet's. Crust was nicely crispy and the cheese and sauce were tasty. I didn't enjoy the regular crust as much, though the group did. But I did like the fold-ability and the toppings on the supreme. A couple other things we noticed were that the staff were very friendly and there's not much seating (literally two small tables outside) so we saw lots of people eating in their cars or pulling out camp chairs. Parking was easy too. Looking forward to return visits here..

So far, I'm impressed with what Prime Pizza has to offer. Ordered the Pepperoni ($28) and the online ordering process was quick and seamless, with the pizza ready right on time. There's only one size available for whole pies, which actually makes ordering easier. I opted for the double-cut slices. The tomato sauce is a bit tangier than your average pizza, so that'll come down to personal preference. The crust is thin with a great crisp - it even held up well even after the trip home and sitting for a bit before eating. Will need to come back to try the square slices next time!

Been waiting for this place to open and I'm glad I had an opportunity to try it..... live up to the hype? So,So. When I got there, there was a guy letting everyone know about the lunch special. and the person who took my order was extremely friendly and had a lot of really great suggestions for me. So they would get a five star if this was just a customer service review. The place is kind of small so definitely won't be coming back during lunch rush because the seating is extremely limited I definitely love that they offer a lunch special, a solid deal, and upgrading to a non cheese slice doesn't cost you an arm and a leg so there is a plus. I tried a plain cheese slice and their spicy pepperoni square slice. Both were good for what they were. Nothing super special, but it was nice to have something that wasn't your typical fast food.. I'm not sure what kind of oven they use for reheating, but it had that very familiar taste, almost like it was heated with a Calrod-style element rather than a traditional pizza oven. It wasn't bad, just noticeable. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to order a full pizza, but as long as they keep that lunch special, it's definitely a spot I'd come back.

Was looking for NY Style Pizza Pie and this one was close by so I tried it! I would say the pizza felt a little overcooked (crust was darker and crunchier than I liked) which made it taste more bready/toasted when I bit into it as supposed to cheesy/saucy. I still enjoyed it! The garlic knots were not as toasted as I would have liked them to be, but the flavor was there! Would definitely order again and try different pies! read more

Perfectly made pizzas for on the go adventures. I love that the pizza is not greasy, so I can touch the controls and instruments and not get grease on it. the crust is nice and crunchy and really light with a bit of charing underneath to give that extra rustic flavor, but it's also not flaky to where I get it all over the place. The tomato sauce actually taste like termaters :) and it's not so much that it spills on my clothes. read more

East Coast style, west Cost Vibes! I see you Prime Pizza! You have captured the love and admiration of me and my family. From the first euphoric bite, to the bitter sweet long walk to the blue trash can with my empty box, all we talked about was our next visit to this new gem in our hometown. Thank you, for honoring us with your greatness! That first bite, took me straight back to John's of Bleeker st. But even better, because I didn't have to take 2 trains and walk 2 block to get to you. If you're wondering, what makes this place special. Literally, you can taste the freshness. Perfect sauce, great crisp, perfectly topped with cheese and the exact amount of pepperoni. Dave's 8.1, One Bite pizza review was low if you ask me. Do yourself a favor get a pie and some garlic knots. My husband and I love trying new pizza places. We are very open-minded when it comes to trying different styles of pizzas. New York style deep dish, etc. I'm sad to report we were very bummed. We ordered the following: 1/2 Sicilian and 1/2 Spicy Pep. A slice of pepperoni and Lemon Pepper Wings. Not let's break it down. The Pizza: overall the taste of the pizza was very good. However, I must admit that the sauce was a little bit on the bitter side and by the time we ate it, it was extremely soggy. The pesto on the Sicilian pizza tasted a little sour and was not my favorite combination. The spicy pepperoni was probably our favorite of the two. Sidenote, we ordered our pizza to be well done but noticed that it was not. Like I said, the pizza was just very soggy. Lemon Pepper Wings: we love a good lemon pepper wing, but I will say that these wings were extremely salty. The salt was very overpowering. Like I said, we were disappointed, but will be giving Prime Pizza another opportunity. Instead of take out, we will be eating it right then and there and seeing if that changes things. I've been waiting for this place up open for a few weeks now. I Just happened to notice it when driving by. I've been looking for a good New York style pizza joint for a while now. I went at lunch and ordered the lunch special, Two slices of cheese and a soda. I like to say if the pizza is good you should first order just cheese. It didn't disappoint! The sauce has good flavor and it had the perfect amount of cheese for a New York cheese pizza. I do want to note that this location is pretty much a take out location. There are only two small tables outside with two chairs each. I was lucky and one of the tables was open. It was pretty busy at lunch. While eating I noticed a group of 4 ladies walking over from downtown Brea area to have pizza and ended up not ordering and walking back since there was no where to sit and eat. I don't know if all locations are like this since it was my first experience. So just know it's best to plan to take it with you. But I will be back! read more

