Quesabirria Torta w/ da Dip was amazing! I dip, You dip, we dip!
    Joe S.

A torta is what would happen if a taco and a sandwich had a baby! Let's pause for a visual... Ok, now back to this Frankenstein creation. They had a few options and I was torn between one of the chicken trots and the quesabirria torta. Without hesitation the cashier said birria, and another woman working a few feet away also turned her head and said birria. Then in unison, everyone in the Celebrity Food Hall at Caesar's said "birria!". So I listened for once and was glad I did. This sandwich was excellent from the crusty, soft bread to the melt in your mouth beef with deep rich flavors. I dipped in the even more delicious consome' and everyone cheered me on as I devoured said sandwich. It was a $20 sandwich, but it's from a celebrity in a food court so what did I expect! The quality lived up to that famous chef from Mexico with a name I can barely pronounce... Rick Bayless!

I remember seeing Rick on tv back in the day cooking so when I saw he had a restaurant in a food court of Caesars I figured we would give it a Try. Now we're not going to focus on price per se because we know anything on the LB strip is inflated. What I will say is what you pay and what you get isn't the same. The sandwich was tasty and had a lot of flavor. But the meat to bread ratio was really off. It was like all bread and a few bites of meat. We have tried their tacos and they are good as well. They do a good job of making sure the food has a lot of flavor. What I don't like is you can't mix and match tacos.

The service was very friendly and helpful and the food was tasty but in my opinion way over priced even for a celebrity food court in Vegas.

Tortazo wan't here last time we were at Caesers Palace so decided to get some food. I ordered the cubana. The bread was amazing. All of the meat was cooked to perfection. But there was a sour flavir that iver powered the sandwhich. Not sure it was intended that way, but would have been better with a small amount of it or none. But the sandwhich was tender and cooked to perfection.

Best spot in the food court! For the price, you get a pretty good sized torta! I had the Birria torta and it was amazing! Came with a side of the consume dipping as well. They are a little pricy, but everything in the Caesar's food court will be. They came out pretty quickly, and the lady taking the orders was very nice and personable. The look of this place felt very authentic. I will definitely recommend to anybody staying at Caesar's looking for a quick bite!

Quesabirria torta. The console was delicious but the torta itself lacked a lot of flavor. The bread was plain and the birria tasted bland. Probably wouldn't order this again

My boyfriend loves Rick Bayless so he has been wanting to try this place for a while. We stopped by Caesar's Palace for a quick bite. This location is located in the Caesars Palace food court and definitely one of the more popular ones and I can totally see why. From ordering time to getting the food it honestly wasn't that long of a wait. I imagine it could take a little bit longer if it's really really busy but definitely worth it. I got the Carne Asada one. My boyfriend got the chicken one, but we did a half-and-half trade so we got to try both. I think the carne asada one was my favorite overall comes with the little side salsa that adds extra flavor. Now this restaurant doesn't have its own private seating same with any of the other food court outlet so you will have to find a table out in the general area. But for the most part It's pretty easy to locate one and if you find one that's dirty, There's always people walking around that are constantly cleaning the area so if you wanted to sit somewhere specific, you can definitely call them over to assist! The bread is crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Overall, the sandwich was a 10 out of 10 and I recommend stopping by here on your next visit.

    Disappointing Chips and Guac

I understand it was ordered as a "side", however, 12 chips provided in a bit that large was disappointing....

In Vegas working and hit up the Forums Celebrity Food Court at Caesars. Ended up getting a torta quesobrilla. The sandwich was good. A tad pricey at $20 but not bad considering where you are. The $16 for the Michelada is ridiculously high but that's the going rate for a beer at the venue.

The food tasted pretty good, but it was way too salty. The service was great though. Overpriced for what you get.

Putting "chef" anything on this food is comical. The asada tacos looked like they were cooked hours ago and assembled on order.

It was between a bunch of other eateries and retail and candy shops. I was intrigued I love burritos and I love sushi so why not put them together right? I went in and ordered the number one seller the Long Beach made with Surimi Crab, Shrimp Tempura, and Spicy Tuna, Chipotle Mayo and Eel Sauce. Cucumber, Won Ton Strips and Guacamole. All rolled up in rice and seaweed paper. It's cut in half and I promise you once you take a bite into it. You will know exactly what I'm talking about. It was honestly one of the best things they ate all weekend. I would've gone back easily two more times to try the others. So if you're a sushi lover and new operas this once for you, make sure you stop in. I think there's possible locations around Vegas. This one is between the Harrahs and the Linq.

For some reason, all I wanted was a sushi burrito, and to my surprise there was a spot serving them…read moreliterally downstairs on the LINQ Promenade. The location itself is convenient and has plenty of seating both inside and outside. If you want to enjoy the Vegas weather and do some people watching, the outdoor seating is a great option. I ended up sitting inside to escape some of the noise from the promenade. Everything was clean and the booth seating was surprisingly comfortable. Ordering is done through a kiosk. Beyond sushi burritos, they also offer sushi rolls, hand rolls, bowls with rice or greens, teriyaki bowls, sides, desserts, and drinks. There's definitely enough variety for everyone to find something. I decided to order The Mission, which comes with salmon, imitation crab, shrimp tempura, poke sauce, spicy mayo, cream cheese, avocado, and wonton strips. I opted to leave off the cream cheese because I wanted something a little fresher and lighter tasting. I also added eel sauce and carrots since there are several sauces and add-ons available, including extra proteins and premium ingredients. My burrito came out to around $20, which honestly wasn't shocking. That's pretty comparable to what I'd expect to pay back home in San Diego, so at that point it really came down to whether the quality justified the price. The first thing I noticed was the size. This is probably the smallest sushi burrito I've ever been served. That being said, the rice-to-filling ratio was actually excellent. One of my biggest complaints with sushi burritos is when they're stuffed with rice and skimp on everything else. That definitely wasn't the case here. There were generous chunks of salmon throughout and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. The problem was that the burrito wasn't wrapped tightly enough to hold itself together once the paper wrapper came off. It started falling apart pretty quickly and became messy to eat. As for the flavor, this is where I felt a little disappointed. Nothing tasted bad. In fact, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The salmon was good quality, the shrimp tempura added crunch, and the sauces were balanced. Even with the poke sauce, spicy mayo, and eel sauce, though, it felt like something was missing. After the first couple bites, I found myself less excited about it. By the time I got halfway through, I wasn't really craving the second half anymore. I finished it because I spent $20 on it, not because I couldn't stop eating it. If you're wandering the promenade and looking for a quick meal, JA Burritos is worth considering. Just don't expect it to be the sushi burrito that changes your life.

Our server did not check on us. Her colleagues dropped off the food. When we reminded her that the order never arrived she sounded apologetic. They took off the item + actually packed the pork belly buns in a Togo box. The food overall is good! But for the price (I am from the bay area so I understand how much VCOL should cost).
