It's a nice venue located in the food court of the Venetian Shopping Mall. It is a bit pricey, for the burger alone its around $13, and I think about $5 for a side of fries, I just got the burger since I wasn't too hungry. We ordered a alcoholic milkshake which was not bad, but at $14 it's not much booze at all in it. Overall, if you want a pricey burger joint then this is it. Just wanting everyone to know this is the best burger place in Las Vegas. I go Las Vegas at least once a month and go there for breakfast everyday I'm in town I have our favorite waitress and her name is SHARON. She is great and I think sometimes I go just to see her. She has always given us the best service ever. I have sent many of our friends there and she always waits on them with her smiley face and personality. We will be back in to weeks to see here again. Oh and the breakfast is great to, but without her we would have to find another place to eat. I'm rewriting my new review because I will never eat at Prime Burger again, I loved going to that place the staff and management is great, but very understaffed No hostess or bussers and the GM ID THE DISH WASHER. REALLY, I go every month to visit SHARON we come from the Napa Valley my son works for the hotel and there in there weekly to see her. You will loose money with crappy groupon's. If that's the type of people you want there you will go broke. After finding out she was no longer there we will never be back. The food was Good was ok but the service was great. I've been sitting here for over an hour with three people that are speaking in their own language. We are sitting here with empty beer bottles, finished food plates, and empty water glasses. I was late joining my group and we tried flagging the server down so I could look at a menu and she just dropped off the check. Someone else figured out I needed a menu when I announced it loudly and mildly rudely. I haven't seen this server smile one time at any table she's served, but I have seen her approach her other tables to ask and refill water. I don't even know her name but all I know is her attitude is horrible. It put me off from ordering, but I finally caved in and had the onion rings. They were heavily breaded but tasted good. Used be afforded but now it's completely overpriced and a place I'll skip for now on. $15 for a standard burger with no sides, very expensive and overpriced. The buffalo fries used to be $9, now they're $11 (for French fries with sauce!). $80 for three burgers and two sides (fries & onion rings), honestly overpriced for what it is. Went to Prime Burger one evening after a day of working on a shoot in Vegas for a Boozy Milkshake and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Chocolate Chip Baileys and it was yummy. We came back the following morning for pancakes and eggs and although it was a bit on the pricier side (we were eating at buffets) you can tell that it's quality food and the chefs take their time. They even made a custom omelet that wasn't offered on their menu. I would definitely recommend Prime Burger if you want good tasting, quality food. read more

Amazing Burgers! My husband had the Oink, Squeal, Moo Burger - Bacon, pulled pork with BBQ sauce and onion strings. Great flavor. He was a happy man! I had the Scorcher - Sriracha mayo, pepperjack cheese, onion strings on a fresh brioche bun. The mayo added some serious flavor...really good. My son had a classic Americana burger. Being a Vegatarian in Las Vegas can be hard. And pleasing a chefs wife even harder. Last night we went to see my visiting parents at the Venitian and we were all hungry so decided to go to the food court to please everyone's different palet. After looking at the different menu options I decided on a bocca burger and fresh cut fries at Prime Grill. While I was waiting at the bar for my to go order, I heard a a sound of something dropping on the floor and quicky looked right as the line cook put something back on the edge of the grill . A little worried I asked nice woman behind the bar what dropped. I couldn't tell if it was the burger press or the spatula. The lady said it was the burger press. ,i was shocked .. The line cook or chef didn't even put it away to be washed. She put it back on the edge of the grill. So I stated , do you know that fell and your cook put it back, she said yes , it happens , not allot but it does , so I said . you know it is a health hazard. I said I have worked in the kitchen and owned my own restaurant and my husband is a chef . and that is unacceptable. About 5 minutes later she moved it it away . But as I was eating my food I kept thinking , what if the spatula fell on the ground or my food , would they just out that back on the grill ?? If I had not of said anything and complained would they of replaced it at all ??, UPDATE .. THE owner Robb , personally repaonded to my post and was exrremely nice ..