There was one small problem with the order, so my husband called and spoke with the Prime Pizza manager, who took great efforts to make it right. Great experience and good food. I'm a big fan of the Burbank location and was so excited to try out the one in Brea as it's closer. I got the white, Sicilian, hot pepperoni and vodka. I was so excited to dig in but when I did it was so cold. It seems like they didn't even try to put it back in the oven to try it out. It was still okay cold but the experience would have been a lot better if it was at least warm. I will come back again to give it another chance! read more

We were so excited to go to this Prime Pizza after always having to drive out to Burbank! We ordered by slice and it was very fast. They told us it was a 5 minute wait but called us up in less than 2 minutes. Our pizza was COLD. Not even remotely warm. We were really disappointed. I understand that there was a line and that quick service is desired but at the cost of cold pizza...???? We're very disappointed. My boyfriend said that if this was our first time trying Prime, we would NOT choose to come back. But we know how good it CAN be from the Burbank one. I hope they fix the quality issue. The pizza itself was really good. As good as it can be when its cold. Another note. We got the text message that the pizza was done 5-7 minutes into eating, which makes me wonder if our pizza should have been cooking longer per protocol. Again, hoping our next experience is better and that the pizza is actually warm. read more

We ordered a whole pie and got half Supreme and half White. The pizza crust, sauce, toppings, and toppings are all flavorful and delicious. Staff is friendly and courteous. I only wish that the pizza was able to hold the topping better, definitely had to fold the slice to prevent the pizza from flopping and spilling the toppings. There is also very limited outdoor only seating. read more

Where to begin we ordered on the app at 6:49 and the pick up what time was 915. OK fine. Let's try it. We get there at 9:10 wait till 915. We get a text saying the pizza is ready but the pizza was ready a long time ago cause we got it cold and soggy and it's very disappointing as a guy there lied right to my face and said he just put it in one of the box was very warm. The pizza was cold. The cheese was not melted, and the pizza was soggy. This place is overhyped on Instagram and TikTok. It's not worth it not worth the weight not worth the aggravation. The worst part was them lying to me right to my face. Won't be back here again. read more

Wow wanted to try since the Brea location opened. It wasn't crowded but it definitely wasn't worth it. Pizza was cold and stale. Maybe from yesterday. The crust was too hard and chewy to be made today. Lemon Pepper wings tasted like someone Spilled the whole bottle of seasoning on the wings. It was too sour to eat because of too much seasoning. Probably won't go back. I feel for my money and price fresh Pizza should always be made. read more

I have never wanted to try a pizza place/business more than I want to try this establishment. To all the recent one stars, how would you feel if hundreds of people showed up at one at your place of business at once. A social media post hype up the business, which was nice. With that, grew an unexpected crowd. What we they do to, hire last minute staff, buy a bigger establishment to accommodate the crowd. NO. Thats unrealistic. And what blows my mind is the reviews saying how great the pizza was but they couldn't accommodate you, you, the person who decided to follow a social media fad. That's on you, not the business. Since I came back from NY in 07...I've been looking for anything that comes close to ny pizza. While I didnt have prime when I was in ny....this place def did not disappoint! The shop itself reminded me of ny...black n white tile, well lit, Friendly workers and pizza slices for sale on display! The parking lots a good size...could get crowded on a weekend though. There's no seating inside but there are benches and seating outside. Lots of choices on the menu! Pizza, salads, garlic knots...even fresh juices that they bottle themselves (their lemonade...fire!) My friend and I got half sausage and kale (never had kale on a pizza)...and half arribiatta (spicy tomato) both were really good!! While I love kale and sausage..I do gotta say I think I liked the arribiatta better! Light spice, good amount of cheese, and thin sliced onion. Crisp, thin under carriage..lightly chewy crust...this pizza came really close to reminding me of ny :). My only critique: for pizza...its pretty expensive. The pizza was crispy. I gave this 2 stars because customer service matters to me. I spent more money buying a couple of combos than I would have on a whole pizza, yet I was told I couldn't get even one packet of cheese or crushed red peppers because I didn't purchase a whole pie. I paid the same amount. As a first-time customer, this was disappointing, and I just expected a better experience. For being a new business that just opened. this left a bad impression. Unbelievable!!!! I don't know what's going on with primes social media person or the management at the Brea Prime but it's a straight switch and bait, false advertising. Today on Pi Day, 314, they advertised find the Golden Ranch bottle and win a gift card for $314 then when you show up they said it doesn't start till 4:00 p.m. after waiting hours to be the first one to find the bottle then they changed their Tone and say it's totally random. Completely false advertising in a illegal switch and bait. No line when I got there got my two slices very quickly after they warmed it up. I ate it outside after they gave it to me but the pizza was a bit cold considering they handed it to me directly out Of the oven and I ate immediately afterwards. To make things worse, the staff acted like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. No check-ins, no refills, no effort. Just vibes of "please eat and leave." Between the slow service, disappointing food, and ridiculous prices, this place feels like a tourist trap hiding in a hotel lobby. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else in Brea. It arrived exactly the way I hoped it would: large clear ice cube, generous orange peel, balanced and smooth without trying too hard. Just a well-made classic cocktail. What stood out most was the atmosphere. These days I'm much more likely to be exploring hiking trails, photographing wildflowers, or driving mountain roads than spending time in bars. Twelve years ago, places like this were a much more regular part of my life. Coming back reminded me why I enjoyed them in the first place. Good conversation, a comfortable seat, a quality drink, and no rush to be anywhere else. The beer taps looked extensive, the whiskey selection seemed endless, and the entire place struck a balance between neighborhood pub and whiskey destination. Funny how a random AI navigation suggestion brought me back to a place I'd been meaning to revisit for over a decade. Glad it finally did. 5 stars.

