Great lunch spot in the harbor for grab and go. I love that I can place my order online for pick up especially when there is a convention happening at the Gaylord. The primo size sandwich is definitely shareable if you add on a side or bag of chips. My go to is the mild sharp Italian with extras sweet peppers....so good!

Good quality hoagie! I ordered through Uber Eats and did a 20 person large group order and everything was labeled and sorted perfectly. My team had nothing but raving reviews.

Friendly staff and clean inside store. Voted best for two years straight, but not my style. The bread is hard as hell, plenty of meat and great tasting toppings, but the bread is too hard for my liking even with them scooping the inside. And I asked for extra mayo and it was barely any on it. Taste is good, but if you don't like hard rolls, you probably will feel like me. Mother Rucker's (thinner slices meat) and Carls( thicker sliced meat, both use softer bread which I am more accustom to.

Unfortunately, I was not a fan of this sandwich. It did not have much flavor at all. I was looking forward to the broccoli rabe, but they were out, so I subbed that for the roasted peppers. My brother enjoyed his sandwich, so maybe it was just my sandwich choice that was underwhelming. For the price, I expected it to at least be better than Subway, Jimmy John's, or Jersey Mikes, but it was worse than all of them.

This is one of the few fast service type of places in the area. Most other places are sit down type of places. This place gives you the chance to order and go.. There is limited indoor and outdoor seating. We had turkey and cheese sandwiches and they were very good. I would go back here for lunch next time! The environment is kind of like a five guys type of set up.

The lasagna here was packed with layers of flavor. Lots of cheese, meat, and sauce without being overly messy. It came bubbling hot out of the oven which I loved. Garlic bread on the side was a nice bonus. The space was clean and had a warm, casual feel. Our waiter was helpful and had good timing. Solid comfort food all around.

PrimoHoagies is located in the heart of National Harbor. Interior is not large and I couldn't tell if they were offering indoor seating due to the amount of people waiting for there orders. Primo serves Hoagies of all varieties from a surprisingly large menu, in three different sizes. I ordered the Audie with no dressing in Primo size. When I eventually got my Hoagies, it was excellent and frankly surpassed my expectations. The bread and toppings were fresh and the meats tasty. Primo was exactly the right size. Service is where this location absolutely falls apart. The wait to order was significant as they were clearly having staffing issues. One person couldn't stay the register and continue to take orders, causing the line to backup. The wait for a Hoagie was 20-30 minutes if ordered in store. It appears they lost track of the online orders at some point, as the person next to me eventually had to cancel their order after it was almost an hour late according to the app. PrimoHoagies is also not the cheapest of options. Will I eat at PrimoHoagies again? Yes, but probably not this one.

Great service, great food, fun and friendly staff! My husband and one of my kids got the large sandwich and it was HUGE! But the quality was great too!

We had the deviled eggs, house rolls, the crab cake, the rack of lamb, filet mignon, and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious! But that standouts were definitely the rolls, lamb, and filet mignon. I wasn't a huge fan of the accompanying sauces with the steak, but it was good enough on its own! The rolls were so soft and the honey butter it came with was great (though the dijon did take some adjusting to). My husband enjoyed the lamb the most out of everything! It is definitely on the expensive side, but overall we thought the price was reasonable for what we received and we plan to come back again!

For an upscale steakhouse, I was also surprised that a basic steak sauce like A1 wasn't available. What really bothered me were the carrots. Mine clearly were not cleaned properly, which is unacceptable at this price point. The food may be upscale, but so is the robbery. You're definitely paying for the name and atmosphere, which was not so appealing. Good steak, but the overall value just isn't there for me.

I don't eat beef or pork, but after watching a review from Peaks100, I saw that the manager also recommended the seafood along with the steaks. My wife eats steak, so I took her there for that, and I planned to order seafood. Spoiler alert: my wife enjoyed her steak. Now that I got that out of the way, let me continue. https://youtu.be/5uPuX7Fk_cE?si=H7NI2vI_uMWAeREq Appetizer Octopus Ceviche -- $18 I told our server that I didn't want any pork on it. She seemed surprised and told me it didn't come with pork. I had already looked up "pancetta crumble" and knew pancetta was pork, so I showed her the menu. She then said she knew what pancetta was and would make sure there was no pork on my plate. The ceviche itself didn't have much flavor. I didn't really enjoy it, but it wasn't bad enough for me to complain or send it back. Dinner Housemade "Parkerhouse" Rolls -- $8 These came out fresh and hot with butter. They were good. No complaints. Chef's Fresh Catch -- $50 The fresh catch was grouper. The fish had some salt on it and a nice char, but the heavy cream-based sauce on the plate didn't have much flavor. Again, I didn't really enjoy it, but not enough to complain or return the dish. Jumbo Lump Crab Oscar -- $28 Wow, this was not good at all. I probably should have sent it back, but I didn't. It was tough and rubbery (see pic), almost like it had been left under the broiler too long. I took it home with me, but I honestly will probably end up throwing it away. Sides Crispy Brussels Sprouts -- $13 These were good, but somewhat oily. Yukon Gold Potato Purée -- $12 They were okay. Nothing to write home about. Dessert Coconut Cream Bread Pudding -- $14 It was just okay. The coconut flakes was too much, in my opinion, and eventually became overwhelming. It didn't feel very balanced. Overall, I felt the service could have been better, and most of the food needed more flavor, especially at this price point. Nothing was so terrible that I felt the need to ask for a manager, but I also didn't enjoy most of what I ordered. I ordered it, so I paid for it and kept it moving. Also, a 25% gratuity was already added to the bill. Maybe that is why the service was lacking, because they already knew they were going to get 25% "allegedly". Honestly, I don't think I'll be back. There are too many other good places in the DMV where you can have better food and a better overall experience for the same price or less.

We ordered the ribeye, New York steak, and filet mignon, all cooked to perfection. The Oysters Rockefeller were superb! I had asked for my daughter's meal to come out as soon as possible, and they made it happen without hesitation, which we really appreciated. For sides, we had the Brussels sprouts--perfectly balanced, sweet but not overly so--and the creamed corn, which was absolutely on point. We didn't end up ordering dessert, but the options looked amazing and tempting! Todd came by our table to check in, which added such a personal touch. The ambiance was lovely, and as we were leaving, Todd walked us outside and spent a few moments chatting with us--it truly meant a lot. A second server eventually had to come over to take our drink order, and then it was another ten minutes before we even got our waters. Our appetizer took a while as well. They were nice enough to bring us more bread, but otherwise, it felt like our server(s)--I'm honestly not sure if the second person was actually assigned to our table--were MIA for most of the night. Our food took forever to come out, and to make matters worse, there was a screaming baby in the booth behind us for a good portion of the meal. Somehow, the table with the screaming baby, who was seated after us, managed to finish their entire meal before we did. The food itself was great, which is why I'm keeping this at two stars rather than one, but the overall experience was a total bust. The bathroom was a mess, and the A/C was clearly not working, so the ambiance was pretty terrible on top of everything else. We would have ordered more drinks and dessert if the service had been better, but it genuinely felt like they forgot about us. And it wasn't just our table--another customer came up and mentioned that they had been waiting about 15 minutes for their drinks. At that rate, what was even the point of making a reservation if we were going to be treated like an afterthought? Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
