We were told by the snotty hostess who told us our reservation was canceled. We noticed 5 open tables and she said sorry, you're late. I asked to speak to the manager and sh told me he was really busy. I said too busy to talk to a concerned customer and she said I can't hear you and walked away. We waited for around 10 minutes to see if anyone would come out and despite the fact that it wasn't super busy with multiple open tables, no one ever did. Seek a meal elsewhere. If you are wise. The food is pretty good for the most part. It's around the same prices of other "gourmet burger" joints and there's a nice selection. The first 3 burgers on their menu is their most popular so I opted for their Century burger. It was a messy burger but the flavors were all there. My boyfriend had to use a fork and knife to eat his though because the bottom bun was so soggy that he couldn't even pick the burger up without it's contents falling out. My mom had their chicken sandwich and actually finished her dish. She rarely finishes her food so that must say a lot. There are no words to describe how delicious this particular burger is, and unexpectedly so. It wasn't very busy when I got there but when I left (right before 8) it looked like there was only one table open. I had the blueberry pancakes and they were good. Was surprised they didn't have blueberry syrup. The portion was very large but I was able to trim off the outside 1/3 because all the blueberries were in the middle. So much fat very little edible meat. We recently returned October 2019...burger was good but not memorable. Bottom of bun was soggy, so eat it quickly. Had the loaded fries which were slathered in gooey cheese that was okay, fries were over cooked; only thing redeeming was the bacon on them. Go to Grand Lux Venetian instead. This place screams calories. When you done here you are lucky if you get out of there under 3000 calories. Very thick onion rings and the batter is on the thicker side as well. If you like a lighter, crispier onion ring like Fatburger, you may not enjoy these. The onion rings are frozen and not made fresh, but overall still very tasty. We decided on the hot brownie with ice cream topped with fudge sauce and a dollop of whipped cream for the finale.