The interior reminded me of an old school diner. When I arrived there was a long line for the drive through, but ordering inside I got my food within minutes of ordering. I remember how I used to come right after work before covid hit and even celebrated a few birthdays here - those were fun times! The food was good! I don't come as often anymore after I started working remotely. Glad I was able to bring my daughter here. We were quickly seated right upon check in, which was awesome because when I came here a few months ago, I had to wait over 30 minutes on a week night. The hostess who checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. Our server was friendly and checked in on our table often. However, both my daughter and I were out of iced tea but she didn't offer to assist us with getting refills. Instead, she just asked me if I needed a box, so I was thinking most likely, she was in a hurry for us to leave - I honestly think we were there for about an hour. But, I wasn't too bothered by this. I just quickly paid the bill and went next door for dessert. My daughter and I ordered the following: Carpaccio - I love Carpaccio, but unfortunately what was served to me tonight was a HUGE disappointment. The beef came stuck together and the color was a weird shade of brown. It also smelled funny. I've ordered this dish multiple times before (I've even posted a picture of this from a previous visit) so I know it shouldn't look and smell this way. Rigatoni Alfredo 2.0 - (added Chicken) - This was very good. My daughter liked this a lot. She finished everything. Pappardelle Bruno - The braised short ribs were very tender. However, the pasta tasted pretty bland. Overall, my visit today was a 6/10.

My husband and I were really excited to try this pizza place but unfortunately encountered the same issues a lot of people have already described. When we finally got to try the pizza and wings, they were both really cold and the pizza crust was hard. We only live about a 10 minutes drive away so it seems like our food had been ready long before we received it. We placed on online order around 5:30pm for pick up at 6:38pm. We arrived around 6:30pm and noticed the long lines outside so we expected a delay but not for pizza and wings to take 2.5 hours to be ready. We got down at 6:38pm to ask if our pizza was ready, an employee looked at a written list and said it was not ready and we would get a text when it was. No additional wait time estimate was given. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because of how busy it was but regret not asking for a refund right then and going somewhere else. We decided to wait in the parking lot and got through most of the first half of the Lakers v. Clippers game when we decided to get down and ask again around 7:30pm. We were not able to speak to an employee because of how busy it was but overheard an employee telling a customer that they were just getting to the orders that were supposed to be ready for 6:30pm pick up. The lack of communication was the most frustrating part because it became clear they have been slammed with orders and knew they were behind. This was definitely a leadership issue because a general announcement to the large crowd waiting outside or a text message letting folks know their order status would have been appreciated. Also, knowing how insane the wait times were, customers should have also received free garlic knots or food items during the wait. We went back in at 8pm and managed to speak to an employee who said they would go to the back and check. We had to follow up with the employee about 5 minutes later who said our ticket was up and it should be out soon. We finally got our order at 8:10pm. We didn't receive the text that our order was ready until 8:23pm so if we hadn't gotten down to check our order would have been sitting there for 13 minutes longer than it already was. As someone mentioned, I hope they fix these issues because community truly wants to show up but last night may have deterred a lot of people from coming back. read more

