    Huge Burger

The restaurant is more of a fast food place, but it's not . Kinda look like it's open outdoor seating but it's really not, I'm not sure what it's supposed to be , the eatery is like an open faced sandwich, but it works and the service is quick and top notch. Most amazing burgers I've ever tasted honestly , I think it's the whole prime beef thing but it was juicy not dry. The only downside was that the bottom bun got really soggy and slimy. I would have preferred it to be thicker and lightly toasted in order for it to avoid sucking all the patty juice and making it so soggy.... Ended up using a fork and knife to eat the delicious burger. Also kind of was a little bummer they didn't have a kids menu or portion sized for kids . The kids could not finish their huge burgers and you can't really warm it up in the hotel room since there isn't a microwave, so it was a little wasteful .

Decided to try Prime burger since I've walked past many times while staying at the Palazzo. They have a number of different burgers with various toppings. They have other items as well like chicken sandwiches, buffalo wings, onion rings, salads and milkshakes. I ordered the Americana burger with grilled onions and added bacon. Fries come separately. (I had a feeling the burger would be huge so I didn't order fries.) The burger was freshly prepared to my liking and had an ample amount of toppings. It was a nice size as well. I barely finished it. It was juicy and very flavorful. This is definitely a place to check out if want a really good burger.

So sorry after we ate. Didn't think I would leave a review at the beginning of our meal.

We went back and it wasn't as amazing as we remembered. We have now switched to Black Tap burgers located in the Venetian on the casino floor.

Great burger from the shoppes area. It's out of the way and crowds, fast, and delightful. Has become the place to grab a quick bite. Many burger places could learn from this one. They even know how to do perfect bacon for their cheeseburger. This may be the only meal you need for the day!

Nice stop for a good burger with table service. We were able to score a table right away for lunch. Burger and cheese steak were i good.

Ridiculously over priced. It's like they said to themselves how can we charge Ruth Chris's steak prices for a damn burger. The burger is fine it's definitely not worth $27 plus $8 for fries. These owners have lost their damn minds. The food is ok but for these prices u would rather go to a literal steakhouse for these prices. Literally anything right around the corner in the mall in the fast food area will be a better value and probably better quality

We purchased multiple GroupOn coupons for Primeburger and they were all cancelled. According to GroupOn, Primeburger is now refusing to honor the coupons.

As we were walking by the huge picture of their Moo burger caught all four sets of our eyes. We all stopped to glance at the menu. As we were deciding we were told there would be a twenty minutes wait as there was only one server. The guy seemed overwhelmed to say the least so we obviously left. We walked around a bit more but ended up coming back because the burgers sounded and looked pretty good. We waited for about 8-10 minutes to be seated. No one ahead of us and not very many tables remained. Luckily by the time we came back I guess things had settled because that same server was a bit less flustered. We waited about another 8-10 minutes for a drink order but he did eventually come and take it. Then just as we ordered our drinks another waitress walked in. She finished us up and was very pleasant. The burgers were delicious. The sound a lot fancier than they tasted especially with all the meats they grind together for the Patty. The extras like the bacon tomato relish and grilled onions were great on the 21st Century. I wish there had been a bit more of the bacon relish but it was still good. The egg yolk oozed through the burger once we cut it and although messy, it was great. The fries are an add on extra for about $5 or $7 for sweet potato fries. Both are delicious but the sweet potato fries were better to me. I enjoy the sweet with the salty and really liked the crispiness with the soft inside. They were able to accommodate a gluten free allergy with a gluten free bun. They were very nice and considerate about it and didn't charge any extra for the gf bun. The burgers were definitely more top notch than In & Out and you are paying for that quality upgrade. They are a good size though and great to share.

Solid breakfast food and definitely filling. Arrived at Venetian rather early in the morning and browsing the Canal Shops this place was open. Breakfast options are what you would expect to see and fair pricing. No wait when I arrived, but around 9:30a there was a wait. Went with Breakfast Sandwich which comes with potatoes, $12. Food came out rather quickly and everything was as ordered, hot and fresh. The egg comes scrambled on the sandwich and pretty sure it's 2 eggs because the sandwich was quite big and has 2 slices of cheese, 2 pieces of bacon. Lots of taters! Bottled still water is Acqua Panna, which I love. This place hits the spot for breakfast! Service was friendly as well!

Boutique burgers! [The Venetian] Happened to stumble upon the restaurant while walking around the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. We parked here at the Venetian parking garage because it's still one of the few casinos that allowed FREE parking. Maybe I shouldn't say that out loud... Anyway, I almost forgot that I purchased a Groupon deal for Primeburger but, unfortunately, we had just eaten breakfast elsewhere so we were not hungry. We worked up an appetite and walked on the Strip. When we came back to use our Groupon we were too exhausted and tired LoL (old people)... we decided to just use our Groupon for a takeout order. The hostess led us towards the register in back so we can place our order and apply the Groupon. The female employee didn't seem too happy to help. No smile, no pleasantries, nothing. Just told us that our order will be out in a few mins. We chose the Portobello Burger. We ate our burger back at our timeshare hotel... the gourmet burger was juicy and delicious with generous portions of mushrooms overflowing. Yum! Too bad, could've been a five star experience if not for the not-too-nice employee that took our order. Bleh... Review #2393

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