We were really excited to try Prime Pizza in Brea, especially as a new establishment. We completely understand that new restaurants are going to be busy -- and we truly wanted to give them grace. Unfortunately, our experience felt less like "new and busy" and more like a lack of management and organization. We placed our order at noon for a 6:30 pm pickup. We arrived at 6:20 and were surprised to see a crowd of at least 35-50 people outside waiting for their food. We gave our name at the door and were told it would be "out soon." That turned into over an hour and 10 minutes of waiting outside in the cold. During that time, multiple DoorDash orders were being called out while dozens of families who had pre-ordered hours earlier were still waiting. There was little to no communication about delays, and no one came out to address the growing crowd. When our pizza finally came out, it was cold -- like it had been sitting on the counter for quite a while. My husband went inside to ask about a refund, but there was no one available to help the line of understandably frustrated customers. The employee behind the counter was taking more to-go orders while at least 30 parties were still outside waiting for food they had already ordered and paid for. We understand growing pains, especially for a new business. But in moments like this, management needs to step up -- pause incoming orders, communicate clearly with customers, and prioritize the large number of people already waiting. It felt like there was no leadership presence when it was needed most. We truly hope they work out the kinks, because the community seems excited to support them. But this experience was incredibly disappointing. read more

Overall, the experience was a little disappointing. The pizza itself is pretty solid -- definitely the highlight and worth trying. Unfortunately, the garlic knots didn't live up to the same standard. The biggest letdown was the 25-minute wait just to buy slices, which felt excessive and took away from the overall experience. This is not a quick spot to grab pizza at the moment, so plan accordingly. Another downside was the parking lot area -- there was a noticeable sewer smell right in front of the entrance, likely from the access point, which doesn't make for the best first impression. Hoping they can tighten up the service and address the exterior issue, because the pizza does have potential. read more

I had an incredible first-time experience at Prime Pizza! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Danny, who made me feel right at home. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and steered me in the right direction with her recommendations. I went with her suggestion of the Spicy Pepperoni slice and the Market slice (which she mentioned is a special find!). Both were even better than expected--perfectly crispy in all the right places, with stringy cheese and clearly fresh ingredients. I topped it all off with the watermelon Italian ice for dessert, which was the perfect finish. Huge thanks to Danny for the stellar service and great picks. I'll definitely be back! read more

3 hours for pizza is genuinely crazy lol. Being a new place can be tough I totally understand. But when people are starting to wait for over an hour that's when they customer service should start kicking in. People were allowed refunds, but for the people who were waiting, didn't receive any coupons/freebies, or anything. I came for an early dinner at 5pm and didn't get to eat until 8:30pm. Unlike The Melt that just opened at the Brea Mall, they didn't connect with the customers, or at lesst explain why it was taking a long time. Prime Pizza yall need to take some notes from your other new restaurant competitor. The food was good but not 3 hour wait good. read more

I placed an online delivery order at 5pm, and it's now 7:16 and my order still isn't ready. I called the restaurant and they said, "Sorry, we don't know when it's going to be ready." What kind of customer service is this? Waiting over two hours for a pizza is crazy. At least get the timing right. At this point I'm committed and can't cancel since we have a few hungry kids waiting. Update#1 it's now 7:53 and I'm still waiting. Update#2 It's 8:13 pm and it's still not ready. I've honestly lost hope in this place. I won't be ordering from here again. Save your time and support other local restaurants instead. read more

Prime Pizza just opened in Brea and it's a great new spot in town. It has that classic NY slice shop feel. You walk in, pick a few slices from the display, they heat them up, hand them to you, and you're eating within minutes. Exactly how a slice shop should work. The crust was thin with a nice chew and crisp edge. The slices weren't floppy, which I appreciated. They held up well and had a good balance of sauce and cheese. Simple, straightforward pizza done right. The staff was friendly and gave solid recommendations when we asked. Easy place to stop in for a quick bite. Definitely glad to have this in Brea. read more

Ordered a pepperoni slice and a spicy pepperoni square slice today. Pepperoni slice: crust was thin, crispy, and had a bit of chew to it. Zero flop when holding the slice up. Sauce was well-balanced and not overly tangy or sweet. Pepperoni was flavorful and are the kind where the edges curl up. Square slice: this is where it's at. Crust had good crisp, wasn't overly heavy, and had just the right amount of airyness. The sauce was the star of the show - spicy, flavorful, and not too thin. Absolutely loved Prime Pizza in Brea. The pizza was hands down some of the best I've had perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and so much flavor in every bite. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. You can tell this place takes pride in their food and customer service. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and everything came out fast and fresh. Easily my new favorite pizza spot. Had a great experience at Prime Pizza in Brea. The pizza was really good and the salad was fresh and flavorful too. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were solid. Terrible experience from start to finish. We were told a reasonable wait time for our pizzas, but ended up waiting over 2 hours with barely any updates.
